This paper introduces the Two-Echelon Production-Routing Problem. This problem is motivated from the petrochemical industry, enlarging the supply chain integration by taking into account production, inventory, and routing decisions in a two-echelon vendor-managed inventory system. We describe, model, and design a branch-and-cut (B&C) to solve the problem under different inventory policies. We also propose a novel exact algorithm, by employing parallel computing techniques, in order to combine local search procedures within a traditional B&C scheme. We evaluate the performance of our methods through extensive computational experiments, both by comparing the algorithms, the effectiveness of the different inventory policies, and the impact of these policies on the partial costs. We derive many managerial insights based on the results. We also validate our new exact algorithm by solving similar problems from the literature, such as the two-echelon multi-depot inventory-routing (2E-MDIRP) and the classical multi-vehicle production-routing problem (MV-PRP). Computational experiments show that our method is very competitive. Based on 512 experiments for the 2E-MDIRP, our algorithm was able to find 111 new best known solutions (BKS), besides proving 412 optimal solutions, against 298 from the literature. For 336 experiments over small and medium size MV-PRP instances, we proved 242 optimal solutions, 11 more than the exact methods from the literature, besides providing 95 new BKS. Moreover, we were the first to tackle large MV-PRP instances exactly, and in this case, our algorithm provides all BKS for instances up to 50 customers, 20 periods and 5 vehicles, outperforming all meta/matheuristics procedures from the literature.  相似文献

The ionic [Ti33‐OPri)2(µ‐OPri)3(OPri)6][FeCl4] halo‐alkoxide ( A ) was investigated for its activity towards the bulk polymerization of rac‐lactide (rac‐LA) and ?‐caprolactone (?‐CL) in various temperatures, monomer/ A molar proportions, and reaction times. The reactivity of A in the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of both monomers is mainly due to the cationic [Ti3(OPri)11]+ unity and proceeds through the coordination–insertion mechanism. Molecular weights ranging from 6,379 to 13,950 g mol?1 and PDI values varying from 1.22 to 1.52 were obtained. Results of ROP kinetic studies for both ?‐CL and rac‐LA confirm that the reaction rates are first‐order with respect to monomers. The production of poly(?‐caprolactone) shows a higher sensitivity of the reaction rate to temperature, while the polymerization of rac‐LA is slower and more dependent on the thermal stability of the active species during the propagation step. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new approach for in situ electrodeposition of a renewable copper layer onto a copper electrode is reported. The active surface was obtained by anodic dissolution of a copper electrode at an appropriate potential and further redeposition of copper ions still remaining at the diffusion layer. Under optimal experimental conditions the peak current response increases linearly with nitrate concentration over a range of 0.1-2.5 mmol L−1. The repeatability of measurements for nitrate was evaluated as 1.8% (N = 15) and the limit of detection of the method was found to be 11 μmol L−1 (S/N = 3). Nitrate contents in two different samples (mineral water and sausages) compared well with those obtained from using the standard Griess protocol at a 95% of confidence level measured by the t-student test. The interference from chloride on the nitrate analysis and the possibility of simultaneous determination of nitrite were also examined.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbate on a ruthenium oxide hexacyanoferrate (RuOHCF) glassy carbon (GC) modified electrode was investigated at pH 6.9 by using rotating disc electrode (RDE) voltammetry. The influence of the systematic variation of rotation rate, film thickness, ascorbate concentration and the electrode potential indicated that the rate of cross-chemical reaction between Ru(III) centres immobilized into the film and ascorbate controls the overall process. The kinetic regime may be classified as a Sk″ mechanism and the second order rate constant for the surface electrocatalytic reaction was found to be 1.56 × 10−3 mol−1 L1 s−1 cm. A carbon fibre microelectrode modified with the RuOHCF film was successfully used as an amperometric sensor to monitor the ascorbate diffusion in a simulated microenvironment experiment.  相似文献

A series of 2-substituted benzimidazoles was synthesized under aerobic conditions, by simply heating 1,2-diaminobenzene and aldehydes in DMF at 80 °C, employing Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as promoter and atmospheric air as an efficient oxidant. The procedure afforded the products from good to excellent yields. Furthermore, this new economic and eco-friendly protocol avoids the use of toxic metal catalysts, as well as additional bases and oxidants.  相似文献
