Novel unsymmetrical vanadyl and zinc dodecakis(2,2,2‐trifluoroethoxy)phthalocyaninates with an iodo group were synthesized by a statistical condensation route. The palladium‐catalyzed coupling reaction between such monoiodinated metallophthalocyanines and terminal acetylenic derivatives gave various new unsymmetrically dodecakis(2,2,2‐trifluoroethoxy)‐substituted metallophthalocyanines with extended exocyclic π‐conjugation. Unsymmetrical zinc dodecakis(2,2,2‐trifluoroethoxy)phthalocyaninate with a nitro group was also prepared for comparison. All the target phthalocyanines were separated by common col umn chromatography and characterized by elemental analysis, ir and 1H‐nmr, uv‐visible and fast‐atombombardment mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

In vitro screening assays are useful techniques for the determination of receptor-mediated activities in environmental samples. In order to define whether environmental chemicals act as an agonist or antagonist to the human estrogen receptor (hER), we have constructed a biosensor based on ligand-inducible interactions between hER and relative proteins on a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The his-tagged proteins, which were expressed in E. coli by recombinant DNA technology, were immobilized on an Au-electrode with Ni(II)-mediated chemisorption using the histidine tag and thiol-modified iminodiacetic acid. The resonance-frequency change of the protein-modified electrode was caused by association or dissociation with the hER relative proteins on the surface in the presence of estrogen. These results suggest that this sensor is applicable as a large-scale screening tool for estrogenic compounds.  相似文献

High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps are difficult to re-ignite rapidly because of the high pressure of metal vapor at high temperatures. We have succeeded in reducing the re-ignition time of high-pressure mercury lamps by using a pre-ionization step where an excess of electrons are generated by UV laser irradiation into the lamp. The effect of changing the laser focal point of the UV laser in the lamp and the position of an auxiliary electrode were also investigated. The time interval for re-ignition was reduced from 230s to 100s by laser irradiation near to the cathode. The results clearly showed that the effect of accelerating the re-ignition time by the pre-ionization step was determined by the behavior of excess electrons generated during the UV laser irradiation.  相似文献

A regularly preemptive model D,MAP/D 1,D 2/1 is studied. Priority customers have constant inter-arrival times and constant service times. On the other hand, ordinary customers' arrivals follow a Markovian Arrival Process (MAP) with constant service times. Although this model can be formulated by using the piecewise Markov process, there remain some difficult problems on numerical calculations. In order to solve these problems, a novel approximation model MAP/MR/1 with Markov renewal services is proposed. These two queueing processes become different due to the existence of idle periods. Thus, a MAP/MR/1 queue with a general boundary condition is introduced. It is a model with the exceptional first service in each busy period. In particular, two special models are studied: one is a warm-up queue and the other is a cool-down queue. It can be proved that the waiting time of ordinary customers for the regular preemption model is stochastically smaller than the waiting time of the former model. On the other hand, it is stochastically larger than the waiting time of the latter model.  相似文献

A gold thin film was machined by laser ablation using a femtosecond laser with mask patterns in the shape of lines and numbers. The patterns were successfully transferred with proper focusing and laser fluence. The optimal femtosecond laser fluence to keep the line width was about 5.2 mJ/cm2 on the mask, and 99 mJ/cm2 on the film. The processing resolution was 13 μm, and the narrowest line width was about 4 μm.  相似文献

A new series of amphiphilic 1-octadecyl glycerolipids (eleven compounds, 1a-k) were designed and synthesized, in which the 3-phosphocholine portion of platelet-activating factor (1-alkyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, PAF) was replaced by the 2-(2-trimethylammonioethoxy)ethyl group and congeneric groups having oligo(ethyleneoxy)ethyl bridges of various lengths at position 3, together with modification at position 2 (lower alkyl, acetonyl, acetoacetyl, carboxymethyl and pyrimidin-2-yl groups). These ether lipids, characterized by a nonphosphorus lysoglycerolipid structure, showed potent antitumor activity in vitro (human promyelocytic leukemia cells, HL-60, and human epidermoid carcinoma cells, KB) and in vivo (mouse sarcoma S180 and mouse mammary carcinoma MM46). Maximal in vitro potency was obtained with 1-O-octadecyl-2-O-(2-pyrimidinyl)-3-O-[2-(2-trimethylammonioethoxy )ethyl] glycerol (1g; IC50 values for both HL-60 and KB were 0.32 microgram/ml, indicating a higher activity than alkyl-lysophospholipid, ET18-OMe). Several appropriately 2-substituted 1-octadecylglycerolipids with the 3-[2-(2-trimethylammonioethoxy)ethyl] group (e.g., methyl, 1b; butyl, 1f; 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl, 1j; and acetonyl, 1k) showed a potent life-span-prolonging effect on mice with ascites sarcoma S180 and on those with mammary carcinoma MM46, when administered intraperitoneally at 16.5 and 12.5 mg/kg/d, respectively. Compounds 1b and 1k showed definite tumor growth inhibition against solid sarcoma S180 in mice, whether given p.o. or i.v. at 16.5 mg/kg/d. Studies on the structure-activity relationships indicate that the metabolic stability to phospholipase C or related enzymes is at least partly responsible for the potent antitumor activity of this series of ether lipids.  相似文献

In this paper a new control methodology for underactuated mechanical systems is proposed. The basic idea of this method is to combine passive velocity field control with decoupling vector field. In order that the underactuated mechanical systems can be stabilized at the desired position after settling on the desired velocity vector field, novel control strategies are proposed. Proposed control strategies are applied to the underactuated planar three-link manipulator and underactuated planar body. Simulations demonstrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

An integrated platform was developed for point-of-use determination of ethanol in sugar cane fermentation broths. Such analysis is important because ethanol reduces its fuel production efficiency by altering the alcoholic fermentation step when in excess. The custom-designed platform integrates gas diffusion separation with voltammetric detection in a single analysis module. The detector relied on a Ni(OH)2-modified electrode. It was stabilized by uniformly depositing cobalt and cadmium hydroxides as shown by XPS measurements. Such tests were in accordance with the hypothesis related to stabilization of the Ni(OH)2 structure by insertion of Co2+ and Cd2+ ions in this structure. The separation step, in turn, was based on a hydrophobic PTFE membrane, which separates the sample from receptor solution (electrolyte) where the electrodes were placed. Parameters of limit of detection and analytical sensitivity were estimated to be 0.2% v/v and 2.90 μA % (v/v)−1, respectively. Samples of fermentation broth were analyzed by both standard addition method and direct interpolation in saline medium based-analytical curve. In this case, the saline solution exhibited ionic strength similar to those of the samples intended to surpass the tonometry colligative effect of the samples over analyte concentration data by attributing the reduction in quantity of diffused ethanol vapor majorly to the electrolyte. The approach of analytical curve provided rapid, simple and accurate analysis, thus contributing for deployment of point-of-use technologies. All of the results were accurate with respect to those obtained by FTIR method at 95% confidence level.  相似文献
