The association behavior of the dyes 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA)-modified 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein (F-NTA) in a poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) film and in a PVA film containing metal nanoparticles is investigated. Well-dispersed gold nanoparticles (AuNps) and Ni(II)-adsorbed AuNps are formed in the PVA film using in situ photochemical fabrication method. 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein and F-NTA are doped into the films. The F-NTA forms an H-aggregate in the PVA film containing Ni(II)-adsorbed AuNps. It is suggested that the interaction between NTA and Ni(II) adsorbed on the AuNps promotes the formation of the H-aggregate.  相似文献

We have demonstrated the construction of multiple porphyrin arrays in the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) supramolecular structures by self-assembly of recombinant TMV coat protein (TMVCP) monomers, in which Zn-coordinated porphyrin (ZnP) and free-base porphyrin (FbP) were site-selectively incorporated. The photophysical properties of porphyrin moieties incorporated in the TMV assemblies were also characterized. TMV-porphyrin conjugates employed as building blocks self-assembled into unique disk and rod structures under the proper conditions as similar to native TMV assemblies. The mixture of a ZnP donor and an FbP acceptor was packed in the TMV assembly and showed energy transfer and light-harvesting activity. The detailed photophysical properties of the arrayed porphyrins in the TMV assemblies were examined by time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, and the energy transfer rates were determined to be 3.1-6.4x10(9) s(-1). The results indicate that the porphyrins are placed at the expected positions in the TMV assemblies.  相似文献

We studied the energy transfer processes in the molecular array consisting of pyrene (Py), biphenyl (Ph2), and bisphthalimidethiophene (ImT), (Py-Ph2)2-ImT, during two-color two-laser flash photolysis (2-LFP). The first laser irradiation predominantly generates ImT in the lowest triplet excited state (ImT(T1)) because of the efficient singlet energy transfer from Py in the lowest singlet excited state to ImT and, then, intersystem crossing of ImT. ImT(T1) was excited to the higher triplet excited state (Tn) with the second laser irradiation. Then, the triplet energy was rapidly transferred to Py via a two-step triplet energy transfer (TET) process through Ph2. The efficient generation of Py(T1) was suggested from the nanosecond-picosecond 2-LFP. The back-TET from Py(T1) to ImT was observed for several tens of microseconds after the second laser irradiation. The estimated intramolecular TET rate from Py(T1) to ImT was as slow as 3.1 x 104 s-1. Hence, long-lived Py(T1) was selectively and efficiently produced during the 2-LFP.  相似文献

Regioselective photocycloadditions of 2-pyridones ( 1 ) with 2,4-pentadienoates ( 3 ) were analysed and compared with the reactions with propenoate ( 2 ), and origins of the different regioselectivities were inferred from frontier molecular orbital properties by the use of PM3-CI method. Direct photoreactions of 1 with 3 being α,β,γ,δ-unsaturated carboxylates gave four types of regio-selective [2+2]cycloadducts, 3-β:4-α-4, 5, 3-δ:4-γ-6,7,5-δ: 6-γ-8, 9 and 5-δ:6-γ-[2+2]cycloadducts 10,11. Sensitized photoreactions of 1 with 3 did not occur, and fluorescence of 1 was weakly quenched by 3. Otherwise, main cycloadducts in the sensitized reactions of 1 with 2 have been obtained as 5-α:6-β-[2+2]cycloadducts, which were different from main 3-β:4-α-[2+2]cycloadducts of the direct reactions, and these site-and regio-selectivities were inferred from the different frontier molecular orbital coefficients at the. 3-and 6-positions of 1 for the triplet and singlet states. Formations of 4–7 were also interpreted by both effects of frontier orbital HSOMO-LUMO interactions and of the electrostatic interaction between 1 and 3. The other site-and regioselective adducts 8–11 were inferred to be formed by the electrostatic interactions similar to 2-pyridone photodimerization.  相似文献

