The photolysis of 2,2′-dinitrodiphenylmethylbenzoates (1a–1d) in 2-propanol gives dibenzo-[c, f]-[1,2]diazepin-11-one-oxides (5a–5d) as the major product. Dibenzo[c, f]-[1,2]diazepin-11-ones (2a–2d), 2,2′-dinitrobenzophenones (3a–3d), 2-amino-2′-nitrobenzophenones (4a–4d) and N-hydroxyacridones (6a–6d) are also formed in the reaction. When the irradiation is carried out in benzene, 3-(2′-nitrophenyl)-2,1-benzisoxazoles (7a–7d) are also obtained together with the above products. 相似文献

The syntheses of some derivatives of three new benzimidazole condensed ring systems; namely, 1H,6H-2,6a,10b-triazafluoranthene-1,3,6(2H)-trione ( 3 ), 1H,8H,11H-12-oxa-2,3a,7b-triazabenz[e]acephenanthrylene-1,3,8,11(2H)-tetrone ( 4 ) and 1H,4H-2,5,6a,10b-tetrazafluoranthene-1,3,4,6(2H,5H)-tetrone ( 10 ) are described. Two compounds exhibited in vitro antibacterial activity. Nitration of 2-amino-4-oxo-(3H)-5-trifluoromethylquinazoline is shown to occur exclusively at C6 as determined from an analysis of long range 1H and 19F scalar couplings to ring carbons. The synthesis of 2,2′-bis(bis(dimethylamino)-phosphino)-3,3′5,5′-tetra-tert-butylbiphennyl ( 5 ) is described. It was extensively studied by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Furthermore, the X-ray analysis of 5 is reported. Crystals of 5 are tetragonal, space group P¯421c, a = b = 24.770 (3) Å, c = 12.658 (4) Å, Z = 8. The surprising reaction of 5 with proton acids leading to the formation of various phosphorus containing five- and six-membered ring compounds is discussed. On reaction of one of the six-membered ring compounds ( 9 ) with magnesium in THF, a λ3, λ5-diphosphaphenanthrene ( 19 ) was obtained. 相似文献

Cathodic corrosion is an enigmatic electrochemical process that etches metallic electrodes at potentials below 0 V versus the normal hydrogen electrode. Although this phenomenon was discovered in the late 1800s by Fritz Haber, it remained mostly unnoticed during the 20th century and only attracted increased attention in the past decade. This recent attention has generated marked improvements in both the fundamental knowledge and the applications of cathodic corrosion. Fundamental new insights were gained into the effects and possible reaction intermediates of cathodic corrosion. Complementing these insights, recent advances involve applications of cathodic corrosion for nanoparticle synthesis and electrocatalyst modification. Both these applied and fundamental advances will be discussed in this short review on cathodic corrosion. 相似文献

Matching of symmetry at interfaces is a fundamental obstacle in molecular assembly. Virus‐like particles (VLPs) are important vaccine platforms against pathogenic threats, including Covid‐19. However, symmetry mismatch can prohibit vaccine nanoassembly. We established an approach for coupling VLPs to diverse antigen symmetries. SpyCatcher003 enabled efficient VLP conjugation and extreme thermal resilience. Many people had pre‐existing antibodies to SpyTag:SpyCatcher but less to the 003 variants. We coupled the computer‐designed VLP not only to monomers (SARS‐CoV‐2) but also to cyclic dimers (Newcastle disease, Lyme disease), trimers (influenza hemagglutinins), and tetramers (influenza neuraminidases). Even an antigen with dihedral symmetry could be displayed. For the global challenge of influenza, SpyTag‐mediated display of trimer and tetramer antigens strongly induced neutralizing antibodies. SpyCatcher003 conjugation enables nanodisplay of diverse symmetries towards generation of potent vaccines. 相似文献

A nanoformulation composed of curdlan, a linear polysaccharide of 1,3‐β‐linked d ‐glucose units, hydrogen bonded to poly(γ ‐glutamic acid) (PGA), was developed to stimulate macrophage. Curdlan/PGA nanoparticles (C‐NP) are formulated by physically blending curdlan (0.2 mg mL?1 in 0.4 m NaOH) with PGA (0.8 mg mL?1). Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) analysis demonstrates a heterospecies interpolymer complex formed between curdlan and PGA. The 1H‐NMR spectra display significant peak broadening as well as downfield chemical shifts of the hydroxyl proton resonances of curdlan, indicating potential intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions. In addition, the cross peaks in 1H‐1H 2D‐NOESY suggest intermolecular associations between the OH‐2/OH‐4 hydroxyl groups of curdlan and the carboxylic‐/amide‐groups of PGA via hydrogen bonding. Intracellular uptake of C‐NP occurs over time in human monocyte‐derived macrophage (MDM). Furthermore, C‐NP nanoparticles dose‐dependently increase gene expression for TNF‐α, IL‐6, and IL‐8 at 24 h in MDM. C‐NP nanoparticles also stimulate the release of IL‐lβ, MCP‐1, TNF‐α, IL‐8, IL‐12p70, IL‐17, IL‐18, and IL‐23 from MDM. Overall, this is the first demonstration of a simplistic nanoformulation formed by hydrogen bonding between curdlan and PGA that modulates cytokine gene expression and release of cytokines from MDM. 相似文献
