Regiospecifically controlled formation of tetrasubstituted tributyltin ketone enolates catalyzed by a palladium complex

The palladium-catalyzed hydrostannolysis of α-disubstituted allyl β-keto esters yields the corresponding tributyltin β-keto carboxylates which loose carbon dioxide at very moderate temperature, thus leading to the regiospecific formation of tributyltin tetrasubstituted enolates.     

Facile Total Synthesis of (±)‐Nimbiol

A facile total synthesis of (±)‐nimbiol 1 has been achieved. In order to decrease the dioxo byproduct 2a , an improved oxidation system of CrO₃/H₂O/HOAc/NaOAc was used.     

Sensitivity in Supramolecular Architectures of Polyaromatic Salts Containing Two Singly‐Pimerized Bipyridines

Three novel supramolecular arrays of zigzag polyaromatic salts are reported. Both the conformation and disposition of the dications are subjected to various noncovalent interactions. Thus, the presence or absence of the π‐π interacting enclathrated molecules, the efficient packing and the involved hydrogen bonding interactions of anions, as well as the increased hydrophobic property of the dications themselves exert influence.     

Lobatamide C: total synthesis,stereochemical assignment,preparation of simplified analogues,and V-ATPase inhibition studies

The total synthesis and stereochemical assignment of the potent antitumor macrolide lobatamide C, as well as synthesis of simplified lobatamide analogues, is reported. Cu(I)-mediated enamide formation methodology has been developed to prepare the highly unsaturated enamide side chain of the natural product and analogues. A key fragment coupling employs base-mediated esterification of a beta-hydroxy acid and a salicylate cyanomethyl ester. Three additional stereoisomers of lobatamide C have been prepared using related synthetic routes. The stereochemistry at C8, C11, and C15 of lobatamide C was assigned by comparison of stereoisomers and X-ray analysis of a crystalline derivative. Synthetic lobatamide C, stereoisomers, and simplified analogues have been evaluated for inhibition of bovine chromaffin granule membrane V-ATPase. The salicylate phenol, enamide NH, and ortho-substitution of the salicylate ester have been shown to be important for V-ATPase inhibitory activity.     

高效液相色谱指纹图谱应用于地黄的研究

利用高效液相色谱建立了地黄的色谱指纹图谱。采用反相C1 8柱 (5 μm ,1 5 0mm× 4.6mm) ,流动相甲醇∶水 (V V =5∶95 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速 1 .0mL min进行实验。根据相对保留值和相对面积值对色谱指纹图谱进行分析对比研究 ,建立了控制地黄药材质量的新方法。该法为中药样品的鉴定提供了较全面的信息 ,并为HPLC在复杂组分的样品分析领域开拓了新的应用途径。     

光化学-荧光分析法研究——Ⅲ.片剂及注射液中安定的测定

本文提出了测定安定的光化学—荧光分析新方法。安定在含有十二烷基硫酸钠的稀硫酸介质中,经紫外光照射后,产物能发射荧光(=368nm,=476nm)。安定浓度在0～2.5μg/ml范围内,荧光强度与浓度成良好的线性关系。方法的相对标准偏差为1.5％,检出限为0.044μg/ml,可用于片剂及注射液中安定含量的测定。     

A multi-color and white-light emissive cucurbituril/ terpyridine/ lanthanide supramolecular nanofiber

The enhanced lanthanide white-emission in solid by cucurbituril-based supramolecular assembly may provide a new strategy for smart light-emitting materials.     

Formation of ring calcium oxalate patterns induced by domains in DPPC Langmuir-Blodgett films

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.     

氢化物发生—分光光度法测定染发剂中的微量铅

本文提出了用铁氰化钾将铅氧化至高价,再用氢化物发生-分光光度法测定铅的一种新方法。该法灵敏度高,简便快速,用于分析染发剂中的铅,取得了较好的效果。     

Study of the concentration and separation of cadmium with microcrystalline phenolphthalein modified by crystal violet

A new method for cadmium separation and concentration with microcrystalline phenolphthalein modified by crystal violet (CV) was developed in the paper. In the presence of potassium iodide (KI) and CV, cadmium are quantitatively absorbed on microcrystalline phenolphthalein in the pH range 1.0-6.0 as the forms of water-insoluble ion-associated complexes (CdI₃⁻)·(CV⁺) and (CdI₄²⁻)·(CV⁺)₂. Effect of different parameters such as phenolphthalein amount, stirring time, the concentration of CV and KI, various salts and metal ions was studied in detail. During the present study, a significant enhancement of the extraction of cadmium was observed. Cd(II) can be completely separated from Zn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mn(II), Cr(III) and Al(III) in this microcrystalline system and well concentrated without the interference of these metal ions at high level. The possible reactive mechanism of cadmium concentration has been discussed. Analytical results obtained by this new method were very gratifying.
