We have investigated the N2O–HDO molecular complex using ab initio calculations at the CCSD(T)-F12a/aug-cc-pVTZ level of theory and using cavity ring-down spectroscopy to probe an HDO/N2O/Ar supersonic jet around 1.58 μm. A single a-type vibrational band was observed, 13 cm?1 redshifted compared to the OH+OD excited band in HDO, and 173 vibration-rotation lines were assigned (Trot ≈ 20 K). A weighted fit of existing microwave and present near infrared (NIR) data was achieved using a standard Watson's Hamiltonian (σ = 1.26), producing ground and excited states rotational constants. The comparison of the former with those calculated ab initio suggests a planar geometry in which the OD rather than the OH bond in water is almost parallel to NNO. The equilibrium geometry and dissociation energy (De = –11.7 kJ/mol) of the water–nitrous oxide complex were calculated. The calculations further demonstrate and allow characterising another minimum, 404 cm?1E0) higher in energy. Harmonic vibrational frequencies and dissociation energies, D0, were calculated for various conformers and isotopic forms of the complex, in both minima. The absence of N2O–D2O from dedicated NIR experiments is reported and discussed.  相似文献

A wide adiabatic study has been performed for numerous electronic states of CaLi+ molecular ion. The adiabatic potential energy curves and their spectroscopic constants (Re, De, ωe and Te) have been calculated using an ab initio approach including a nonempirical pseudo-potential for the Ca and Li cores with the core polarisation potentials operator through full configuration interaction (FCI). Thereafter, the energies of vibrational levels and their spacing for all these states have been reported. In addition, the electric dipole moment curves have been investigated for the (1-19) Σ, (1-12) Π and (1-8) Δ electric states. Moreover it lets us check the extreme transition dipole moments (TDM). These behaviours of TDM are more accustomed to estimate the radiative lifetimes for all vibrational levels in 21Σ+ and 31Σ+ states. Also, the bound-bound and the bound-free contribution have been calculated precisely and by employing a Franck–Condon (FC) approximation.  相似文献

X-ray circular magnetic dichroism, polarized neutron diffraction, ac susceptibility, and Seebeck effect have been measured for several members of the RCo2 series (R = Ho, Tm, Er) as a function of temperature and applied magnetic field. The experimental results show robust parimagnetism (a general behaviour along the RCo2 series with R being a heavy rare earth ion) and two reversal temperatures in some systems, which is an unexpected result. Polarised neutron diffraction show differences between results obtained on single crystals or polycrystalline ingots. We propose an interpretation of parimagnetic RCo2 as a Griffiths phase of the high temperature, magnetically ordered, amorphous RCo2 phase.  相似文献

Amovilli and March (2006) [8] used diffusion quantum Monte Carlo techniques to calculate the non-relativistic ionization potential I(Z)I(Z) in He-like atomic ions for the range of (fractional) nuclear charges Z   lying between the known critical value Zc=0.911Zc=0.911 at which I(Z)I(Z) tends to zero and Z=2Z=2. They showed that it is possible to fit I(Z)I(Z) to a simple quadratic expression. Following that idea, we present here a semiempirical fine-tuning of Hartree–Fock ionization potentials for the isoelectronic series of He, Be, Ne, Mg and Ar-like atomic ions that leads to excellent estimations of ZcZc for these series. The empirical information involved is experimental ionization and electron affinity data. It is clearly demonstrated that Hartree–Fock theory provides an excellent starting point for determining I(Z)I(Z) for these series.  相似文献

The project in producing the hyperpolarized 3He and 19F are addressed in pursuit of radiation free medical diagnosis. The program for production of the hyperpolarized 3He by the brute force method with the Pomeranchuk cooling and the rapid melting of the solid 3He started a few years ago, and is still on the way, while a new program for production of the hyperpolarized 19F by means of the PHIP (ParaHydrogen Induced Polarization) has just got started. Particular attention is placed upon a new idea of the hyperpolarization catalyst to be used for 19F.  相似文献

The Fokker-Planck equation governing the evolution of the distribution function of a massive Brownian hard sphere suspended in a fluid of much lighter spheres is derived from the exact hierarchy of kinetic equations for the total system via a multiple-time-scale analysis akin to a uniform expansion in powers of the square root of the mass ratio. The derivation leads to an exact expression for the friction coefficient which naturally splits into an Enskog contribution and a dynamical correction. The latter, which accounts for correlated collisions events, reduces to the integral of a time-displaced correlation function of dynamical variables linked to the collisional transfer of momentum between the infinitively heavy (i.e., immobile) Brownian sphere and the fluid particles.  相似文献

Using a probabilistic approach, the deterministic and the stochastic parallel dynamics of aQ-Ising neural network are studied at finiteQ and in the limitQ. Exact evolution equations are presented for the first time-step. These formulas constitute recursion relations for the parallel dynamics of the extremely diluted asymmetric versions of these networks. An explicit analysis of the retrieval properties is carried out in terms of the gain parameter, the loading capacity, and the temperature. The results for theQ network are compared with those for theQ=3 andQ=4 models. Possible chaotic microscopic behavior is studied using the time evolution of the distance between two network configurations. For arbitrary finiteQ the retrieval regime is always chaotic. In the limitQ the network exhibits a dynamical transition toward chaos.  相似文献
