Polymeric networks, {[Co(dpyo)(ox)]}(n) (1), {[Co(dpyo)(fum)(H(2)O)(2)]}(n) (1) and {[Co(dpyo)(tp)(H(2)O)(2)] x [Co(H(2)O)(6)] x (tp) x (H(2)O)}(n) (3) [ox = oxalate dianion, fum = fumarate dianion, tp = terephthalate dianion and dpyo = 4,4'-dipyridyl N,N'-dioxide] have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The structural determination reveals 1 and 2 are covalent bonded 2D networks of 4,4 topology and of these, complex 2 undergoes a H-bonding scheme resulting in a 3D supramolecular architecture. Complex 3 is a 1D coordination polymer built up by almost collinear hexacoordinated Co(ii), doubly bridged by a tp carboxylate group and a dpyo oxygen, which in combination with lattice [Co(H(2)O)(6)](2+), tp and water molecules shows an unprecedented 3D supramolecular network through H-bonding. In the polymer the dpyo shows novel mu-4,4 bridging mode towards the cobalt ion. Low temperature magnetic interaction reveals antiferromagnetic coupling in all of the complexes.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Cu(bpp)(H2O)2(ClO4)2]n (1) and {[Cu(bpds)2(ClO4)2] · 1.5(H2O)}n (2) [bpp, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpds, 4,4′-bipyridyl disulfide] have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction study and magnetic measurement. Both the coordination polymers display 1D chains with perchlorate anions acting as pendant ligands. In 1 undulated polymers are built by Cu(H2O)2(ClO4)2 units connected by single bpp and in complex 2 Cu(ClO4)2 fragments are linked by pairs of bpds ligands to form a double-stranded chain. The crystal packing evidences polymers of 1 involved in weak H-bonding interactions leading to a 3D supramolecular network. Magnetic study reveals weak antiferromagnetic interactions in both complexes.  相似文献

The Vaska-type iridium(I) complex [IrCl(CO){PPh(2)(2-MeC(6)H(4))}(2)] (1), characterized by an X-ray diffraction study, was obtained from iridium(III) chloride hydrate and PPh(2)(2,6-MeRC(6)H(3)) with R=H in DMF, whereas for R=Me, activation of two ortho-methyl groups resulted in the biscyclometalated iridium(III) compound [IrCl(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-CH(2)MeC(6)H(3))}(2)] (2). Conversely, for R=Me the iridium(I) compound [IrCl(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))}(2)] (3) can be obtained by treatment of [IrCl(COE)(2)](2) (COE=cyclooctene) with carbon monoxide and the phosphane in acetonitrile. Compound 3 in CH(2)Cl(2) undergoes intramolecular C-H oxidative addition, affording the cyclometalated hydride iridium(III) species [IrHCl(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-CH(2)MeC(6)H(3))}{PPh(2)(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))}] (4). Treatment of 2 with Na[BAr(f) (4)] (Ar(f)=3,5-C(6)H(3)(CF(3))(2)) gives the fluxional cationic 16-electron complex [Ir(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-CH(2)MeC(6)H(3))}(2)][BAr(f) (4)] (5), which reversibly reacts with dihydrogen to afford the delta-agostic complex [IrH(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-CH(2)MeC(6)H(3))}{PPh(2)(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))}][BAr(f)(4)] (6), through cleavage of an Ir-C bond. This species can also be formed by treatment of 4 with Na[BAr(f)(4)] or of 2 with Na[BAr(f)(4)] through C-H oxidative addition of one ortho-methyl group, via a transient 14-electron iridium(I) complex. Heating of the coordinatively unsaturated biscyclometalated species 5 in toluene gives the trans-dihydride iridium(III) complex [IrH(2)(CO){PPh(2)(2,6-MeC(6)H(3)CH=CHC(6)H(3)Me-2,6)PPh(2)}][BAr(f) (4)] (7), containing a trans-stilbene-type terdentate ligand, as result of a dehydrogenative carbon-carbon double bond coupling reaction, possibly through an iridium carbene species.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers of the formula [Zn5(tmaH)4(trz)2(H2O)4] (1) and [Zn3(bta)(trz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O (2) [tmaH3 = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid/trimesic acid, trzH = 1,2,4-triazole, btaH4 = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid] have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Both complexes are 3D coordination polymers containing [Zn4(trz)2] units connected by benzene-carboxylate anions. In particular, an undulated layer containing 6- and 18-membered rings is outlined in the network of 1. Hydrogen bonds, involving the coordinated and lattice water molecules with carboxylate oxygen atoms, contribute to the stabilization of the networks. Their thermal stability was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. The fluorescence spectrum of 1 features two peaks at 419 and 323 nm, originating from a π–π∗ intraligand transition and LMCT, respectively. For 2 a broad band at 410 nm is assigned solely as a π–π∗ intraligand transition.  相似文献

