A novel dimeric methanodibenzoxocinone, named neosappanone A (1), possessing a unique unprecedented novel carbon framework, has been isolated from the heartwood of Caesalpinia sappan L. of Vietnam, and its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. A single-ridge waveguide with a symmetrical longitudinal trough, designated as a ridge-trough waveguide has been used as a transition in a V-band (50-75 GHz) wafer probe recently. In this paper, the field patterns for the dominant TE mode and the first higher TE mode in ridge-trough waveguide with different configurations are presented by finite element method. The field patterns in this paper have important values for us to understand the transmission characteristics of ridge-trough waveguide, and will be of practical significance in designing ridge-trough waveguide components in microwave and millimeter wave engineering. 相似文献

Effects of amyloid beta (Aβ) peptide Aβ(40) on secondary structures of Aβ(42) are studied by all-atom simulations using the GROMOS96 43a1 force field with explicit water. It is shown that in the presence of Aβ(40) the beta-content of monomer Aβ(42) is reduced. Since the fibril-prone conformation N? of full-length Aβ peptides has the shape of beta strand-loop-beta strand this result suggests that Aβ(40) decreases the probability of observing N? of Aβ(42) in monomer state. Based on this and the hypothesis that the higher is the population of N? the higher fibril formation rates, one can expect that, in agreement with the recent experiment, Aβ(40) inhibit fibril formation of Aβ(42). It is shown that the presence of Aβ(40) makes the salt bridge D23-K28 and fragment 18-33 of Aβ(42) more flexible providing additional support for this experimental fact. Our estimation of the binding free energy by the molecular mechanics-Poisson-Boltzmann surface area method reveals the inhibition mechanism that Aβ(40) binds to Aβ(42) modifying its morphology. 相似文献

研制了以Nafion分散羧基化多壁碳纳米管的化学修饰电极(Nafion-MWCNTs/GC),研究了硝苯地平(NIF)在修饰电极上的电化学行为和测定方法。实验结果表明,在0.1mol/LNH3-NH4Cl(pH9.6)溶液中,Nafion-MWCNTs/GC,对NIF具有明显的催化和增敏作用,还原峰电位由-0.85V(裸电极)正移到-0.75V(vs.AgCl/Ag)(修饰电极),灵敏度增加约7倍。对各种实验条件进行了优化。定量测定的线性范围为2.5×10-7~4.5×10-5mol/L,r为0.9974;检出限为8.0×10-8mol/L。探讨了NIF在Nafion-MWCNTs/GC上的电极过程和反应机理,测得在本体系中参与反应的质子数和电子转移数均为4,电子转移系数α为0.41。对NIF药片进行了测定,回收率为94.5%~101.0%。 相似文献

The Co3O4 nanowires have been successfully synthesized via modified template method.The as-prepared products have been characterized by EDS,TEM and HRTEM analysis.The magnetic behavior of it is investigated by a magnetic property measurement system.The nanowires exhibit some novel magnetic properties,which are different from its bulk material.The temperature dependence curves of magnetization in zero-field-cooling and field-cooling exhibit two peaks of antiferromagnetic at blocking temperature of~23 K and~31 K,respectively.The field dependent M(H) curves of the Co3O4 nanowires at T = 5 and 300 K both exhibit PM properties.Moreover,the diameter of nanowires is hence determined according to the finite size effect as approximately 7-11 nm,in consistent with the characterizations by HRTEM. 相似文献
