Investigation of charge effects on poling and stability for corona-poled polymer films

The optimal corona-poling temperature of polymer films was accurately determined by measuring the temperature dependence of the in situ second-harmonic (SH) intensity profile under the applied poling electric field. The in situ SH intensity profile was first measured by probing both the surface voltages and the poling currents induced by surface/space charges for the corona-poled polymer films. Moreover, charge effects on the stability of the chromophore orientation were first studied by using the thermally stimulated discharge-current technique. MULTIPLICATION OF WEAK FUNCTIONS

This paper is a contionuation of [1] and is concerned with multiplication of weak functions. Here the weak functions are treated as generalized expansions in Hermite functions in [2].     

Imprinting by hot embossing in polymer substrates using a template of silica glass surface-structured by the ablation of LIBWE method

Laser-induced backside wet etching (LIBWE) of silica glass plates was performed to fabricate an imprinting template for hot embossing in polymer substrates such as polystyrene and silicone resin. Well-defined inverse surface-micropatterns of gratings and grid arrays on the substrates were produced by the hot embossing using a surface-structured silica glass as the template. These results indicate that the LIBWE method allows us to generate robust glass molding tools that exhibit the inverse shapes of the intended microstructures. Synthesis of some chiral liquid crystals and study of the effect of intramolecular hydrogen bonding on the phase behaviour

The synthesis of three new series of chiral Schiff's bases containing benzilideneaniline and 2-hydroxybenzilideneaniline moieties as mesogenic cores is presented. Differential scanning calorimetry, optical polarizing microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements were used to study the phase transition temperatures and behaviour. The results reveal that most of these materials show chiral smectic mesomorphism.

SINGLE MACHINE SCHEDULING WITH CONTROLLABLE PROCESSING TIMES AND COMPRESSION COSTS （PART I：EQUAL TIMES AND COSTS）

Most papers in scheduling research have treated individual job processing times as fixed parameters. However, in many practical situations, a manager may control processing time by realloeating resources. In this paper, authors consider a machine scheduling problemwith controllable processing times. In the first part of this paper, a special case where the pro-cessing times and compression costs are uniform among jobs is discussed. Theoretical results are derived that aid in developing an O（n^2) algorithm to slove the problem optimally. In the second part of this paper, authors generalize the discussion to general case, An effective heuristic to the genera/ problem will be presented.     

Role of Na(+)-Ca2+ exchange system in the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion damage

Results from a systematic experiment on isolated perfused rat heart and isolated myocytes of adult rat showed that the mechanism of calcium influx during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion is due to the development of intracellular sodium overload during ischemic period; on reperfusion, the high intracellular Na+ content activated the reverse direction of Na(+)-Ca2+ exchange over myocardial sarcolemma (SL), thus a large quantity of extracellular Ca2+ fluxed over the SL to the intracellular space, forming a condition of intracellular Ca2+ overload, which leads to irreversible damage of the myocardium.

采用级联原子滤光器的新型卫星激光链路系统研究

提出级联佛克脱型原子滤光器(Linked VADOF)的新构想。从理论上分析并计算了级联佛克脱型原子滤光器的透射谱。结果表明，级联佛克脱型原子滤光器将佛克脱型原子滤光器的多峰改造为单峰结构，具有比佛克脱型原子滤光器更窄的线宽和更高的噪声抑制比。将这种新型结构应用于激光信标锁频。该锁频方案提高了信标光频率的稳定性。在此基础上，给出了发射端采用级联佛克脱型原子滤光器锁频，接收端采用法拉第型原子滤光器(FADOF)滤光的新型卫星激光链路系统。外场初步联调实验表明了该系统的可行性。     

醇体系中合成CuGaS2纳米晶及其形貌演变

以CuCl2·2H2O,自制的GaCl3和(NH2)2CS为原料,在乙二醇体系中合成了花状结构的CuGaS2纳米晶．产物分别用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜、高分辩透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱仪进行了表征．实验结果表明,220℃反应24 h得到均匀的花状纳米结构CuGaS2,它是由厚度80-100 nm的片晶组成．同时,通过反应时间的控制,可以清楚的看到由纳米颗粒到纳米球以及花状纳米结构的演变过程．另外,研究了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂等对产物和形貌的影响．此外,对花状结构纳米晶的生长机理进行了初步的探讨．室温荧光光谱表明,随粒径的降低,发光位发生了部分蓝移．
