Effects of substituent and solvent on the structure and spectral properties of maleimide derivatives

The maximum absorption wavelength , emission wavelength (λem) and the related oscillator strength (f) of the maleimides in the ground and first excited states were calculated by using the DFT, CIS and the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) methods, where the molecular structures were optimized by DFT/B3LYP/6-31G* calculation. Solvent effects on the maleimides were examined using the PCM simulation at DFT/B3LYP level with the 6-31G* basis set. For N-substituted maleimide, the substituent gives only a slight influence on the maleimide chromophore, while planar conformation of PhMLH leads to the improvement in π-delocalization from substituent to maleimide unit. For 3,4-substituted maleimide, the steric repulsion between substituent and maleimide chromophore influences the extent of π-delocalization and the molecular conformation. The calculated and λem of maleimides are in good agreement with the experimental data. In the gas phase, both absorption and emission peaks are red-shift as compared to the non-substituted maleimide. Under solvent environment, the more planar conformation of PhMLH shows a blue-shift in the calculated and λem as compared with other N-substituted maleimides. 本文以香豆素类化合物前胡内酯为先导化合物,设计合成了12个前胡内酯肟酯衍生物,所有目标化合物经熔点、~1H NMR和MS进行结构确证。体外抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性评价结果表明,在1μmol/mL浓度下,目标化合物4a和4k对AChE具有较强的抑制活性,其抑制率分别达到58.05%和66.27%。初步构效关系研究表明,引入吲哚环能提高前胡内酯对AChE的抑制活性。通过分子对接方法考察了化合物4k与AChE结合的模式,发现目标化合物可以和AChE的催化活性中心部位结合。 相似文献

Titanium dioxide semiconductor systems with excellent stability of photo-electric chemistry, no poison, cheap, and high separation efficiency of photogenerated charges, consequently, high photocatalytic activity, have been the subject of extensive investigation because of their promise in the photovoltaic[1], photocatalytic[2], and battery applications[3]. The efficiencies of these materials in photovoltaic and photocatalytic applications depend strongly upon the trapping and recombination energetics, i.e., electrons and holes and the conversion of light. Nanosized TiO2 particles present much higher photocatalytic activity due to larger effective surface areas, higher densities of. surface states, shorter distance of photogenerated charges from inner to the surfaces of TiO2 particles resulting in higher separation efficiency of electron-hole pairs, and quantum size effect. 相似文献

SmAlO3 nanopowder synthesized by a citrate precursor method using citric acid as a chelating agent and ethylene glycol as an esterifying
agent was reported in this paper. The phase purity of the as-prepared powder was examined using thermogravimetry (TG) analysis
and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The X-ray diffraction
(XRD) studies showed that pure SmAlO3 phase with orthorhombic perovskite structure could be synthesized at 800 °C for 2 h without any detectable intermediate phase.
The average particle size calculated from transmission electron microscopy (TEM) investigation for the powder synthesized
at 900 °C was as low as 45 nm. The nanopowder was sintered to a density of 97% of the theoretical density at 1,550 °C for
2 h and the bulk ceramics exhibited excellent microwave dielectric properties as follows: a dielectric constant of 20.54,

The structure of FeOx species supported on γ‐Al2O3 was investigated by using Fe K‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. The samples were prepared through the impregnation of iron nitrate on Al2O3 and co‐gelation of aluminum and iron sulfates. The dependence of the XRD patterns on Fe loading revealed the formation of α‐Fe2O3 particles at an Fe loading of above 10 wt %, whereas the formation of iron‐oxide crystals was not observed at Fe loadings of less than 9.0 wt %. The Fe K‐edge XAFS was characterized by a clear pre‐edge peak, which indicated that the Fe?O coordination structure deviates from central symmetry and that the degree of Fe?O?Fe bond formation is significantly lower than that in bulk samples at low Fe loading (<9.0 wt %). Fe K‐edge extended XAFS oscillations of the samples with low Fe loadings were explained by assuming an isolated iron‐oxide monomer on the γ‐Al2O3 surface. 相似文献

