A new and facile approach for the one-pot synthesis of a novel series of tetracyclic 1,5-thiazepines is described. The reaction occurs through cyclocondensation of fused cyclic ketones, aromatic aldehydes, and 2-aminothiophenol using tetrachlorosilane as a promoter in methylene chloride at ambient temperature. 相似文献
Cyclodextrins (CD) are cyclic oligosaccharides that can form noncovalent host–guest inclusion complexes to yield intriguing supramolecular structures. Electrospinning of nanofibers from CD is challenging since they are small molecules, nonetheless, electrospun nanofibers from CD would be particularly attractive because of the distinctive properties obtained by combining the very large surface area of nanofibers along with the inclusion complexation capability of CD. Herein, we performed the electrospinning of native CD type (i.e. γ-CD) using a minimal amount of carrier polymeric matrix (polyethylene oxide (PEO)). Once, the uniform nanofibers were electrospun from γ-CD/PEO systems, the polymeric carrier matrix was selectively removed by simple washing procedure, at the end, γ-CD short-nanofibers were obtained. We observed that γ-CD short-nanofibers could remove volatile organic compounds (VOC) (i.e. aniline) due to the inclusion complexation capability whereas pristine γ-CD powder could not have the capability for the VOC removal. 相似文献
Atomistic molecular dynamics simulations have been performed on heptyl phosphonic acid (HPA) to understand the dynamic hydrogen bonding network in the liquid phase. HPA is a phosphonic-acid functionalized alkane (heptane) and a model compound for one of the promising polymers for high temperature (>100 degrees C) fuel cell polymer electrolyte membranes. For the simulation, a force field for this molecule has been generated with the help of quantum chemical calculations and optimized by simplex algorithm. The force field has been validated against experimentally measured properties, for example, density and self-diffusion constant. From molecular dynamics simulations conducted at different temperatures, we have confirmed the hypothesis of dynamic hydrogen bond network formation in this material. 相似文献
Mass spectral differentiation of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (3,4-MDMA), a controlled drug, and its 2,3-regioisomer from the ring substituted ethoxyphenethylamines is possible after formation of the perfluoroacyl derivatives, pentafluoropropionamides (PFPA), and heptafluorobutyrylamides (HFBA). The ring substituted ethoxyphenethylamines constitute a unique set of compounds having an isobaric relationship with 3,4-MDMA. These isomeric forms of the 2-, 3-, and 4-ethoxy phenethylamines have mass spectra essentially equivalent to 3,4-MDMA; all have molecular weight of 193 and major fragment ions in their electron ionization mass spectra at m/z 58 and 135/136. All the side chain regioisomers of 2-ethoxy phenethylamine having equivalent mass spectra to 3,4-MDMA are synthesized and compared via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to 2,3- and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine. The mass spectra for the perfluoroacyl derivatives of the primary and secondary amine regioisomers are significantly individualized, and the side chain regioisomers yield unique hydrocarbon fragment ions at m/z 148, 162, and 176. Additionally, the substituted ethoxymethamphetamines are distinguished from the methylenedioxymethamphet-amines via the presence of the m/z 107 ion. Gas chromatographic separation on relatively non-polar stationary phases successfully resolves these derivatives. 相似文献
The intercalation of two cyclic imides, succinimide and glutarimide, in the interlayer spaces of kaolinite was obtained from a "soft guest-displacement method" by displacing previously intercalated guest molecules. The dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-kaolinite preintercalate was particularly efficient for that purpose. The intercalation exchange was done from a concentrated aqueous solution of the cyclic imides, at ambient temperature, in a relatively short time. Complete displacement of DMSO by the cyclic imides was confirmed by the results of several independent characterizations, including XRD, TG/DTA, FTIR, and (13)C MAS NMR analyses including dipolar dephasing experiments. The imide intercalates are two dimensionally constrained in the kaolinite interlayer spaces, and are structurally organized in a flattened configuration with their cycle roughly parallel to the ab plane of the kaolinite layers. Elemental analysis gives the following compositions: Al(2)Si(2)O(5)(OH)(4)(C(4)H(5)NO(2))(0.65) and Al(2)Si(2)O(5)(OH)(4)(C(5)H(7)NO(2))(0.49), respectively for succinimide and glutarimide. The results of the TG/DTA analyses showed enhanced thermal stabilities of the imide intercalates compared with the starting materials. The intercalation process from the aqueous solution is reversible: in prolonged contact with water, the imide molecules are released, resulting in the rebuilding of the kaolinite structure. These results demonstrate the potential use of kaolinite as a slow-releasing agent for molecules structurally related to the cyclic imides of this study. 相似文献
We obtain the structure of the rings in which every element is either a sum or a difference of a nilpotent and an idempotent that commute. This extends the structure theorems of a commutative weakly nil-clean ring, of an abelian weakly nil-clean ring, and of a strongly nil-clean ring. As applications, this result is used to determine the 2-primal rings R such that the matrix ring \(\mathbb{M}_n (R)\) is weakly nil-clean, and to show that the endomorphism ring EndD(V) over a vector space VD is weakly nil-clean if and only if it is nil-clean or dim(V) = 1 with D?= ?3. 相似文献
One of the most popular techniques for cancer detection is the nuclear medicine technique. The present research focuses on Platelet-12-lipoxygenase (P-12-LOX) as a promising target for treating and radio-imaging tumor tissues. Curcumin was reported to inhibit this enzyme via binding to its active site.
Results
A novel curcumin derivative was successfully synthesized and characterized with yield of 74%. It was radiolabeled with the diagnostic radioisotope technetium-99m with 84% radiochemical yield and in vitro stability up to 6 h. The biodistribution studies in tumor bearing mice confirmed the high affinity predicted by the docking results with a free binding energy value of (ΔG ?50.10 kcal/mol) and affinity (13.64 pki) showing high accumulation in solid tumor with target/non-target ratio >6.
Conclusion
The newly synthesized curcumin derivative, as a result of a computational study on platelet-12 lipoxygenase, showed its excellent free binding energy (?G ?50.10 kcal/mol) and high affinity (13.64 pKi). It could be an excellent radio-imaging agent that targeting tumor cells via targeting of P-12-LOX.
