By utilizing the hydrolysis and condensation of the methoxysilyl groups, thermo-sensitive organic/inorganic hybrid poly[ N-isopropylacrylamide- co-3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylmethacrylate] [P(NIPAm- co-TMSPMA)] microgels were successfully prepared via two different methods without addition of any surfactant. First, the microgels were obtained by a two-step method; that is, the linear copolymer P(NIPAm- co-TMSPMA) was first synthesized by free radical copolymerization, and the aqueous solution of the copolymer was then heated above its low critical solution temperature (LCST) to give colloid particles, which were subsequently cross-linked via the hydrolysis and condensation of the methoxysilyl groups to form the microgels. Second, the microgels were also prepared via conventional surfactant-free emulsion polymerization (SFEP) of the monomers NIPAm and TMSPMA. TMSPMA can act as the cross-linkable monomer. No surfactant was involved in the preparation of the hybrid microgels. The obtained microgels were rather spherical and exhibited reversible thermo-sensitive behavior. The size, morphology, swellability, and phase transition behavior of the microgels were dependent on the initial copolymer or monomer concentration, preparation temperature, and the content of TMSPMA. The size of microgels obtained by SFEP was found to be more uniform than that by the two-step method. The hybrid microgels obtained by these two methods had more homogeneous microstructures than those prepared via conventional emulsion polymerization with chemical cross-linker N, N'-methylene-bisacrylamide. 相似文献

Several flavonoids including 2',3,4,4'-tetrahydroxychalcone, 5,6,7,4'-tetrahydroxyflavone and butin, were separated from the seeds of Vernonia anthelmintica Willd by high-speed counter-current chromatography using a two-step operation. Two different types of solvent systems were used: chloroform-dichloromethane-methanol-water (2:2:3:2, v/v) and 1,2 dichloroethane-methanol-acetonitrile-water (4:1.1:0.25:2, v/v). From 1 kg of seeds of Vernonia anthelmintica Willd the method yielded about 45 mg of 2',3,4,4'-tetrahydroxychalcone, 40mg of 5,6,7,4'-tetrahydroxyflavone, and 55 mg of butin. Each isolated component showed 95-97% purity as determined by high-performance liquid chromatography analysis. These purified compounds were characterized by MS and NMR. 相似文献

The positive extended KdV equation with self-consistent sources (eKdV+ ESCSs) is firstly presented and its related linear auxiliary equation is derived. The generalized binary Darboux transformation (DT) is applied to construct some new solutions of the eKdV+ ESCSs such as N-soliton solution, N-double pole solution and nonsingular N-positon solution. A method has been developed for the determination of trace impurities in silicon nitride (Si3N4) powders by fluorination assisted electrothermal vaporization (ETV) /ICP-AES using the slurry sampling technique. Polytetrafluoroethylene
(PTFE) emulsion as a fluorinating reagent not only effectively destroys the skeleton of Si3N4, but also carries out selective volatilization between the impurity elements (Cu, Cr) and the matrix (Si). The experimental
parameters influencing fluorination reactions were optimized. The detection limits for Cu and Cr are 1.05 ng/mL ( Cu) and
1.58 ng/mL (Cr), the RSDs are in the range of 1.9–4.2%. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Cu and
Cr in Si3N4 ceramic powders. The analytical results were compared with those obtained by independent methods.

In this paper a semi-elliptic surface crack problem in an elastic solid of finite size under impact loading is investigated. An analysis is performed by means of fracture dynamics and the finite element method, and a three-dimensional finite element program is developed to compute the dynamic stress intensity factor. The results reveal that the effects of the solid's boundary surface, crack surface, material inertia and stress wave interactions play significant roles in dynamic fracture. 相似文献
