Convenient and efficient one-pot syntheses of 5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylcarbamoyl aliphatic amide acid derivatives were described and developed using sulfamic acid catalyst. Thiosemicarbazide and substituted triethylorthoester and cyclic/alicyclic anhydride were efficiently condensed using sulfamic acid to furnish 5-disubstituted-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylcarbamoyl aliphatic acid and amide derivatives in fair to good yield, which exclusively get cyclized to new cyclic amide derivatives.

A new series of 1-alkyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-pyrimidine-5-carboxalic acid amides is described. The reaction of N-((E)-3-(dimethylamino)-2-formylacryloyl) formamidine, an intermediate obtained by Vilsmeier–Haack formylation of acetonitrile with various mono-substituted ureas, provides such compounds in good yields.  相似文献

A convenient route was successfully developed for the synthesis of novel heterocycles such as pyridine-3-carbonitriles 4 from chalcone 3 in good yields. The pyridine-3-carbonitrile derivatives synthesized were further studied for their photophysical properties and observed that absorption and emission was changed, due to the chromospheres at C4-position in phenyl ring and C2-position in pyridine-3-carbonitrile derivatives.  相似文献

An efficient and convenient route was developed for the synthesis of new pyridinecarbonitrile derivatives by using the Pinner type of reaction. The 2‐((E)‐2‐((dimethylamino)methylene)‐1,2‐dihydro‐5,6‐dimethoxyinden‐3‐ylidene) malononitrile 2 was reacted in the presence of dry HCl gas to yield 3‐chloro‐6,7‐dimethoxy‐9H‐indeno[2,1‐c]pyridine‐4‐carbonitrile ( 3 ) in good yield. The SNAr reaction on compound 3 with various nucleophiles yielded 3‐substituted pyridinecarbonitriles 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 in moderate to good yield.  相似文献

5‐Amino‐4‐formyl pyrazole carboxylate gave facile reactions with malononitrile, hydrazine, and ketones in the presence of piperidine furnished substituted pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines and pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinolones. This paper describes the synthesis of 2,8-dichloroquinolin-4-amine 4 and 4,5,7-trichloro-3-(2-chloroethyl)-2-methylbenzo[h][1,6]naphthyridine 8 as novel class of building blocks. Also describes the regioselective SNAr reactions of 2,4,8-trichloroquinoline 2 on C2 and C4 positions with azide, similarly SNAr reactions of benzo[h][1,6]naphthyridine 8 at C4, C5 positions, and SN2 reactions on C3-(2-chloroethyl) side chain with nucleophiles such as primary aromatic amines, methoxide/ethoxide, and azide at different temperatures.  相似文献
