Structural and conformational information obtained from the crystal structure and solution1H nmr investigations of the title compound are compared. The 4-aryltetralone, C24H24O10, crystallizes as a chloroform solvate in the monoclinic space group, P21/n, witha=12.519(4),b=17.938(6),c=12.534(9)Å,=111.90(5)°, and Dcalc=1.51 g cm–3 forZ=4. The data for this compound were collected at –150°C. Least-squares refinement of 2796 observed [F
o5(F
o)] reflections led to the final agreement index ofR=0.062. A threefold static disorder was observed for one of the carboxyl groups. The second carboxyl group participates in an intramolecular hydrogen bond and is thus ordered. The1H nmr spectrum revealed the title compound to exist as a keto-enol tautomeric mixture in solution. Vicinal hydrogen coupling constant analysis proved reliable in ascertaining B-ring stereochemistry of 2,3-disubstituted-4-aryltetralones. 相似文献

A member of the novel family of crystalline microporous aluminophosphates, AlPO4-12, was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization using different aluminum-containing compounds. Three new crystalline phases were obtained by varying the composition of the reaction mixture. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the hudrothermal process and the kinetics of crystallization are discussed. The apparent activation energies obtained for AlPO4-12 are 20.9 and 14.6 kcal/mol for nucleation and crystallization, respectively. The progress of photo- and photooxidative degradation of nylon films were studied by FT–IR spectroscopy. The gases evolved from the photolysis of various nylons and their model amides were also analyzed. The formation of double bonds, changes of crystallinity, and the effect of amino and carboxyl end groups has been studied and discussed. The band shapes of the IR spectra pertaining to the carbonyl groups formed by thermal oxidation or photooxidation were found to be very similar, suggesting that the two oxidation mechanisms might be similar. The broadness of these bands indicates that the carbonyl groups may belong to more than one species. The photodegradation of nylons containing purposely inserted carbonyl groups formed ? CH?CH2 groups. Carbonyl groups formed during oxidation, and present either as keto groups or part of N-acylamide units make nylons susceptible to degradation reactions entailing mainly a Norrish type II mechanism. 相似文献

The surface-enhanced Raman scatterings of dimethyl sulfide, diethyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide have been investigated in silver sol. The dimethyl disulfide molecule decomposes on silver to the corresponding mercaptide implying facile cleavage of its S---S bond. The C---S bond in dialkyl monosulfide appears not to cleave on silver. The oxidation of medical silicone rubber and segmented polyether urethane which were bombarded with 11.2 MeV Si+ or F+ at the dose of 5 × 1014 ions/cm2 was studied. In XPS measurements, it was found that the oxygen concentration on the surface of the implanted polymeric membranes had been increasing in three months at least. ESR measurement showed that some free radicals existed in these membranes and their quantities decreased with time. Chemical analysis proved that peroxides were generated in the γ irradiated membranes. The reason for the increasing of oxygen concentration was that free radicals combined with oxygen in the air and produced peroxides on the membrane surface. Flow-injection chemiluminescence determination of epinephrine in pharmaceutical preparations using raw apple juice as enzyme source 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Raw apple juice exhibits the activity of polyphenol oxidase which can be employed for the determination of mono-, di- and polyhydric phenols. The chemiluminescence detection in the two-channel manifold was used to develop the new procedure for determination of epinephrine. Epinephrine can be determined by this method in pharmaceutical preparations in concentration ranges 1.0–10.0 and 10.0–25.0 mg l−1, with a detection limit of 0.2 mg l−1. Good selectivity against typical antioxidants and other coexisting substances was achieved. Relatively slow loss of the enzyme activity was observed during 1 week. The proposed method is very simple. Fresh juice solution from one apple can be prepared in 10 min and used for at least 8 h with excellent precision. Consumption of luminol solution was 0.15 ml min−1. Couting perfect matchings in graphs is a very difficult problem. Some recently developed decomposition techniques allowed us to estimate the lower bound of the number of perfect matchings in certain classes of graphs. By applying these techniques, it will be shown that every fullerene graph with p vertices contains at least p/2+1 perfect matchings. It is a significant improvement over a previously published estimate, which claimed at least three perfect matchings in every fullerene graph. As an interesting chemical consequence, it is noted that every bisubstituted derivative of a fullerene still permits a Kekulé structure. 相似文献
