Glucose and sucrose are simultaneously determined by using a glucose-sensing enzyme electrode combined with a cell that contains immobilized invertase. The electrode current changes linearly with time for several minutes from ca. 1 min after the addition of a glucose-sucrose mixture. The concentration of sucrose (60 μM-6 mM) is determined from the rate of current change in the linear region, and that of glucose (5 μM-1 mM) is determined by extrapolating the straight current-time line to t=0.45 min and by measuring the intercept on the vertical (current) axis at t=0.45 min. The relative standard deviations are 1.8% for glucose and 3.7% for sucrose (n=10). More than 20 food samples can be analysed in 1 h.  相似文献

TDPAC of -rays emitted from111Cd(111In) in -Fe2O3 was measured at 85K. A fairly strong nuclear spin relaxation was observed in the TDPAC spectrum in an initial period of about 50ns. After that period, the perturbation factorG 22 (t) could be analyzed assuming a unique static interaction. The EFG parameters observed in this region deviate a little from the ones expected from the crystal symmetry. These findings are qualitatively explained by the after-effects of the preceeding111In(111Cd) EC decay.  相似文献

Production properties and correlations forK s 0 K s 0 ,K s 0 Λ,K s 0 ¯Λ and Λ¯Λ systems in 360 GeV/cpp interactions are presented. All rapidity gap distributions are observed to peak at Δy=0 and the azimuthal angular distributions between the two particles are consistent with being flat. Experimental results are compared with the quark fusion and Lund models of particle production.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of benzoyl chloride was observed in the frequency range 12–18.6 GHz. Rotational constants have been obtained for the ground vibrational state, the first three excited torsional states of the COCl group, and one of the out-of-plane bending states. The residual inertial defect obtained from the ground and the torsional excited states indicates that the equilibrium conformation is planar. Ab initio MO calculations (STO-3G) showed the potential energy curve as a function of the COCl torsional angle to be rather flat around zero degrees.  相似文献

Time-differential perturbed angular correlation method was applied to Ce@C82 in order to investigate the electronic properties of the encaged Ce atom. The nuclear quadrupole frequency of the nuclear spin of the Ce was successfully determined as ωQ = 6.5(3)·107 rad/s, which is much greater than what has already been estimated for Ce4+ and La3+ in other compounds. By comparing the present value with the values for the Ce4+ and La3+, it was inferred that the valence state of the encaged Ce atom is trivalent.  相似文献

The electronic structures of titanium dioxide (TiO2) doped with 3d transition metals (V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni) have been analyzed by ab initio band calculations based on the density functional theory with the full-potential linearized-augmented-plane-wave method. When TiO2 is doped with V, Cr, Mn, Fe, or Co, an electron occupied level occurs and the electrons are localized around each dopant. As the atomic number of the dopant increases the localized level shifts to lower energy. The energy of the localized level due to Co is sufficiently low to lie at the top of the valence band while the other metals produce midgap states. In contrast, the electrons from the Ni dopant are somewhat delocalized, thus significantly contributing to the formation of the valence band with the O p and Ti 3d electrons. Based on a comparison with the absorption and photoconductivity data previously reported, we show that the t2g state of the dopant plays a significant role in the photoresponse of TiO2 under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

The low-lying levels in 127La have been studied through the -decay of 127Ce ( T1/2 = 29s) produced by bombarding a natMo target with a 185-MeV 35Cl beam. Reaction products were on-line mass-separated, and -ray singles and - coincidence measurements were performed. Conversion electrons were also measured and multipolarities of transitions have been derived. The half-life of the 210.9-keV level was determined to be (1.9±0.3)ns by the - delayed coincidence technique. The level scheme obtained has been compared with calculations based on the Nilsson model.  相似文献

Restriction landmark genome scanning (RLGS) is a 2-DE of genomic DNA, which visualizes thousands of loci. In a conventional RLGS method for methylation analysis, we have used a methylation sensitive restriction enzyme, NotI as a landmark. However, it was unable to discriminate methylation polymorphism from sequence polymorphism. Here, we report an improved RLGS method to detect methylated sites directly. We employed isoschizomers, MspI and HpaII, that recognize the same sequence (CCGG) but have different methylation sensitivity. We carried out the RLGS analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Columbia, and obtained a pair of spot patterns with MspI and HpaII. We detected 22 spots in both patterns. In comparison of them, 18% of the spots were polymorphic, which indicated the methylation of C(5m)CGG sites. Further analyses revealed an additional methylated site of NotI. Moreover, 52 and 54 restriction enzyme sites were also analyzed in two other ecotypes, Wassilewskija and Landsberg erecta, respectively. Consequently, 15% of the 52 common sites showed methylation polymorphism among the three ecotypes. The restriction sites analyzed in this study were located in or near genes, and contribute new data about the correlation between methylation status and gene expression. Therefore, this result strongly indicates that the improved RLGS method is readily applicable to practical analyses of methylation dynamics, and provides clues to the relationship between methylation and gene expression.  相似文献

Hyosgerin, a new optically active coumarinolignan, has been isolated and characterized along with three other coumarinolignans, venkatasin, cleomiscosin A and cleomiscosin B, from the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L. The structure was determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical conversion. The optical properties and absolute stereochemistry of these coumarinolignans have also been studied and discussed.  相似文献
