Potassium bromide catalyzed NS bond formation via oxidative dehydrogenation

N-Substituted benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-ones are a family of compounds with extremely important application. Recently, we have developed a new green pathway to synthesize these compounds via potassium bromide-catalyzed intramolecular oxidative dehydrogenative cyclization. This reaction has high functional group tolerance and affords excellent yield even in gram scale.     

A biochemometrics strategy combining quantitative determination,bioactivity evaluation and relationship analysis for identification of analgesic alkaloids of raw and vinegar‐processed Corydalis turtschaninovii

A biochemometrics strategy combining quantitative determination, bioactivity evaluation, and relationship analysis was proposed for identification of analgesic components of herbs. First, a robust liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous determination of nine major alkaloids in crude and vinegar‐processed Corydalis turtschaninovii. Nine alkaloids were separated on a BEH C₁₈ column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water spiked with 0.1% formic acid and then detected by multiple reactions monitoring in the positive ion mode. Nitidine chloride was employed as the internal standard. The method displayed good linearity and the precisions of intra‐day and inter‐day were all within 3.0%. The recovery rates of each alkaloid ranged from 97.1 to 102.9%. The method was successfully applied for quantitative analysis of nine alkaloids in ten batches of crude and vinegar‐processed Corydalis turtschaninovii. Second, the analgesic effects of crude and vinegar‐processed Corydalis turtschaninovii were evaluated in mice. Third, principle component analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and partial least squares regression were used to analysis the relationship between the contents of nine major alkaloids and the analgesic effect of different crude and vinegar‐processed samples. Tetrahydropalmatine, coptisine, and dehydrocorydaline have a close positive correlation with the analgesic effect.     

跳马项目的三维实时动态测量系统

为跳马项目研究的电测系统中引入数字信号处理的传递函数及频谱分析的方法,采集和处理了因人体冲击三维力对信号的耦合干扰造成的十分复杂的响应信号,具有较高的动态测试精度.可以获得跳马动作的全部运动生物力学参数.现已用于中国国家体操队进行计算机辅助训炼.     

兔VX2移植肝癌及隔离灌注模型建立方法探究

应用开腹瘤块包埋法建立了兔移植肝癌模型,探讨了改良动脉插管技术及提高隔离灌注模型建立的成功率.采用的方法是将实验兔建立移植肝癌模型10d后,按动脉插管方法随机分为3组：A组为直视下儿科静脉留置针插管;B组为显微镜下儿科静脉留置针插管;C组为直视下硬膜外麻醉导管插管.建模成功后经肝动脉灌注奥沙利铂,隔离灌注模型建立前测量肿瘤生长大小,常规病理观察肿瘤,比较插管成功率.研究结果表明：肿瘤生长良好,应用儿科静脉留置针插管成功率明显高于硬膜外麻醉导管,显微镜下插管较直视下无统计学意义,奥沙利铂浓度外周静脉显著低于流出道.由此认为采用儿科静脉留置针插管操作简单,成功率高,建立隔离灌注模型外周血药物泄漏少,阻断较完全,是一种实用的隔离灌注建立方法.     

一类发展方程柯西问题的变换迭代法

潘涛在[2]中提出了高维波动方程柯西问题的变换迭代法,本文对其进行了推广.在初始数据和自由项为多元多项式的情况下,得到了包括双曲型、抛物型方程柯西问题在内的一类发展方程的求解格式,用其可迅速得到解的表达式.如果定解问题是适定的,由于多元多项式可以逼近连续函数,故方程的近似解可以转化为逼近问题,这在计算上是很有意义的.此外,笔者还提出了“模型初始数据法”的概念.     

优良发酵果蔬原酱专用乳酸菌的筛选及鉴定

采用目的平板梯度稀释法,从自然发酵果蔬原浆及中外泡菜老液中分离到22株乳酸菌。采用MRS(pH2.0)初筛平板和MRS(30%葡萄糖)复筛平板,筛选出4株耐酸、耐高糖乳杆菌。对其进行了pH值、酸度、活菌数等果蔬酱发酵性能测试研究,其中两株发酵产酸速度快、发酵性能优异、发酵果蔬酱风
