The isotopically enriched silicon (28Si) nanowires have been fabricated by using the floating-zone (FZ) melting vapour method. The growth of the nanowires was performed in the top area, 1.52 cm from the floating melting zone (2 mm width) of a raw material bar under a flow of Ar gas. Field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analyses revealed that the nanowires of isotopically enriched 28Si crystalline had diameters ranging from 2050 nm and lengths of several hundreds of micrometres. The special structure of the tip of the isotopically enriched 28Si nanowires was observed. 相似文献

Complex formation constants of Np(V) with 22 organic ligands, 7 hydroxycarboxylic acids, 4 dicarboxylic acids, 4 aminocarboxylic acids, 3 pyridinecarboxylic acids, 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid, IDA, NTA and EDTA, have been determined in 1M NaClO4 at 25°C by using the solvent extraction method with TTA and 1, 10-phenanthroline. A model for treating the sorption of metal ions on hydrous metal oxides was established based on the assumptions that these materials are weakly acidic cation exchangers and have a discrete exchanger phase. The experimental results of the sorption of metal ions on the hydrous niobium(V) and tin(IV) oxides are found to be consistent with the formulas derived from the model by considering that the charge balance and the mass action law hold in the exchanger phase and cations are sorbed by the distribution between this phase and the bulk aqueous phase. 相似文献

From the viewpoints of large capacity, long‐term guarantee, and low cost, interest in magnetic recording tapes has undergone a revival as an archive storage media for big data. Herein, we prepared a new series of metal‐substituted ?‐Fe2O3, ?‐GaIII0.31TiIV0.05CoII0.05FeIII1.59O3, nanoparticles with an average size of 18 nm. Ga, Ti, and Co cations tune the magnetic properties of ?‐Fe2O3 to the specifications demanded for a magnetic recording tape. The coercive field was tuned to 2.7 kOe by introduction of single‐ion anisotropy on CoII (S=3/2) along the c‐axis. The saturation magnetization was increased by 44 % with GaIII (S=0) and TiIV (S=0) substitution through the enhancement of positive sublattice magnetizations. The magnetic tape media was fabricated using an actual production line and showed a very sharp signal response and a remarkably high signal‐to‐noise ratio compared to the currently used magnetic tape. 相似文献

In this paper we construct the multi-dimensional p-adic approximation lattices by using simultaneous approximation problems (SAP) of p-adic numbers and we estimate the l ∞ norm of the p-adic SAP solutions theoretically by applying Dirichlet’s principle and numerically by using the LLL algorithm. By using the SAP solutions as private keys, the security of which depends on NP-hardness of SAP or the shortest vector problems (SVP) of p-adic lattices, we propose a p-adic knapsack cryptosystem with commitment schemes, in which the sender Alice prepares ciphertexts and the verification keys in her p-adic numberland. 相似文献

We use the combinatorics of toric networks and the double affine geometric R-matrix to define a three-parameter family of generalizations of the discrete Toda lattice. We construct the integrals of motion and a spectral map for this system. The family of commuting time evolutions arising from the action of the R-matrix is explicitly linearized on the Jacobian of the spectral curve. We report the formation of standing mesochannels simply by spin-coating a precursor solution onto a PAA (porous anodic alumina) substrate with designed conical holes, utilizing exactly the same precursors and reaction conditions that form two-dimensional (2D) hexagonal mesoporous SBA-15-type films. When the aspect ratios of the conical holes are lower, the sponge-like mesopores are generated within the conical holes. Such a formation of sponge-like mesostructures truly acts as a trigger for the evolution of perpendicularly oriented and tilted mesochannels. On the other hand, when the PAA substrates with high-aspect cones are used, the mesochannels are stacked like a doughnut within the conical holes, which leads to parallel orientations of the mesochannels in the continuous film region. 相似文献
