The asymmetric synthesis of a series of (7'S,8R,8'R)-7'-hydroxylignano-9,9'-lactones is presented, among them the mammalian lignan (7'S)-hydroxyenterolactone and (7'S)-parabenzlactone, allowing the stereochemistry of natural occurring (-)-parabenzlactone to be re-assigned. A hydroxylactone rearrangement and its possible mechanisms are discussed. Finally a brief survey of the current naming and numbering variants of 7'-hydroxylignano-9,9'-lactones is presented, along with a suggestion for harmonization of the nomenclature.  相似文献

A direct insertion membrane probe for the direct determination of organic compounds in aqueous samples has been designed and built. This device allows the transportation of analyte solution over a sheet membrane via which pervaporation transports compounds directly into the heated ion source of a mass spectrometer. This configuration, together with the possibility of temperature control at the solution/membrane interface, decreases response times (typically <10 s) and memory effects and gives very good sensitivity and low detection limits (down to 10 μg l?1). Optimization of different parameters which affect the performance of the device is reported. High probe temperatures and high flow-rates are generally preferred, giving increased sensitivity. A knowledge of the sample matrix is essential in precise quantitative analysis, because matrix components can change permeation rates and ionization efficiencies. The usefulness of the device in bioreactor monitoring and in environmental analysis is demonstrated.  相似文献

Liquid phase tert-butylation of m-cresol was carried out using 12-tungstosilicic acid supported on neutral alumina by varying different parameters. The reaction has also been carried out by using calcined samples under optimized conditions. The present catalyst shows an excellent activity of 93.2%, conversion of 100% selectivity for the o-isomer, an important industrial product.  相似文献

We elucidate the mechanism of cold denaturation through constant-pressure simulations for a model of hydrophobic molecules in an explicit solvent. We find that the temperature dependence of the hydrophobic effect induces, facilitates, and is the driving force for cold denaturation. The physical mechanism underlying this phenomenon is identified as the destabilization of hydrophobic contact in favor of solvent-separated configurations, the same mechanism seen in pressure-induced denaturation. A phenomenological explanation proposed for the mechanism is suggested as being responsible for cold denaturation in real proteins.  相似文献

Catecholamines were analysed in aqueous and alcoholic non-aqueous solutions by capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry using sheathless nanospray coupling. Decreases in the electrophoretic mobilities of the catecholamines and in the electroosmotic mobilities were observed from water to 1-propanol. Separations were more efficient in all non-aqueous media than in water. The diffusion coefficients of the catecholamines in the different media were determined. The solvent had little effect on the sensitivity of the UV or MS detection. Both methods were successfully applied to the analysis of urine samples.  相似文献

A method was developed for measuring the residual solvent content in a dried offset print. The method is based on hexane extraction. The presence of additives and resins in the printing inks necessitated purification of the extract on an aluminum oxide column. In the study concerning the effect of the heatset web offset drying process on print quality, a distinct correlation was found between the residual solvent content of the print and the drying parameters.  相似文献

We introduce a model of two coupled reaction-diffusion equations to describe the dynamics and propagation of flame fronts in random media. The model incorporates heat diffusion, its dissipation, and its production through coupling to the background reactant density. We first show analytically and numerically that there is a finite critical value of the background density below which the front associated with the temperature field stops propagating. The critical exponents associated with this transition are shown to be consistent with meanfield theory of percolation. Second, we study the kinetic roughening associated with a moving planar flame front above the critical density. By numerically calculating the time-dependent width and equal-time height correlation function of the front, we demonstrate that the roughening process belongs to the universality class of the Kardar-Parisi-Zhang interface equation. Finally, we show how this interface equation can be analytically derived from our model in the limit of almost uniform background density.  相似文献
