Controlling the solution‐state aggregation of conjugated polymers for producing specific microstructures remains challenging. Herein, a practical approach is developed to finely tune the solid‐state microstructures through temperature‐controlled solution‐state aggregation and polymer crystallization. High temperature generates significant conformation fluctuation of conjugated backbones in solution, which facilitates the polymer crystallization from solvated aggregates to orderly packed structures. The polymer films deposited at high temperatures exhibit less structural disorders and higher electron mobilities (up to two orders of magnitude) in field‐effect transistors, compared to those deposited at low temperatures. This work provides an effective strategy to tune the solution‐state aggregation to reveal the relationship between solution‐state aggregation and solid‐state microstructures of conjugated polymers.  相似文献

The ripened seeds of Strychnos nux‐vomica L. have been extensively used as herbal medicines in Asian countries. Dihydroindole‐type alkaloids are not only the active constituents but also the toxicants in Strychnos. However, the simultaneous determination of these alkaloids in both crude and processed Semen Strychni is still lacking. The present study represents the first quantitation and relative quantitation assay of 12 dihydroindole‐type alkaloids in Strychnos nux‐vomica unprocessed and sand‐processed seeds using high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection and mass spectrometry. The relative concentration of ten alkaloids was calculated by semi‐quantification using the internal standard and their amounts in unprocessed and detoxified Semen Strychni were compared. We report here for the first time the significant increase of the two alkaloids, 19‐N‐methyl‐strychnine, and 2,3‐dimethoxy‐19‐N‐methyl‐strychnine, during the processing of Semen Strychni. Our study provides new insight into the true complexity of seed processing procedure and valuable information for assessing the efficacy and safety for clinical applications of Semen Strychni‐containing drugs.  相似文献

Five ionic liquid-modified porous polymers with different imidazolium-based functional groups were obtained. A molecular imprinting technique was introduced to form the ordered functional groups in the porous structure. The adsorption isotherm was applied to investigate the interactions between the polymers and target compounds: cryptotanshinone; tanshinone I; tanshinone IIA. Thorough comparison revealed that the polymer with a carboxyl group possessed the highest reorganization of the three compounds. After that, the obtained polymer was applied as the sorbent in the solid-phase extraction process to separate the target compounds from methanol extract. The loading volume of extract solution on the sorbent was determined by adsorption isotherm equation and practical test. Under optimized washing and elution conditions, 0.35 mg/g of cryptotanshinone, 0.33 mg/g of tanshinone I, and 0.27 mg/g of tanshinone IIA from plant were obtained by quantitative HPLC analysis. Moreover, six commercial functional drinks containing tanshinones were purified and analyzed.  相似文献

Twenty chiral pesticides were tested, of which seven samples were directly separated by HPLC using cellulose tris-3,5-dimethyl carbamate (CDMPC) chiral stationary phase under RP conditions. The influence of mobile phase composition and column temperatures from 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C on the separations were investigated. The mobile phases were methanol/water or ACN/water at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min with UV detection at 230 or 210 nm. Epoxiconazole, terallethrin, benalaxyl, and diclofopmethyl were observed to obtain the baseline separation under suitable conditions and other pesticides pyriproxyfen, lactofen, and quizalofop-ethyl were separated partially. The retention factors (k) and selectivity factor (alpha) for the enantiomers of most investigated pesticides decreased upon increasing the temperature except for the selectivity factors (alpha) of pyriproxyfen in methanol/water. The ln alpha - 1/T plots for racemic chiral pesticides were linear at the range of 0-40 except for that of pyriproxyfen enantiomers in methanol/water and the chiral separations were controlled by enthalpy. Better separations were not always at low temperature. The elution orders of the eluting enantiomers were determined by a circular dichroism (CD) detector.  相似文献

Simultaneous Q-switching and mode-locking (QML) is accomplished in a diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser using low-temperature GaAs (LT-GaAs) as the saturable absorber, which also acts as an output coupler at the same time. The repetition rate of the Q-switched envelope increased from 25 to 40 kHz as the pump power increased from 2.2 to 6.9 W. The mode-locked pulses inside the Q-switched pulse envelope had a repetition rate of 714 MHz. A maximum average output power of 770 mW was obtained.  相似文献
