In order to examine the “capto-dative” substitution-effect on the electrical conductivity, five compounds which have capto-dative substituents were prepared. Electron withdrawing (capto) group was nitro- or cyano-substituted phenyl and electron donating (dative) one was 5-methyl-5,10-dihydrophenazinyl moiety. The character of intramolecular electron donor acceptor complex of the five compounds were demonstrated by their uv spectra. Electron donor acceptor complexes of them with tetracyanoquinodimethane were prepared and their electrical resistivities were measured.  相似文献

The determination of seven aliphatic carboxylic acids, formic, acetic, propionic, isobutyric, n-butyric, isovaleric and n-valeric acids in anaerobic digestion process waters was examined using ion-exclusion chromatography with conductimetric detection. The analysis of these biologically important carboxylic acids is necessary as a measure for evaluating and controlling the process. The ion-exclusion chromatography system employed consisted of polymethacrylate-based weakly acidic cation-exchange resin columns (TSKgel OApak-A or TSKgel Super IC-A/C). weakly acidic eluent (benzoic acid), and conductimetric detection. Particle size and cation-exchange capacity were 5 microm and 0.1 meq./ml for TSKgel OApak-A and 3 microm and 0.2 meq./ml for TSKgel Super IC-A/C, respectively. A dilute eluent (1.0-2.0 mM) of benzoic acid was effective for the high resolution and highly conductimetric detection of the carboxylic acids. The good separation of isobutyric and n-butyric acids was performed using the TSKgel Super IC-A/C column (150 mm x 6.0 mm i.d. x 2). The simple and good chromatograms were obtained by the optimized ion-exclusion chromatography conditions for real samples from mesophilic anaerobic digestors, thus the aliphatic carboxylic acids were successfully determined without any interferences.  相似文献

As part of a series of studies to discover new topoisomerase II inhibitors, novel pyrimidoacridones, pyrimidophenoxadines, and pyrimidocarbazoles were synthesized, and in vitro and in vivo antitumor activities and DNA-protein and/or DNA-topoisomerase II cross-linking activity as an indicator of topoisomerase II-DNA cleavable complex formation were evaluated. The pyrimidocarbazoles possessed high in vitro and in vivo potencies. Compound 26 (ER-37326), 8-acetyl-2-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-pyrimido[5,6,1-jk]carbazole-1,3(2H)-dione, showed in vitro growth inhibitory activity with respective IC(50) values of 0.049 microM and 0.35 microM against mouse leukemia P388 and human oral cancer KB. In vivo, this compound inhibited the tumor growth of mouse sarcoma M5076 implanted into mice with T/C values of 42% and 13% at 3.13 and 6.25 mg/kg/d respectively without significantly affecting the body weight. In addition, compound 26 (ER-37326) increased the formation of DNA-topoisomerase II cross-linking in P388 cells.  相似文献

A novel group transfer polymerization via hetero-Diels-Alder reaction is described. When 1-trimethylsiloxybenzocyclobutene ( 1 ) was treated with a catalytic amount of p-anisaldehyde (4-methoxybenzaldehyde) and TASF (tris(dimethylamino)sulfonium difluorotrimethylsilanide) at room temperature for 0.5 h, poly[1,2-phenylene-1-(trimethylsiloxy)ethylene] was obtained quantitatively. The number-average molecular weight of the polymer was M̄n = 2000 and the molecular weight distribution was narrow (ratio of weight-to number-average molecular weights M̄w/M̄n = 1.18). Structural characteristics suggested a polymerization mechanism involving isomerization of 1 to o-quinodimethane and successive hetero-Diels-Alder reaction leading to poly[1,2-phenylene-1-trimethylsiloxy ethylene]. The living-like nature of the polymerization was supported by a monomer addition experiment in which the molecular weight increased according to the increase of the added monomer.  相似文献

In this study, a high-throughput and high-sensitivity profiling system for β-cryptoxanthin (βCX) and β-cryptoxanthin fatty acid ester (βCXFA) was constructed by supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (QqQMS). βCX and nine βCXFAs were successfully separated within 20 min using a column packed with octadecylsilyl-bonded silica particles. The limit of detection was 540 fmol for the free form and 32-130 fmol for the esterified forms. These results demonstrate that both the throughput and the sensitivity of this SFC-QqQMS system are considerably higher than those of conventional methods. When this system was applied for the analysis of Citrus unshiu, βCX and five βCXFAs were directly detected with much simpler sample pre-preparation. The analysis of other citrus fruits indicated that the βCXFA profiles varied with their breed variety. Furthermore, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze total fatty acid profiles in C. unshiu, and the results revealed that the profiles of fatty acids located in βCXFA were distinct. This is the first report on the analysis of βCX and its fatty acid derivatives by SFC-QqQMS. The profiling system developed in this study will be a powerful tool for investigating xanthophyll fatty acid esters.  相似文献

The determination of psilocybin was carried out by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence (FL) detection. Psilocybin was labeled with 5-dimethylaminonaphthalene-1-[N-(2-aminoethyl)]sulfonamide (DNS-ED) at 60 °C for 4 h in the presence of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide (EDC) as the activation reagent. The resulting derivative was separated on a Mightysil RP-18 GP column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, i.d. 3 μm) with the mixture of 50 mM ammonium acetate (AcONH4) and CH3CN, and detected at 539 nm (excitation at 321 nm). The structure of the derivative was identified by HPLC-ESI-MS. A good linear relation of the calibration curve of psilocybin was observed under the proposed conditions for labeling, separation and detection. The quantification limit was 4.4 ng in 1 mg dried mushroom. The proposed procedure was successfully used for the determination of psilocybin in real samples. The contents of psilocybin in six magic mushrooms by the proposed HPLC-FL method were less than 20.0 ng in 1 mg dried samples.  相似文献

This paper describes the alignment of ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC) structures formed between aligned polymer fibres, where the FLC smectic layers are determined by polarising microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The FLC/polymer composite films were formed from a nematic phase FLC/monomer solution using a photopolymerisation-induced phase separation method. It was found that bending of the FLC smectic layers was induced in both the film plane and the cross-sectional plane at the phase transition from smectic A to chiral smectic C of the FLC material. The light transmittance properties of the composite film between crossed polarizers was analysed by light propagation simulation in several optical anisotropic media, based on the evaluated smectic layer model.  相似文献

We have studied the compatibility of various catalysts for ethylene and ethanol chemical vapor deposition (CVD) syntheses of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) on Si substrates. A strong selectivity between the catalyst elemental species and carbon source was found; SWNT yield for Fe (Co) catalysts was much higher for ethylene (ethanol) CVD than for ethanol (ethylene) CVD. This strong and completely opposite selectivity implies significantly different SWNT growth mechanisms for ethanol and ethylene CVD on Si substrates.  相似文献
