The oxidation of electrochemically grown poly(indole-5-carboxylic-acid) (P5CO2H) and its spectroscopic properties have been studied by in-situ spectroelectrochemical techniques. The purpose of this paper is to characterize the different modifications on the P5CO2H backbone, induced by the electrochemical oxidation in aqueous acidic solution. We have identified, on the basis of Raman spectra, the vibrational modes associated with neutral and oxidized segments of polymer. It was shown that at least three chemically and optically different species (perhaps other products too) are produced in different potential regimes upon oxidation of this polymer. The results obtained also indicate that the molecular properties of this conducting polymer are better revealed by in-situ resonant spectra than by ex-situ infrared and Raman studies.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the ParadisEO white-box object-oriented framework dedicated to the reusable design of parallel and distributed metaheuristics (PDM). ParadisEO provides a broad range of features including evolutionary algorithms (EA), local searches (LS), the most common parallel and distributed models and hybridization mechanisms, etc. This high content and utility encourages its use at European level. ParadisEO is based on a clear conceptual separation of the solution methods from the problems they are intended to solve. This separation confers to the user a maximum code and design reuse. Furthermore, the fine-grained nature of the classes provided by the framework allow a higher flexibility compared to other frameworks. ParadisEO is of the rare frameworks that provide the most common parallel and distributed models. Their implementation is portable on distributed-memory machines as well as on shared-memory multiprocessors, as it uses standard libraries such as MPI, PVM and PThreads. The models can be exploited in a transparent way, one has just to instantiate their associated provided classes. Their experimentation on the radio network design real-world application demonstrate their efficiency.  相似文献

To better understand the composite character of irradiated alanine ESR spectra, a comparative study of few simple amino acids is performed in order to identify the different radio-induced radicals and their proportions. A dedicated spin-trapping method coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is developed and carried out on irradiated alanine, glycine and valine; labeled or not. This study leads us to obtain different isolated trapped radical spectra where hyperfine coupling constants could be evaluated. For alanine, only two species are identified with relative proportions around 97 and 3% in contradiction with recent published articles. The main species has a particularity on its hyperfine coupling constants when labeled carbons are used. Very high hyperfine coupling constants are observed with the carboxylic acid function carbon for the three studied amino acid.  相似文献

In this paper we propose an exact method able to solve multi-objective combinatorial optimization problems. This method is an extension, for any number of objectives, of the 2-Parallel Partitioning Method (2-PPM) we previously proposed. Like 2-PPM, this method is based on splitting of the search space into several areas, leading to elementary searches. The efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated using a multi-objective flow-shop problem.  相似文献

Micro-cantilevers can be used as both sensors and actuators. In this work, the design, fabrication and characterization of piezoelectrically driven nano-crystalline diamond (NCD) cantilevers are reported Diamond films were grown on silicon (100) substrates by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (MW-PECVD). Cantilevers are coated by DC pulsed piezoelectric with AlN films that is sandwiched between two metallic electrodes. The thicknesses of AlN and diamond layers are 1μm and 700nm, respectively. The influence on the electromechanical response of cantilevers length was studied. The motion of the electrically driven cantilevers is performed by measuring the evolution of the electrical impedance at the resonant frequencies that varies between 10 kHz and 130 kHz for the resonant mode.  相似文献

The reaction C + H3+ --> CH(+) + H2 is frequently used in models of dense interstellar cloud chemistry with the assumption that it is fast, i.e. there are no potential energy barriers inhibiting it. Ab initio molecular orbital study of the triplet CH3+ potential energy surface (triplet because the reactant carbon atom is a ground state triplet) supports this hypothesis. The reaction product is 3 pi CH+; the reaction is to exothermic even though the product is not in its electronic ground state. No path has been found on the potential energy surface for C + H3+ --> CH2(+) + H reaction.  相似文献

This paper presents a parallel hybrid exact multi-objective approach which combines two metaheuristics – a genetic algorithm (GA) and a memetic algorithm (MA), with an exact method – a branch and bound (B&B) algorithm. Such approach profits from both the exploration power of the GA, the intensification capability of the MA and the ability of the B&B to provide optimal solutions with proof of optimality. To fully exploit the resources of a computational grid, the hybrid method is parallelized according to three well-known parallel models – the island model for the GA, the multi-start model for the MA and the parallel tree exploration model for the B&B. The obtained method has been experimented and validated on a bi-objective flow-shop scheduling problem. The approach allowed to solve exactly for the first time an instance of the problem – 50 jobs on 5 machines. More than 400 processors belonging to 4 different administrative domains have contributed to the resolution process during more than 6 days.   相似文献

Recently, an approach was proposed to optimize multi‐layer shields of polyaniline–polyurethane (PAni/PU) conducting composites in the microwave band. Though by this method shields for different applications can be obtained which are light‐weight and offer a low percolation threshold, the full potential of the design process could not be tapped since the underlying optimization problem includes only one objective. In this work we go one step beyond and re‐formulate the design problem as a multi‐objective optimization problem (MOP). To be more precise, we involve simultaneously the shielding efficiency as well as the weight and the cost of the material—i.e. all the requirements for modern shielding materials—within the optimization process. After having stated the model we present two possible ways to approximate the solution set—the so‐called Pareto set—and address the related and important decision‐making problem. All steps are demonstrated on a particular three‐layered composite in order to show the applicability of the novel approach. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, a cooperative search method, based on a multi-agent structure is developed to deal with the k-coloring problem. Three agents coordinate using an adaptive memory, a search agent, an intensification agent and a diversification agent. We use the results of a preliminary fitness landscape study to adjust the navigation strategy in the solution space and to fix the search parameters. Our method provides competitive results and it is fast when compared with best existing techniques on instances extracted from the second DIMACS challenge.   相似文献
