In this paper,distributed estimation of high-dimensional sparse precision matrix is proposed based on the debiased D-trace loss penalized lasso and the hard threshold method when samples are distributed into different machines for transelliptical graphical models.At a certain level of sparseness,this method not only achieves the correct selection of non-zero elements of sparse precision matrix,but the error rate can be comparable to the estimator in a non-distributed setting.The numerical results further prove that the proposed distributed method is more effective than the usual average method.  相似文献

Adopting a different method from the Sharp–Rosenstock generating function method and the Doktorov coherent state method, a closed form expression for the Franck–Condon integrals between arbitrary multidimensional harmonic oscillators is derived exactly under the Duschinsky mixing effects on the base of the contour integral form expression of Hermite polynomials. A tunable multi-function broadband splitter consisted of a silver film, Kerr medium and a silver grating sandwiched between linear dielectrics waveguides is proposed and numerically investigated. This splitter can realize the functions of the beam splitter, the polarization splitter and wavelength beam splitter. This surface plasmon based device provides a unique approach for polarization sensitive manipulation of light in an integrated circuit and will be essential for future classical and quantum information processes.  相似文献

We explored some unique defects in a batch of cadmium zinc telluride (CdZnTe) crystals, along with dislocations and Te-rich decorated features, revealed by chemical etching. We extensively investigated these distinctive imperfections in the crystals to identify their origin, dimensions, and distribution in the bulk material. We estimated that these features ranged from 50 to 500 μm in diameter, and their depth was about ∼300 μm. The density of these features ranged between 2×102 and 1×103 per cm3. We elaborated a model of them and projected their effect on charge collection and spectral response. In addition, we fabricated detectors with these defective crystals and acquired fine details of charge-transport phenomena over the detectors’ volume using a high-spatial resolution (25 μm) X-ray response mapping technique. We related the results to better understand the defects and their influence on the charge-transport properties of the devices. The role of the defects was identified by correlating their signatures with the findings from our theoretical model and our experimental data.  相似文献

采用微带测试电路对光导开关电压转换效率进行了测试。依据传输线理论,考虑微带传输电路的端点反射,计算给出了光导开关导通电阻不为0的情况下,微带测试电路电压转换效率的解析结果。计算表明:对窄脉宽的线性电脉冲输出,电压转换效率将小于50%;对lock-on模式下的宽脉冲输出,电压转换效率可以超过50%,在理想情况下达到100%;在临界状态下,形成双峰电脉冲输出。结果表明,存在端点反射且光导开关产生电脉冲脉宽达到一定值时,微带线可以起到倍压传输线的作用。  相似文献

为了减少混响室时域全波仿真的计算量,首次对混响室时域响应的预测做出探索研究。以改良矩阵束方法为基础,提出一种计算效率更高的矩阵束方法,并验证了该方法的正确性与稳定性。用复指数幂求和式对混响室的时域波形进行拟合,利用该方法能够高效求解出拟合式中的各极点,实现了对混响室时域响应的近似外推。由电场强度的前20 000步计算结果,可快速预测得到后20 000步响应,发现束参数比例取0.62左右时,对多个采样点的电场均可得到良好的预测效果,可保证仿真与预测相结合得到的结果与真实结果的频域相对误差小于15%。这种结合预测的仿真算法可节省计算量约50%。  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure organoperoxides serve as valuable precursors in organic transformations. Herein, we present the first examples of unspecific peroxygenase catalyzed kinetic resolution of racemic organoperoxides through asymmetric reduction. Through meticulous investigation of the reaction conditions, it is shown that the unspecific peroxygenase from Agrocybe aegerita (AaeUPO) exhibits robust catalytic activity in the kinetic resolution reactions of the model substrate with turnover numbers up to 60000 and turnover frequency of 5.6 s−1. Various aralkyl organoperoxides were successfully resolved by AaeUPO, achieving excellent enantioselectivities (e.g., up to 99 % ee for the (S)-organoperoxide products). Additionally, we screened commercial peroxygenase variants to obtain the organoperoxides with complementary chirality, with one mutant yielding the (R)-products. While unspecific peroxygenases have been extensively demonstrated as a powerful oxidative catalysts, this study highlights their usefulness in catalyzing the reduction of organoperoxides and providing versatile chiral synthons.  相似文献

发展了静拉伸复合材料接头层合板三维逐渐损伤模型,考虑了单层复合材料在材料1-2面及3-1面上具有明显非线性剪切应力-应变关系的叠层非线性效应,结合有限元技术即应力分析、失效判定准则及损伤过程中材料性能退化等,对接头层合板损伤扩展进行了模拟,结果表明考虑材料非线性的影响与实验结果吻合更好.  相似文献
