The N‐acylsulfonamide group, known as a safety‐catch linker, has been applied to photoaffinity labeling (PAL) using a cinnamate‐type photocrosslinker to improve the efficiency of PAL‐based target identification. A bioorthogonal sulfo‐click reaction was used to stably link a photocrosslinker unit with N‐acylsulfonamide linkage to produce a photoactivatable probe without any protection. In addition, the crosslinked protein was selectively isolated with a small cinnamate tag via linkage disruption upon N‐alkylation. Furthermore, the tag moiety was photochemically converted to a stable coumarin derivative by losing a water molecule, which is a useful property in MS‐based identification. 相似文献

We fabricated organic light-emitting transistors (OLETs) characterized by an Ag layer deposited on a one-dimensional (1D) or two-dimensional (2D) diffraction grating that acts as a combined gate insulator with SiO2. The Ag layer was entirely covered with an organic crystal. Upon photoexcitation that crystal showed narrow linewidth emissions (NLEs) parallel to the substrate plane. The narrowed lines were either redshifted or blueshifted with rotation of the crystal around a normal to its surface with respect to the grating wave vector. Strong emissions (~104–106 cd m?2) accompanied by current-injected NLEs were observed from the 1D and 2D grating OLETs. 相似文献

Photoinduced reaction of o-ethenylaryl isocyanides with organic disulfides in the presence of diphenyl ditellurides affords the corresponding bisthiolated indole derivatives via a radical cyclization process. The cyclization can proceed at room temperature upon visible-light irradiation and exhibits good tolerance to functional groups. Several organic disulfides also can be employed for this cyclization, and the corresponding bisthiolated indole derivatives are obtained selectively. cytochrome c, the behaviors of not only cytochrome c but also multiple mitochondrial protein species must be carefully examined
because the mitochondrial PT and release of proteins from mitochondria occur in diverse manners. In the present study, we
examined whether it is possible to measure the behaviors of multiple protein species in a single experiment using purified
and mixed antibodies. The results obtained clearly indicate that this procedure would be applicable for high-throughput screening
of regulators of apoptosis. Further requirements necessary for the establishment of a useful screening system for apoptosis
