乳糖修饰壳聚糖微载体的制备及对培养肝细胞代谢活性的影响

液体石蜡作分散介质。戊二醛作交联刑，通过反相悬浮聚合制备了微米级的壳聚糖微载体．环氧氟丙烷活化后，乳糖进行修饰．用孔糖修饰的微载体进行原代大鼠肝细胞培养，利用相差显微镜对培养细胞进行形态观察，并测定肝细胞的代谢活性，结果显示，乳糖修饰壳聚糖微载体是一种优良的肝细胞培养支架．     

非线性陀螺系统的稳定准则

本文根据Ляпунов的稳定性理论,研究了陀螺系统在非线性耗散力与非线性保守力作用下的稳定性问题,得到了非线性陀螺系统的稳定准则.结果表明:线性系统的稳定准则也同样适用于非线性系统,从而推广了KTC定理的应用范围.     

弥散型金属薄膜逾渗系统的临界特性

报道了一种弥散型金属薄膜逾渗系统的制备方法和研究结果。从实验发现这种新型的逾渗系统具有异常的R-I关系、三次谐波系数与独特的电流临界规律。分析表明:这些特性与此类薄膜逾渗结构随电流增大而逐渐变化的过程有关,是由沿膜横向逐渐变化的局域隧道电流(LDTC)与跳跃电导(LDHC)效应引起的。     

纳米晶软磁合金中的结构对技术磁性的影响——Ⅱ.磁弹耦合作用

对磁弹耦合在决定纳米晶软磁合金宏观磁性中的作用进行了探讨,高场磁化规律以及正电子湮没测量表明:对Fe_73.5Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉合金,准位错偶极子造成的应力场对畴壁的钉扎效应是造成纳米晶软磁合金矫顽力的重要原因;结构缺陷造成的应力场与磁致伸缩的耦合作用对纳米晶软磁性能有重要的影响.在结构各向异性和磁弹耦合能共同作用下可解释纳米晶合金表现出最佳软磁性能.     

Chemical synthesis and electric properties of the conducting copolymer of aniline and o‐aminophenol

A copolymer, poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol), was prepared chemically by using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant. The monomer concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline strongly influences the copolymerization rate and properties of the copolymer. The optimum composition of a mixture for the chemical copolymerization consisted of 0.3 M aniline, 0.021 M o‐aminophenol, 0.42 M ammonium peroxydisulfate, and 2 M H₂SO₄. The result of cyclic voltammograms in a potential region of ?0.20 to 0.80 V (vs.SCE) indicates that the electrochemical activity of the copolymer prepared under the optimum condition is similar to that of polyaniline in more acid solutions. However, the copolymer still holds the good electrochemical activity until pH 11.0. Therefore, the pH dependence of the electrochemical property of the copolymer is improved, compared with poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol) prepared electrochemically, and is much better than that of polyaniline. The spectra of IR and ¹H NMR confirm that o‐aminophenol units are included in the copolymer chain, which play a key role in extending the usable pH region of the copolymer. The visible spectra of the copolymers show that a high concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline in a mixture inhibits the chain growth. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Stability control of the electrooptic effect with new maleimide copolymers containing photoreactive tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophores

New photocrosslinkable maleimide copolymers have been synthesized by the attachment of a tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophore. The 2‐(3‐cyano‐4‐(2‐{4‐[hexyl‐(6‐hydroxy‐hexyl)‐amino]‐phenyl}‐vinyl)‐5‐oxo‐1‐{4‐[4‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐propenyl)‐ phenoxy]‐butyl}‐1,5‐dihydro‐pyrrol‐2‐ylidene)‐malononitrile chromophore exhibits nonlinear optical activity and contains a chalcone moiety that is sensitive to UV light (λ = 330–360 nm) for crosslink formation. The maleimide monomers have also been functionalized with chalcone moieties. The resultant copolymers exhibit great processability, and one of them shows a maximum electrooptic coefficient of 90 pm/V at 1300 nm. We could control the thermal stability of the electrooptic coefficient with the newly synthesized photoreactive copolymers successfully. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Andreev-Fano Effect in a Hybrid Normal-Metal/Superconductor Interferometer

We report on a new type of Fano effect, named as Andreev-Fano effect, in a hybrid normal-metal/supeeconductor (N/S) interferometer embedded with a quantum dot. Compared with the conventional Fano effect, AndreevFano effect has some new features related to the characteristics of Andreev reflection. In the Iinear response regime, the line shape is the square of the conventional Fano shape, while in the nonlinear transport, a sharp resonant structure is superposed on an expanded interference pattern, which is qualitatively different from the conventional Fano effect. The phase dependence of the hybrid N/S interferometer is also distinguished from those of all-N or all-S interferometers.     

函数模拟法求解锥形模超塑挤压的力学场——超塑挤压解析理论之一

本文首次用模拟位移函数的方法,给出锥形模超塑挤压力学场的解析式以及应变、应变速率和应力的约束方程。由于实验选用的是典型超塑性合金ZnAl₅,所以结果有相当的包络性。即使对于非典型超塑性材料,这种方法亦有普遍意义。     

Effect of the Electron-LO-Phonon Coupling on an Exciton Quantum Dot

The influence of the electron-LO-phonon coupling on energy spectrum of the low-lying states ofan exciton inparabolic quantum dots is investigated as a function of dot size. Calculations are made by using the method of few-bodyphysics within the effective-mass approximation. A considerable decrease of the energy in the stronger confinement rangeis found for the low-lying states of an exciton in quantum dots, which results from the confinement of electron-phononcoupling.     

养殖池塘沉积物的重金属分布及污染特征

浙江省淅西北地区淡水养殖池塘沉积物重金属调查研究表明，养殖池塘沉积物中7种重金属元素分布不均衡，差异也较大，除Hg和Cr元素外，其余重金属元素已大大超过土壤本底值．虽然其实测含量都未超出国家规定的标准值范围，但沉积物中重金属元素对养殖水环境、养殖品种存在的潜在污染与危害值得关注．污染指数评价显示，养殖池塘沉积物中主要污染物质为Cu和Cr，而Hg、Pb污染程度相对较轻．
