A series of spiropyrans with a polyaromatic or heteroaromatic pendant was synthesized conveniently.Their photochromic behaviors were investigated with the aid of absorption spectral measurements.The results indicated that the compounds with the same parent spiropyran but different aromatic pendant show significantly different photochromic properties.This may be due to the π-π orbital interaction between the polyaromatic pendant and the open photomerocyanine form of spiropyran.The results obtained are very useful in the molecule design area.  相似文献

Abstract— The effect of various modulators of cytoplasmic guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cGMP) level on the step-up photophobic responses in Blepharisma japonicum has been investigated to clarify the possible role of cGMP in the mechanism of photosensory signal transduction. Membrane-permeable analogs of cGMP, 8-bromo-guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate or dibutyryl cGMP, caused a marked dose-dependent prolongation of the latency for the photophobic response, resulting in inhibition of the photophobic response in Blepharisma japonicum. A similar effect was observed when cells were treated with 3'-isobutylmethylxanthine (IBMX), a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, and pertussis toxin, a G-protein activity modulator. The G-protein activator, fluoroaluminate, and 6-anilino-5,8-quinolinedione (LY 83583), an agent which effectively lowers the cytoplasmic cGMP level, significantly enhanced the photoresponsiveness of these ciliates to visible light stimuli. These results suggest that cellular cGMP serves as a signal modulator in the photophobic response of Blepharisma japonicum.  相似文献

Graft chitosan derivatives (CMCTS‐g‐MAAS and CMCTS‐g‐AAS) were prepared by the graft copolymerization of methacrylic acid sodium (MAAS) and acrylic acid sodium (AAS) onto the etherification product of chitosan‐carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCTS). Their antioxidant activity was estimated as superoxide anion scavengers by chemiluminescence techniques. The derivatives with low grafting percentages have a relatively low 50% inhibition concentration (IC50), which could be related to the fact that they have different contents of hydroxyl and amino groups in the polymer chains.

Dextran-Fe3O4 hybrid clusters were fabricated by coprecipitating ferric and ferrous ions in the presence of dextran, and after characterization of these clusters combined with calculation based on classical nucleation theory, a structure model of these hybrid clusters was proposed. The hybrid cluster was believed including small Fe3O4 nanoparticles and dextran which acted as both nucleating agent and stabilizer, so that exist in both the inside of magnetite nanoparticles and the periphery of the hybrid clusters. Besides, the effects of WCD (weightiron cation:weightdextran) and molecular weight of dextran on the size, morphology and magnetic property of clusters were also investigated in this paper. It was found that the variation of WCD and molecular weight of dextran have great effect on the size of the hybrid clusters, but have almost no effect on the size of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The characterization of magnetic property demonstrated that the Fe3O4 nanoparticles are of a single domain and the saturation magnetization was affected by the size of dextran-Fe3O4 hybrid clusters.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to examine some fundamental factors involved in the design and construction of the anode magnetron dc glow discharge processes as well as its performance in plasma cleaning and polymerization. Those advantages of anode magnetron include the capability of the magnetron to operate at low pressure, as well as decreasing the thickness of cathode dark space, i.e., the negative glow which contains a higher concentration of ions and active species was more closely to the cathode surface, which makes the plasma surface cleaning and polymerization an effective and uniform processes. The deposition rate at a given discharge power is increased by the presence of anode magnetrons, and is also much higher relative to rf and af. The refractive index of dc plasma film at a given polymer thickness (such as TMS, 70 nm, RI: 2.4) is higher than rf, af, and cascade arc plasma (RI: 1.6–1.7).  相似文献

The reaction of 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐6‐pyridazinone‐3‐carboxylic acid hydrazides ( 1 ) with aromatic aldehydes afforded 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐6‐pyridazinone‐3‐carbonyl aromatic aldehyde hydrazones ( 2a‐2g ). Heterocyclic derivatives linked 1,3,4‐oxadiazole obtained by cyclocondensation of 2a‐2g with acetic anhydride in absolute ethanol, and 2a‐2g cyclized with mercaptoacetic acid in DMF in the presence of anhydrous ZnCl2 afforded the 1,3‐thiazolidinone derivatives. The structures of the new compounds were established by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectral data.  相似文献

Fullerols of C60 and of C70 [C60(OH)n, C70(OH)m], water-soluble fullerene derivatives, unlike some other fullerene derivatives (such as C60 (C4H6O), C60 (C3H7N) and C60 [C(COOEt)2]x), do not result in excited triplet state but in ionization via monophotonic process in aqueous solutions with 248 nm laser. The quantum yields of formation of hydrated electron (Φe ) are determined to be 0.08 and 0.11 for fullerols of C60 and of C70 respectively at room temperature (ca. 15°C) with KI solution used as reference. By laser flash photolysis and oxidation of sulfate radical anion SO4 , the fullerol radical cation or neutral radical of C60 is confirmed to be existent and the transient absorption spectra of fullerol radical cation of C70 are observed for the first time. 以5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-羧基苯基)卟啉和5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-羟基苯基)卟啉为原料, 分别与N-(Boc-氨乙基)甘氨酸乙酯(3)及其衍生物4作用, 得到了两种肽核酸骨架分子键联卟啉化合物68. 中间体和目标化合物均由紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、质谱及元素分析所确证. 目标化合物的荧光光谱测试结果表明, 肽核酸单元分子的链接对卟啉分子的荧光波长和强度影响不大.  相似文献

We report a facile synthesis of Au tetrahedra in high purity and with tunable, well‐controlled sizes via seed‐mediated growth. The success of this synthesis relies on the use of single‐crystal, spherical Au nanocrystals as the seeds and manipulation of the reaction kinetics to induce an unsymmetrical growth pattern for the seeds. In particular, the dropwise addition of a precursor solution with a syringe pump, assisted by cetyltrimethylammonium chloride and bromide at appropriate concentrations, was found to be critical to the formation of Au tetrahedra in high purity. Their sizes could be readily tuned in the range of 30–60 nm by simply varying the amount of precursor added to the reaction solution. The current strategy not only enables the synthesis of Au tetrahedra with tunable and controlled sizes but also provides a facile and versatile approach to reducing the symmetry of nanocrystals made of a face‐centered cubic lattice.  相似文献
