Each alternative for a repair contract implies a specific responsetime and related cost. The response time is associated withthe commitment of repair time, based on the contract. A decisionmaker chooses the best alternative taking into account the systemperformance and the cost of the contract. This problem has beenanalysed through a multicriteria decision model. This decisionmodel supports decision makers in the determination of the bestcombination of contracting conditions. The decision model proposedallows the decision maker to quantify the consequences of anaction taking into account two basic criteria: the cost of thecontract and the system performance. Two different decisionmodels have been built to support decision makers. These decisionmodels are based on different multicriteria approaches. Thefirst, reported in a previous paper, is based on the multiattributeutility theory (MAUT). The model presented in this paper isbased on the ELECTRE I method combined with utility functions.The paper presents the main theoretical aspects related to bothapproaches and practical implications related to model building.A numerical application is presented in order to illustratethe use of the decision model.  相似文献

A static, plane-symmetric scalar field of long range is considered in general relativity, and a one-parameter class of exact solutions with cosmical time is studied in harmonic coordinates. The geodetic equations are solved. A velocity-dependent acceleration field is found, acting attractively on the component of the velocity normal to the plane of symmetry, and repulsively on the component parallel to that plane. Thin film multilayers of Fe and Al with thicknesses ranging from 10 nm/2 nm to 10 nm/420 nm Fe/Al are used as starting structures to produce intermetallic phases by solid-phase reaction during high-vacuum thermal annealings. By measuring the relative concentrations of the reacting Fe and Al species nearby the growing interfaces and using the recently introduced concept of effective heat of mixing of binary thin-film metallic systems, a method is suggested to predict the phases to be obtained from different combinations of initial multilayer thickness and annealing temperature.  相似文献

We study in this paper the thin multilayered film of the system Fe x Zr1-x using conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy (CEMS) as well as Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS). The solid state reaction (SSR) at 500°C for thex=0.33 andx=0.67 concentrations produces crystalline and amorphous phases. For the concentrationx=0.50 only an amorphous phase is obtained. For reactions at 700°C, besides Fe-Zr phases, another one is observed in the CEMS spectrum. This phase may be associated with some FeSi compound since the RBS profile shows the presence of Si at the surface.This work was supported by CNPq, FINEP and FAPERGS.  相似文献