A heterometallic M−M′ bond formation is a key to construct atomically precise bimetallic clusters and materials. However, it is sometimes not straightforward to construct a heterometallic M−M′ bond through conventional methods including redox condensation. Here, we found that a sandwich framework of π-conjugated unsaturated hydrocarbon ligands provides a unique coordination environment that facilitates unusual coupling of d8 RhI and d10 M0 (M=Pd, Pt). The molecular orbital analysis showed that the electron-accepting ability of the sandwich framework through back-donation allows the formation of a dσ-type Rh−Pd bond in a (d–d)18 electron system.  相似文献

We study the time-decay of weighted norms of weak and strong solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in a 3D exterior domain. Moment estimates for weak solutions and weighted Lq-estimates for strong solutions are deduced, both of which seem to be optimal. The relation is discussed between the space-time decay and the vanishing of the total net force exerted by the fluid to the body. A class of initial data is given so that the total net force associated to the corresponding fluid flows does not vanish.  相似文献

This paper examines asymptotic distributions of the canonical correlations between and with qp, based on a sample of size of N=n+1. The asymptotic distributions of the canonical correlations have been studied extensively when the dimensions q and p are fixed and the sample size N tends toward infinity. However, these approximations worsen when q or p is large in comparison to N. To overcome this weakness, this paper first derives asymptotic distributions of the canonical correlations under a high-dimensional framework such that q is fixed, m=np and c=p/nc0∈[0,1), assuming that and have a joint (q+p)-variate normal distribution. An extended Fisher’s z-transformation is proposed. Then, the asymptotic distributions are improved further by deriving their asymptotic expansions. Numerical simulations revealed that our approximations are more accurate than the classical approximations for a large range of p,q, and n and the population canonical correlations.  相似文献

This paper states and generalizes in part some recent results on finite difference methods for Dirichlet problems in a bounded domain Ω which the author has obtained by himself or with coworkers. After stating a superconvergence property of finite difference solution for the case where the exact solution u belongs to , it is remarked that such a property does not hold in general if . Next, a convergence theorem is given for inconsistent schemes under some assumptions. Furthermore, it is shown that the accuracy of the approximate solution can be improved by a coordinate transformation. Numerical examples are also given.  相似文献

Several criteria, such as CV, C p , AIC, CAIC, and MAIC, are used for selecting variables in linear regression models. It might be noted that C p has been proposed as an estimator of the expected standardized prediction error, although the target risk function of CV might be regarded as the expected prediction error R PE. On the other hand, the target risk function of AIC, CAIC, and MAIC is the expected log-predictive likelihood. In this paper, we propose a prediction error criterion, PE, which is an estimator of the expected prediction error R PE. Consequently, it is also a competitor of CV. Results of this study show that PE is an unbiased estimator when the true model is contained in the full model. The property is shown without the assumption of normality. In fact, PE is demonstrated as more faithful for its risk function than CV. The prediction error criterion PE is extended to the multivariate case. Furthermore, using simulations, we examine some peculiarities of all these criteria.  相似文献

在日本东京大学CRIB 次级束装置上,用长气体靶开展了22Na+ α共振散射的厚靶实验研究。针对长气体靶实验中的两体运动学重构问题,提出了一套包括构建空间复杂几何关系、计算能量损失以及反应运动学的逐事件分析方法;对22Na+α共振散射的实验数据进行了重构分析,得到了Ec.m. = 4.2 ~ 5.4 MeV 区间22Na( α,α ) 的激发函数,从实验的激发函数中观测到了复合核26Al 5 个较为明显的共振峰。鉴于26Al 共振态的衰变模式比较复杂,本工作发现的26Al新共振态的能级性质有待进一步的理论分析。The 22Na+α resonant scattering is studied via a conventional thick target inverse kinematic method with an extended gas target. A data analysis method is proposed for the two-body reaction kinematic reconstruction, in which the spatial geometry, the reaction kinematics and the energy losses are considered. The experimental data of 22Na+ αresonant scattering have been thus reconstructed, and the excitation function is obtained in the energy interval of Ec.m. =4.2~5.4 MeV. Five resonant states in 26Al are observed in the experimental excitation function. Since several decay modes coexist for the observed 26Al resonant states, multi-channel theoretical analysis is thus needed to reveal their structure and decay features.  相似文献
