In-source resonance ionization spectroscopy of uranium has been carried out as preparation for the analysis of low contaminations of nuclear material in environmental samples via laser mass spectrometry. Using three-step resonance ionization spectroscopy, 86 levels of odd parity in the energy range from 37,200–38,650 cm???1 were studied, 51 of these levels were previously unknown. Suitable excitation schemes for analytic applications are discussed.  相似文献

The liquidlike structure of colloidal suspensions with both electrostatic and magnetic interactions is investigated by means of small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) dependent on an external magnetic field. For weak magnetic interactions, without external field, the magnetic dipoles are randomly oriented. Under this condition, isotropic structures are observed. In an external field, however, the magnetic momenta arrange parallel to the external field and induce anisotropic liquidlike structures. For weak magnetic interactions, the structure factor can be described within the framework of the rescaled mean spherical approximation. Due to the high experimental accuracy of synchrotron SAXS, from the anisotropic distortion of liquidlike structures, interparticle forces smaller than 10(-15) N can easily be detected.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel synthetic route was developed for 2-{[2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)ethyl]propylamino}-1-pyridin-3-ylethanol (4). A dynamic process due to nitrogen inversion at the central amine nitrogen has been identified by NMR spectroscopy for the dihydrobromide salt of this compound. The conformational properties of the diastereomeric pair were determined by analysis of NOE connectivities and MO calculations.  相似文献

Studies to specify metal-binding species, such as metalloproteins that are present in trace amounts in colonic cell cytosol, using chromatographic separation methods in combination with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) as element-specific detection require an optimised sample preparation regarding the solubilisation of the proteins. Focus should be taken to avoid metal contamination, enzymatic digestion by different proteases and oxidation. In this article different sample preparation methods are studied to find a suitable method for the isolation and characterisation of Ni species previously found in cytosols from normal and malignant tissues of the human colon. The total Ni concentrations of the cytosols were determined as well as the total protein content. Thus, a Ni-containing protein could be isolated from cytosols of malignant human colonic tissues using size-exclusion chromatography with ICP-MS for element-specific detection. Ni-containing species in the molecular mass range from 10,000 to 20,000 Da were found and pre-concentrated. The determination of the molecular mass of the species was performed through online coupling of reversed-phase chromatography with electrospray ionisation quadrupole time-of-flight MS. Using identical chromatographic conditions and ICP-MS the detected protein was shown to contain Ni.  相似文献

The twin monomer 2,2′‐spirobi[4H‐1,3,2‐benzodioxasiline] ( 1 ) can be polymerized to nanostructured SiO2/phenolic‐resin composite material by thermally induced twin polymerization. Thermally induced twin polymerization represents a way to produce nanocomposites simply by thermal induction of twin monomers. Besides 1 , the thermal reaction of several related salicylic (2‐oxybenzylic) silicon molecules has been investigated. The thermal cleavage of the molecules is studied by using several trapping reagents (e.g., vinyl compounds). A significant occurrence of quinone methide adducts indicates that the thermal mechanism proceeds not only by a ring opening at the oxymethylene position, but also with the ortho‐quinone methide as a central or alternative intermediate. This is supported by product analyses of thermally initialized reactions of 1 and its substituted analogues as well as by quantum chemical calculations.  相似文献

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) can be collected noninvasively and provide a wealth of information about tumor phenotype. For this reason, their specific and sensitive detection is of intense interest. Herein, we report a new, chip‐based strategy for the automated analysis of cancer cells. The nanoparticle‐based, multi‐marker approach exploits the direct electrochemical oxidation of metal nanoparticles (MNPs) to report on the presence of specific surface markers. The electrochemical assay allows simultaneous detection of multiple different biomarkers on the surfaces of cancer cells, enabling discrimination between cancer cells and normal blood cells. Through multiplexing, it further enables differentiation among distinct cancer cell types. We showcase the technology by demonstrating the detection of cancer cells spiked into blood samples.  相似文献
