石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定血清中铜

铜系人体内含有的微量元素。测定血清中Cu/Zn比值,有助于病因分析和提供诊断依据。目前,测定血清铜所用的仪器分析方法甚多。本法无需对血清样进行预处理,取样量仅20—50μl。碱金属和碱土金属卤化物无干扰。特征质量m。为5.6pg/0.0044A.S,回收率98～102%,变异系数1.7-2.7%。     

Theoretical Study on the Isomerization Mechanism of Enol Ester from 2-Acyl-1, 3-cyclohexanediones

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. It is demonstrated that path B is more preferable than path a due to low barrier height for the rate-determining step.     

水中超痕量汞的富集与测定

利用合成的巯基含量为2.2～2.5%的高巯基粉状巯基棉,对水中超痕量汞进行富集测定。流速可达100mL·min~(-1),检出限为0.5×10~(-12),加标回收率为90～104%。     

An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

羟丙基醋酸纤维素的合成及其膜的反渗透性

研究了羟丙基纤维素和羟丙基醋酸纤维素的合成。制备羟丙基纤维素的较佳反应温度为40℃左右和2小时或稍长,羟丙基含量随环氧丙烷浓度的增加而增加。在制备羟丙基醋酸纤维素时,随羟丙基含量的增加,所需醋化和水解的时间减少。以甘油-正丙醇或磷酸为添加剂,丙酮为溶剂经30～60s蒸发后制得了羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜。后者在20kg/cm~2下对氯化钠脱盐率可达95～98％,水通量1.0～2.1mL/cm~2·h,其使用温度上限比醋酸纤维素反渗透膜提高10℃以上。     

烯烃歧化催化剂Bu~4N[Mo(CO)~5Cl]-RAlCl~2活性衰减原因的探讨

考察了影响Bu_4N[Mo(CO)_5Cl]-RAlCl_2烯烃歧化催化剂活性的一些因素和反应过程中的动力学行为,并着重讨论催化剂活性衰减的原因。催化剂失活主要是由于形成的金属卡宾活性物种分解所引起。最后分析了烯烃加入顺序对催化剂活性的影响。     

用IR和负离子FAB—MS测定EDTA,DTPA及其碱金属盐类结构

用ＩＲ和负离子ＦＡＢ－ＭＳ测定不同ｐＨ值下ＥＤＴＡ，ＤＴＰＡ，及其碱金属盐类，能直接给出它们的结构及其分子量，对于其碱金属盐类的混合物，不经分离，可以直接测定，能同时得到混合物中各组分的相对分子质量。     

二氧化碳—环氧丙烷—甲苯二异氰酸酯的三元共聚

二氧化碳和环氧丙烷(PO)在阴离子配位催化剂,如二乙基锌和等摩尔的水作用下,可接式(1)发生共聚。但产物聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)的热稳定性较差。改进途径之一是在反应中引入甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行三元共聚。本文报导在双金属阴离子配位催化剂PBM存在下合成一种热稳定性优于PPC的聚碳酸酯聚氨酯(PCPU)的研究结果(式2)。     

A New Synthetic Route to 12-Oxo-1, 15-pentadecanlactam

12-Oxo-1,15-pentadecanlactam 7 was synthesized from cyclododecanone with a totalyield of 36% in a seven-step reaction. The azide 5 to 12-nitro-1,15-pentadecanlactam 6 is the key step featured by direct ring expansion.     

Preparation and Characterization of Microencapsulated Hexadecane Used for Thermal Energy Storage

Polyurea microcapsules about 2.5μm in diameter containing phase change material for thermal energy storage application were synthesized and characterized by interfacial polycondensation method with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and ethylenediamine as monomers in an emulsion system. Hexadecane was used as a phase change material and OP, which is nonionic surfactant, and used as an emulsifier. The chemical structure and thermal behavior of the microcapsules were investigated by FTIR and thermal analysis respectively. The results show encapsulated hexadecane has a good potential as a solar energy storage material.
