Summary The fast flow technique with OH resonance fluorescence detection has been applied at T = 298 ± 2 K to study the kinetics of the overall reaction: H + CH3C(O)Cl → products (1) A rate constant value of k1 = (1.02 ± 0.12) x 1010 cm3 mol-1 s-1 has been determined which is the first direct kinetic parameter reported for reaction (1) in the literature (the error given refers to 2σ accuracy).  相似文献

The synthesis of copper(II) chloride complexes with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 1-carboxamidine-3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 5-amino-4-carboxamide-1-phenylpyrazole and 4-acetyl-3-amino-5-methylpyrazole is described. The compounds are characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal methods, magnetic moment and molar conductivity measurements. Thermal decomposition of the dichloro-(3,5-dimethylpyrazole)-copper(II) complex results in an unstable intermediate with a stochiometric composition. The decomposition of the other compounds is continuous. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Hydrolysis and hydrogenation of [RhCl(tppms)3] (1) and trans-[RhCl(CO)(tppms)2] (2) was studied in aqueous solutions in a wide pH range (2 < pH < 11) in the presence of excess TPPMS (3-diphenylphosphinyl-benzenesulfonic acid sodium salt). In acidic solutions hydrogenation of 1 yields a mixture of cis-mer- and cis-fac-[RhClH2(tppms)3] (3a,b) while in strongly basic solutions [RhH(H2O)(tppms)3] (4) is obtained, the midpoint of the equilibrium between these hydride species being at pH 8.2. The paper gives the first successful 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopic characterization of a water soluble rhodium(I)-monohydride (4) bearing only monodentate phosphine ligands. Hydrolysis of 2 is negligible below pH 9 and its hydrogenation results in formation of [Rh(CO)H(tppms)3] (5), which is an analogue to the well known and industrially used hydroformylation catalyst [Rh(CO)H(tppts)3] (6) (TPPTS = 3,3',3'-phosphinetriyltris(benzenesulfonic acid) trisodium salt). It was shown by pH-potentiometric measurements that formation of 5 is strongly pH dependent in the pH 5-9 range, this gives an explanation for the observed but previously unexplained pH dependence of several hydroformylation reactions. Conversely, the effect of pH on the rate of hydrogenation of maleic and fumaric acid catalyzed by 1 in the 2 < pH < 7 range can be adequately described by considering solely the changes in the ionization state of these substrates. All these results warrant the use of buffered (pH-controlled) solutions for aqueous organometallic catalysis.  相似文献

The chiral separation of halogenated amino acids by ligand-exchange CE is described. Halogenated amino acids attracted increasing interest in recent years because of their physiological activities. Different chiral selectors, as there are L-4-hydroxyproline, L-histidine, and N-alkyl derivatives of L-4-hydroxyproline in form of their copper(II) complexes, are compared for their chiral recognition ability for halogenated amino acids. The influence of various parameters, such as selector concentration, pH, organic modifier, and field strength, on the resolution was investigated. All halogenated amino acids investigated were baseline-separated under optimized conditions.  相似文献

A flexible approach to the stereoselective synthesis of (5S)-5-C-methyl- and (5S)-5-C-ethyl-β-l-lyxo-hexofuranoses 15a, 22 starting from 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-d-gulofuranose 3 as the source of chirality is described. The corresponding C-5 alkyl groups were introduced via a Wittig olefination followed by Pd/C-mediated hydrogenation of the conformationally restricted alkenes in a highly diastereoselective manner.  相似文献

The new data concerning the reaction between substituted arylenedioxy trihalogenophosphoranes and monoalkyl- or arylacetylenes are summarized. The reaction leads to formation of six-membered heterocycles-2-oxo-4-R-benzo[ e ]-1,2-oxaphosphorin-3-enes. The substituent effects in the phosphorane and acetylene molecules on the ipso -substitution and halogenation regiochemistry are discussed. The ipso -substitution of tert -butyl group on chlorine and the exchange of bromine on chlorine and iodine on hydrogen have been observed, along with formation of benzophosphorines. The interaction of tetrachloro- ortho -benzoquinone with phosphorus trichloride and arylacetylenes is proposed as a new modification of the reaction leading to the formation of benzo[ e ]-1,2-oxaphosphorines. The structures of some benzo[ e ]-1,2-oxaphosphorines are determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A polyimide‐graft‐polystyrene (PI‐g‐PS) copolymer with a polyimide backbone and polystyrene side chains was synthesized by the “grafting from” method using styrene polymerization on a polyimide multicenter macroinitiator via ATRP mechanism. The side chain grafting density z = 0.86 of PI‐g‐PS is rather high for graft‐copolymers synthesized by the ATRP method. Molecular characteristics and solution behavior of PI‐g‐PS were studied in selective solvents using light scattering and viscometry methods. In all solvents, the backbone tends to avoid contact with a poor solvent. To describe the conformation and hydrodynamic properties of PI‐g‐PS macromolecules in thermodynamically good solvents for side chains and PI‐g‐PS, the wormlike spherocylinder model is used. Macromolecules of the studied graft‐copolymer are characterized by high equilibrium rigidities (Kuhn segment length >20 nm). In Θ‐conditions, PI‐g‐PS macromolecules may be modeled by a rigid prolate ellipsoid of revolution with a low asymmetry form and a collapsed backbone as the ellipsoid core. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
