利用溶液聚合和成酰胺反应合成了多功能梳状两亲性共聚物,聚(甲基丙烯酸-co-甲基丙烯酸十八酯)-(乙醇胺-乙二胺叶酸)(PSM-EE-FA).用红外光谱(FTIR),核磁共振(1H-NMR)及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了该聚合物的结构及分子量分布.实验结果证明合成了该聚合物,其数均分子量(Mn)为28600,多分散性为1.375.用该两亲梳状聚合物包覆油溶性CdSe/ZnS量子点,通过相转移作用,得到水溶性靶向量子点(PSM-EE-FA-QDs).该水溶性量子点溶液具有较好的稳定性.通过紫外-可见(UV-Vis)及荧光发射光谱分析对该量子点的光学性质进行研究.结果表明,PSM-EE-FA-QDs的紫外-可见光谱及荧光发射光谱峰形与原量子点基本一致.由于量子点表面聚合物层的形成,峰位发生少量红移.该量子点水溶液的荧光强度是原量子点氯仿溶液的98%,荧光产率是原量子点氯仿溶液的95%.动态光散射(DLS)及透射电镜(TEM)测试结果表明水溶性量子点分布均匀.合成的水溶性量子点不但光学性能稳定,而且聚合物及水溶性量子点的合成方法较为简便. 相似文献

The transition states for fragmentation of dihydroxycarbene [C(OH)2] to H2 and CO2 and for the rearrangement of this carbene to formic acid were located by ab initio calculations. The relative energies of the transition states were determined at several levels of theory and the basis set dependence of the energies is discussed. At the best level of theory; using a basis set of double-zeta quality augmented by polarization functions and with the inclusion of extensive CI, we found that the transition state for fragmentation was considerably higher in energy than that for rearrangement. This finding is at variance with the predictions of the Woodward--Hoffmann rules because fragmentation represents an “allowed” reaction, whereas rearrangement is “forbidden.” In conformity with the Woodward–Hoffman rules, the transition state for rearrangement was found to be close in energy to H· + ·CO2H. The even higher energy of the transition state for concerted fragmentation to H2 and CO2 is attributed to the need for the latter fragment to remain substantially bent in order to permit H2 formation while maintaining a modicum of OH bonding. Difficulties in locating the transition state for concerted fragmentation are discussed and a new method for finding transition states is proposed. 相似文献

UB3LYP/6-31g* calculations have been performed on a series of para-substituted 2,2-difluoro-1,3-diphenylcyclopentane-1,3-diyls (4). The singlet is computed to be the ground state for each of the diradicals, regardless of the nature of the para substituents, which range from strongly pi-electron-donating (amino) to strongly pi-electron-withdrawing (nitro). In the symmetrically para-disubstituted diradicals, the size of the singlet-triplet energy gap (Delta E(ST)) increases with the pi-electron-donating ability of the substituents, but in the unsymmetrically substituted diradicals, large values of Delta E(ST) are calculated even when one of the substituents is a pi electron acceptor. The origins of the competitive and cooperative substituent effects, predicted for diradical 4, are discussed in light of the calculated effects of the same substituents on the singlet and triplet states of diradical 6, which lacks the geminal fluorines at C-2 that are present in 4. 相似文献

5-Geranoxypsoralen, commonly called bergamottin, a major furocoumarin contained in bergamot oil, is reported in vitro as a highly photoreactive psoralen. In ethanol, it exhibits quite a high triplet state quantum yield (approximately 0.37). The triplet state is involved in subsequent photochemistry which depends on the initial concentration and on the presence of oxygen. In contrast to most psoralens, absorption and fluorescence data suggest that 5-geranoxypsoralen does not interact with DNA in the dark. No UVA-induced interstrand cross-links in DNA were shown. 相似文献

A new synthetic methodology for the catalytic C-H functionalisation of 2-pyrones is described which proceeds regioselectively at the C3 position, mirroring the observed regioselectivity in 6π-electrocyclisation/oxidative aromatisation reactions of related compounds. Insight into the reaction mechanism is provided, with support for a neutral palladium(II) pathway. B3LYP calculations with two different basis sets have been performed to understand why bicyclo[2.2.0]hex-1(4)-ene (1a) undergoes dimerization with DeltaH(++) = 11.5 kcal/mol, but dimerization of perfluorobicyclo[2.2.0]hex-1(4)-ene (1b) has never been observed. The former reaction is computed to be exothermic by 37.2 kcal/mol, whereas the latter is calculated to be endothermic by 7.4 kcal/mol. The 44.6 kcal/mol difference between the enthalpies of these two reactions can be dissected into contributions of 24.5 kcal/mol for the difference between the enthalpies for forming diradical intermediates 2a and 2b and 20.1 kcal/mol for cyclization of 2a and 2b to, respectively, 3a and 3b. The latter enthalpy difference is largely attributable to repulsions between the endo-fluorines in the dimer, although the exo-fluorines also are found to contribute. The former enthalpy difference is attributable to the difference between the dissociation enthalpies of the pi bonds in 1a and 1b, which is shown to amount to 16 +/- 1 kcal/mol. About 25% of the stronger pi bond in fluoroalkene 1b is found to be due to hyperconjugation of the eight C-F bonds in 1b with the filled pi orbital. However, the major contributor to the stronger pi bond in 1b is shown to be the unfavorable interaction that results when a pyramidalized radical center is syn to a C-F bond. Both of these effects, which contribute to the greater strength of the pi bond in 1b, relative to that in 1a, are analyzed and discussed. 相似文献

In this paper we consider free actions of large prime order cyclic groups on the product of any number of spheres of the same
odd dimension and on products of two spheres of differing odd dimensions. We require only that the action be free on the product
as a whole and not each sphere separately. In particular we determine equivariant homotopy type, and for both linear actions
and for even numbers of spheres the simple homotopy type and simple structure sets. The results are compared to the analysis
and classification done for lens spaces. Similar to lens spaces, the first k-invariant generally determines the homotopy type of many of the quotient spaces, however, the Reidemeister torsion frequently
vanishes and many of the homotopy equivalent spaces are also simple homotopy equivalent. Unlike lens spaces, which are determined
by their ρ-invariant and Reidemeister torsion, the ρ-invariant here vanishes for even numbers of spheres and linear actions
and the Pontrjagin classes become p-localized homeomorphism invariants for a given dimension. The cohomology classes, Pontrjagin classes, and sets of normal

[formula: see text] Aminocyclodextrins (ACDs), perfunctionalized at the 6-position with amino groups, bind phosphonoformate (PFA) diesters and accelerate acyl transfer reactions with high efficiency at neutral pH. Aminolysis and esterolysis are accelerated and hydrolysis of PFA diesters is catalyzed by ACDs. PFA diesters have significant antiviral activity. The rapid reactions observed with ACDs show that biological nucleophiles may undergo facile covalent modification by PFA esters at physiological pH, which has significant implications for prodrug and drug design strategies. 相似文献