Three new nanoscopic trigonal prisms, [(tmen)(6) Pd(6) (H(2)L)(3)](NO(3))(12) (1), [(Meen)(6) Pd(6)(H(2) L)(3)](NO(3))(12) (2), and [(2,2'-bipy)(6)Pd(6) (H(2)L)(3)](NO(3))(12) (3), have been synthesized in excellent yields through single-step metal-ligand-coordination-driven self-assembly using 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(3-pyridyl)porphyrin (H(2)L) as a donor and cis-blocked Pd(II) 90° acceptors. These complexes were fully characterized by spectroscopic studies and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All of these barrels quantitatively bind Zn(II) ions in the N(4) pockets of the porphyrin walls at room temperature. Their corresponding zinc-embedded complexes, [(tmen)(6)Pd(6)(ZnL)(3)](NO(3))(12) (1?a), [(Meen)(6) Pd(6)(ZnL)(3)](NO(3))(12) (2?a), and [(2,2'-bipy)(6)Pd(6)(ZnL)(3)](NO(3))(12) (3?a), were synthesized under ambient conditions by the post-synthetic binding of Zn(II) ions into the H(2)N(4) pockets of the porphyrin walls of these complexes. These zinc-embedded complexes were characterized by electronic absorption, fluorescence emission, (1)H?NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analysis. Complexes 1-3 exhibited considerable microporosity in their solid state. Complex 1 was an efficient adsorbent for nitrogen gas and EtOH, MeOH, and water vapors.  相似文献

With the aim of expanding the structure-activity relationship investigation, the series of Ru(II) half sandwich coordination compounds of the type [Ru([9]aneS3)(chel)(L)](n+) previously described by us (where [9]aneS3 is the neutral face-capping ligand 1,4,7-trithiacyclononane, chel is a neutral or anonic chelating ligand, L = Cl(-) or dmso-S, n = 0-2) was extended to 1,4,7-triazacyclononane ([9]aneN3). In addition, new neutral N-N, and anionic N-O and O-O chelating ligands, i.e. dach (trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane), pic(-) (picolinate), and acac(-) (acetylacetonate), were investigated in combination with both [9]aneS3 and [9]aneN3. Overall, ten new half-sandwich complexes were prepared and fully characterized and their chemical behaviour in aqueous solution was established. The single-crystal X-ray structures of eight of them, including the versatile precursor [Ru([9]aneN3)(dmso-S)(2)Cl]Cl (9), were also determined. The results of in vitro antiproliferative tests performed on selected compounds against MDA-MB-231 human mammary carcinoma cells confirmed that, in this series, only compounds that hydrolyse the monodentate ligand at a reasonable rate show moderate activity, provided that the chelate ligand is a hydrogen bond donor.  相似文献

The reaction of the neutral Pd complex [Pd(CH(3))Cl(cod)] with the potentially terdentate 2-oxazolinyl phenanthroline ligands 1-3 affords the corresponding cationic dinuclear Pd-complexes 1a-3a, which can be isolated in the solid state in good yields. By treatment with AgPF(6) the complexes 1a-3a were converted into the corresponding hexafluorophosphate derivatives 1b-3b, where both the ligand units feature a terdentate coordination around the two Pd-centres with the phenanthroline fragment of each unit displaying a chelate coordination to one Pd-centre, while the corresponding oxazolinyl pendant acts as a bridging ligand towards the second Pd-centre. The persistence of this dimeric structure of 1b-3b in CD(2)Cl(2) solution was confirmed by (15)N-NMR experiments at natural abundance, which clearly show the binding to the metal of all of the nitrogen donors, as well as the overall C(2) symmetry of the compound. In consequence of the different strengths of the relevant ion-pair, the dimeric structure of the complex undergoes partial fragmentation in the case of the chloride derivatives 1a-3a, as evidenced from the (15)N-NMR spectra. Complexes 1b-3b are active catalysts in styrene alternate carbonylation, where, under very mild conditions (30 °C and 1 atm of CO), they provide oligomers with 3-5 repetitive units as the exclusive or prevailing product. When traces of the CO/styrene polyketones are also formed, their (13)C-NMR characterization shows that they are stereochemically homogeneous with a unique syndio-tacticity. This result implies that Pd-complexes able to induce a complete enantioface discrimination in the insertion step of the alkene during the catalytic cycle of the styrene alternate carbonylation have been produced for the first time.  相似文献

Four dioxidovanadium(V) complexes with Schiff-base ligands based on 2-hydroxybenzhydrazide with four different substituted salicylaldehydes (5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 3,5-dichlorosalicylaldehyde, 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde, 3-bromo-5-chlorosalicylaldehyde) were synthesized and described, by using V2O5 and triethylamine. The single crystal X-ray structure measurements as well as elemental analyses and IR spectra confirmed the formulas of the ionic complexes with a protonated triethylamine acting as counterion, HTEA[VO2(L)] (HL = Schiff-base ligand). The kinetic stability of the complexes at pH = 2 and 7 was discussed with respect to the neutral vanadium(V) complexes previously studied as potential insulin-mimetic agents. A correlation between the substituents in an aromatic ring of the Schiff-base ligands with crystal packing, and also with the stability of the compounds, was presented.  相似文献
