纯C60/C70的热解吸电子电离质谱研究

用热解析电子电离方法来测C60/C70的质谱获得了较好的结果。纯C60/C70样品是按文献[5]方法制得的。将C60/C70样品直接送入离子源内, 瞬间快速升温, 使C60/C70样品在分解之前就得到充分挥发, 再用70eV的电子轰击C60, C70蒸气, 使之电离得到分析鉴定。实验结果表明, 热解析电子电离方法有快原子轰击(FAB)等方法比拟的优点, 它不仅简单快速, 而且谱图本底峰少, 分子结构信息多。     

A Novel Prenylchalcone from Humulus lupulus

From hops of Humulus lupulus, a novel prenylchalcone was isolated, which showed inhibition against BGC-823 cells. The structure was elucidated as 5“-(2“‘-hydroxyisopropyl-)-dihydrofurano-[2“, 3“-B]-4, 4‘-dihydroxy-6‘-methoxychalcone, by HRFABMS and NMR spectra.     

Production of Polyclonal Antibody of Morphine and Determination of Morphine in Urine by Capillary Electrophoresis Immunoassay with Laser-induced Fluorescence Detection

N-Conjugated antigen was synthesized and polyclonal antibody with high specificity was obtained from immunizing animals. With this polyclonal antibody, a rapid and efficient CEIA-LIF method was developed to determine the free morphine in urine of abusers. The detection limit was calculated to be 40 ng/mL. Simulated urine samples were analyzed with good recoveries, which showed the feasibility of its application in specific morphine determination in urine of morphine abusers.     

DSC法研究液晶物质2-(4-烷氧苯基)6-取代苯并噻唑的相变热性质

众所周知,液晶类物质常因其特殊的理化性质而引起人们的兴趣,而拥有多种介晶相(mesomorphous phase)则为其主要特点之一.对于测定该类物质各种相变之间的热性质,差示扫描量热法(DSC)通常有其独特之处。2-(4-烷氧苯基)-6-取代苯并噻唑化合物为苏州大学化学系新研制的,样品经偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析,发现其具有热致性液晶性能.我们用DSC法对这些化合物在升温及降温过程中的相变温度、相变焓进行了测定,并计算得到了相变熵。对于样品在冷却过程中的过冷现象作了测定和探讨.此外,还就样品处理对实验结果的影响作了初步的探索。     

Inclusive Λ(1,520) production in 100 GeVp Be interactions

The reactionpBe→Λ(1,520)X has been measured at 100 GeV incident momentum in the kinematic range 0.15<x<0.35 \((x = 2p_\parallel ^{c.m} /\sqrt s )\) andP _T <1 GeV. The invariant cross section is compatible with that measured forpp interactions at the CERN-ISR. The differential cross sectiondσ/dp _T ² is fitted to an exponentiale ^?αp _T ² with α=2.7 GeV^?2.
