In this study, the titanyl and vanadyl phthalocyanine (Pc) salts (Bu4N+)2[MIVO(Pc4?)]2? (M=Ti, V) and (Bu3MeP+)2[MIVO(Pc4?)]2? (M=Ti, V) with [MIVO(Pc4?)]2? dianions were synthesized and characterized. Reduction of MIVO(Pc2?) carried out with an excess of sodium fluorenone ketyl in the presence of Bu4N+ or Bu3MeP+ is exclusive to the phthalocyanine centers, forming Pc4? species. During reduction, the metal +4 charge did not change, implying that Pc is an non‐innocent ligand. The Pc negative charge increase caused the C?N(pyr) bonds to elongate and the C?N(imine) bonds to alternate, thus increasing the distortion of Pc. Jahn–Teller effects are significant in the [eg(π*)]2 dianion ground state and can additionally distort the Pc macrocycles. Blueshifts of the Soret and Q‐bands were observed in the UV/Vis/NIR when MIVO(Pc2?) was reduced to [MIVO(Pc . 3?)] . ? and [MIVO(Pc4?)]2?. From magnetic measurements, [TiIVO(Pc4?)]2? was found to be diamagnetic and (Bu4N+)2[VIVO(Pc4?)]2? and (Bu3MeP+)2[VIVO(Pc4?)]2? were found to have magnetic moments of 1.72–1.78 μB corresponding to an S=1/2 spin state owing to VIV electron spin. As a result, two latter salts show EPR signals with VIV hyperfine coupling.  相似文献

Simultaneous single-mode oscillations on different transitions were observed in a laser-diode-pumped microchip LiNdP(4)O(12) laser. The unusual modal-output characteristics of the laser were reproduced by multitransition-oscillation laser model equations that include cross saturation of population inversions with a strong spatial exponential decay and transition-dependent resonant reabsorption loss.  相似文献

Hard X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HX‐PES) has been realized using high‐brilliance synchrotron radiation. High‐energy photon excitation enables us to probe photoelectrons with larger escape depth compared to conventional PES. This allows us to conduct, without destruction, a study of the embedded interface of materials as the oxide‐ metal interface. We apply HX‐PES to investigate for Cu segregation in the oxide–metal interface during metal‐dusting corrosion. The effective concentration of Cu in the segregation was estimated a few times higher than the bulk concentration. From the 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of leaves of Tarenna gracilipes, collected in Okinawa, seven new cycloartane glycosides, named tareciliosides A--G (4--10), were isolated together with three known compounds, D-mannitol (1), (R)-linalool 6-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), and mussaenoside (3). The idea of quality by design (QbD) has been proposed in pharmaceutical field. QbD is a systematic approach to control the product performance based on the scientific understanding of the product quality and its manufacturing process. In the present study, near-infrared (NIR) imaging is utilized as a tool to achieve this concept. A practical use of a chemometrics technique called self-modeling curve resolution (SMCR) is demonstrated with NIR imaging analysis of pharmaceutical tablets containing two ingredients, a soluble active ingredient, pentoxifylline (PTX), and an insoluble excipient, palmitic acid. Concentration profiles obtained by SMCR reveal that the homogenous distribution of chemical ingredients strongly depends on the grinding time and that its process plays a central role in quantitative control, say sustained-release of PTX. In addition, pure component spectra by SMCR indicate a sequential change of specific NIR peak intensities following the increase of the grinding time. The spectra change shows a molecular structure change related to its crystallinity during grinding process. Accordingly, this study clearly demonstrates that NIR imaging combined with SMCR can be a powerful tool to reveal chemical or physical mechanism induced by the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products and that it may be a solid solution for QbD of pharmaceutical products.  相似文献

A new lignan glucoside, officinalioside (1), was isolated from n-BuOH fraction of the aerial parts of Borago officinalis L., together with four known compounds: actinidioionoside (2), roseoside (3), crotalionoside C (4) and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (5). The structure of the new compound was established by means of spectroscopic and chemical analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 showed a moderate DPPH radical scavenging activity (IC50: 52.6 ± 1.70 and 41.3 ± 0.25 μM, respectively) comparable with that of the standard trolox (16.6 ± 2.2 μM) without any significant cytotoxicity towards human cell line A549 (IC50 > 100 μM).  相似文献

We propose a novel analysis method of ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulation using a continuous wavelet transform (c-WT) technique. The c-WT technique, one of the time-frequency signal analysis methods, provides a clear view of the dynamical information in time developments. Combined with the auto-correlation function of velocity by AIMD simulation, c-WT analysis enables us to well understand dynamical distribution, such as the vibrational properties following a change of electronic structure in a molecular system. As a practical application, AIMD simulation of core-excited BF(3) (B1s --> 2a(2) (')) is illustrated. AIMD simulation leads to the change of vibrational motion as well as structural deformation by core-excitation. The c-WT analysis clarifies the relationship between structural deformation and the related significant vibrational modes in core-excitation within 50 fs.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, crystal structures, thermal, IR, UV-vis, and magnetic properties of a series of divalent transition metal formates, [NH4][M(HCOO)3], where M = divalent Mn, Co, or Ni. They crystallize in the hexagonal chiral space group P6(3)22. The structure consists of octahedral metal centers connected by the anti-anti formate ligands, and the ammonium cations sit in the channels. The chiral structure is a framework with the rarely observed 49.66 topology, and the chirality is derived from the handedness imposed by the formate ligands around the metals and the presence of units with only one handedness. The thermal properties are characterized by a decomposition at ca. 200 degrees C. The three compounds exhibit an antiferromagnetic ground state at 8.4, 9.8, and 29.5 K for Mn, Co, and Ni, respectively. The last two display a weak spontaneous magnetization due to a small canting of the moments below the critical temperature, and the Co compound shows a further transition at lower temperatures. The isothermal magnetizations at 2 K show spin-flop fields of 600 Oe (Mn), 14 kOe (Co), and above 50 kOe (Ni) and a small hysteresis with a remnant magnetization of 25 cm3 G mol(-1) (Co) and 50 cm3 G mol(-1) (Ni) and coercive field of 400 Oe (Co) and 830 Oe (Ni).  相似文献

Further extensive isolation work on the 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of Tricalysia dubia afforded five new ent-kaurane glucosides (4-8) and one new labdane glucoside (9), together with a known megastigmane glucoside, sammangaoside B (1), and monoterpene glucosides (2, 3). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by analyses of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of the 9-position of sammangaoside B was revised to S and its total stereochemistry was established by the modified Mosher's method.  相似文献
