A one-step chromatographic method capable of separating all isomers of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-growth hormone-releasing factor (GRF) (1-29) conjugates was developed. The unmodified GRF (1-29) and seven different isomers of PEG-GRF (1-29) conjugates were separated by using a simple reversed-phase HPLC method depending on the differences of hydrophobicity due to the number and site of PEG attachment. The PEGylation sites of all isomers of PEG-GRF (1-29) conjugates were identified by determining the molecular masses of the Lys-C digested fragments with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. This study is a first report for the separation of all PEG-conjugate isomers and would be useful for further studies to find the promising conjugate by evaluating biological activity and stability of each isomer.  相似文献

Microwave irradiation of a suspension of γ-MnOOH in a 4 mol dm−3 LiOH solution brought about a rapid formation of semicrystalline orthorhombic LiMnO2 (o-LiMnO2) within 30 min at 120°C. Cubic Li1.6Mn1.6O4 was obtained by heating o-LiMnO2 at 400°C; lithium could be topotactically extracted from Li1.6Mn1.6O4 with acid to form cubic H1.6Mn1.6O4.  相似文献

While oxidation of 5,5′,15,15′-tetramesityl-10-10′-linked 3NH-corrole dimer with DDQ gave the corresponding triply linked 2NH-corrole tape, the use of an equimolar amount of p-chloranil as a milder oxidant resulted in the formation of a 10-10′-linked neutral 2NH-corrole radical dimer as a stable product. The stability of this peculiar product is ascribed largely to strong antiferromagnetic interaction of the two spins. Further oxidation of this diradical produced corrole tape, suggesting its involvement as a reaction intermediate to the corrole tape. Oxidation of 10-10′-linked bis-pyridine-coordinated CoIII corrole dimer with DDQ produced a cobalt corrole radical dimer and a doubly linked corrole dimer both as stable compounds bearing pyridine and cyanide axial ligands. This type of oxidative transformation involving neutral diradical intermediates is a unique reaction mechanism specific for corrole dimers.  相似文献

Hydrodesulfurization activity of cobalt Chevrel phase sulfide catalysts has been investigated in a fixed-bed flow reactor. Single phase cobalt Chevrel phase sulfides exhibited catalytic activity for hydrodesulfurization. Supported cobalt Chevrel phase sulfides catalysts indicated much higher hydrodesulfurization activity and even higher than commercial CoMoS/Al2O3 catalysts. The existence of Mo6S8 and the reduced oxidation state of Mo in the cobalt Chevrel phase sulfides has been observed by XRD, LRS, and XPS.