以纳米锐钛矿型TiO2粉和(O'+β')-Sialon粉为原料制备出了TiO2/(O'+β')-Sialon复相陶瓷,研究了Yb2O3添加剂对材料中锐钛矿型TiO2相变的影响,对其影响机制进行了探讨。采用XRD对材料进行物相组成和晶格参数表征。结果表明,Yb2O3对锐钛矿相变开始温度无明显影响,但对相变有显著的促进作用,随添加量的增加,其作用逐渐减弱。添加的Yb2O3同时以两种形式存在:一部分进入TiO2晶格,一部分堆积在TiO2晶粒表面。Yb^n+进入TiO2晶格置换Ti^4+和Yb^3+与TiO2发生氧化还原反应促进相变,而存在于TiO2表面的Yb^3+与TiO2相互作用形成Ti-O-Yb键而抑制相变。Yb2O3对锐钛矿相变的影响是这两方面机制共同作用的结果。 相似文献

A series of novel cationic gemini surfactants with diethylammonium headgroups and a diamido spacer were synthesized, and their surface and bulk properties were investigated by surface tension, electrical conductivity, fluorescence, viscosity, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements. An interesting phenomenon, that is, the obvious decline in surface tension upon increasing concentration above the critical micelle concentration (cmc), was found in these gemini surfactant solutions, and two explanations were proposed. This surface tension behavior could be explained by the rapid increase in the counterion activity in the bulk phase or the continued filling of the interface with increasing surfactant concentration above the cmc. More interestingly, not only vesicles but also the surfactant-concentration-induced vesicle to larger aggregate (spongelike aggregate) transition and the salt-induced vesicle and spongelike aggregate to micelle transition were found in the aqueous solutions of these gemini surfactants. The spongelike aggregate that is first reported in the cationic gemini surfactant-water binary system is probably caused by the adhesion and fusion of vesicles at high surfactant concentration. 相似文献

Using cotton as a solid-phase extraction sorbent of the precolumn, an on-line coupled precolumn preconcentration-liquid chromatography system with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of PAHs in aqueous samples. Four PAHs including fluorene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene were preconcentrated by a precolumn packed with 30 mg of absorbent cotton and then separated by C18 analytical column. When 100 ml of sample was enriched, the proposed procedure provided detection limits in the range of 0.5-57 ng l−1. Several water samples spiked with PAHs were analyzed with recoveries in the range of 92-119% at spiking level of 100 ng l−1 for fluorene, phenanthrene and fluoranthene, and 10 ng l−1 for benzo[k]fluoranthene, respectively. 相似文献

Heavy-ion beams, possessing a wide mutation spectrum and increased mutation frequency, have been used effectively as a breeding method. In this study, the heavy-ion beams generated by the Heavy-Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou were used to mutagenize Aspergillus terreus CA99 for screening high-yield lovastatin strains. Furthermore, the main growth conditions as well as the influences of carbon and nitrogen sources on the growth and the lovastatin production of the mutant and the original strains were investigated comparatively. The spores of A. terreus CA99 were irradiated by 15, 20, 25, and 30 Gy of 80 MeV/u (12)C(6+) heavy-ion beams. Based on the lovastatin contents in the fermentation broth, a strain designated as A. terreus Z15-7 has been selected from the clone irradiated by the heavy-ion beam. When compared with the original strain, the content of lovastatin in the fermentation broth of A. terreus Z15-7 increased 4-fold. Moreover, A. terreus Z15-7 efficiently used the carbon and nitrogen sources for the growth and production of lovastatin when compared to the original strain. The maximum yield of lovastatin, 916.7 μg/ml, was obtained as A. terreus Z15-7 was submerged cultured in the chemically defined medium supplemented with 3% glycerol as a carbon source, 1% corn meal as an organic nitrogen source, and 0.2% sodium nitrate as an inorganic nitrogen source at 30 °C in the shake flask. The result shows that heavy-ion beam irradiation is an effective method for the mutation breeding of lovastatin production of A. terreus. 相似文献
