A diphenylanthracene-based diamidine (1a) fluorescent probe for the detection of dicarboxylic acids has been designed and synthesized, which has an extended π-conjugation rather than a simple anthracene ring, in order to observe highly different fluorescence wavelengths after complex formation with dicarboxylic acids. The fluorescence spectra of the mixed solution of the diamidine 1a and carboxylic acids showed two different fluorescence bands, which corresponded to the complex formation (amidinium-carboxylate formation, λem?=?450?nm, light blue color) and dissociated amidinium formation (λem?=?510?nm as a broad band, green color). The complexed and dissociated states were confirmed by DOSY NMR and TD-DFT calculations. These different fluorescence wavelengths may come from the differences in the dihedral angles between the phenyl rings at the 1,8-position and anthracene ring (difference in π-conjugation) of 1a under complex formation and dissociated amidinium formation. The proposed mechanism for the observation of the different fluorescence wavelengths (complex formation and amidinium formation) was also confirmed by the fluorescence study of diamidine 1b which causes restricted rotation of the phenyl rings by substitution of the steric methyl groups, and observed the same fluorescence spectra for the complex formation and amidinium formation (400, 420, 450?nm as a vibrational structure of anthracene ring). These fluorescence characteristics of the diamidine 1a are also applicable for the detection of α,ω?dicarboxylic acids.  相似文献

A new automated OSL/TL measuring system, equipped with a small X-ray irradiator applicable to a single-aliquot method, has been developed. To ensure cross check between OSL and RTL, the naturally accumulated doses evaluated with OSL and RTL measurements were compared. The results nearly agreed with each other, although the ages estimated from the experimental data were different from the real ages of Shin-Yakushiji temple because of the uncertainty of the annual dose. Nevertheless, it was concluded that the application of this system to the dating could be performed owing to uses of the luminescence measurements.  相似文献

From the analysis of the permeation of 35S labeled ethanesulfonic acid, through nylon-6 films sorption isotherms were obtained. The films are characterized by their largely different content of carboxyl and amino end groups. It was found that the shape of the isotherm depends on the molar ratio of the two end groups: an S-shape curve for the film containing the carboxyl end group larger than the amino end group and a Langmuir-type curve for the film containing comparable numbers of end groups. These results were explained by the McGregor-Harris theory in which the acid dissociation constants of the two end groups in nylon were estimated experimentally.  相似文献

The reaction of alkyl-substituted sec-ethoxyalkynyl acetates with water catalyzed by Hg(OTf)2 afforded alpha,beta-unsaturated esters in excellent yield with high catalytic turnover up to 1000 times under very mild reaction conditions with virtually complete E-selectivity, superior even to that of the HWE reaction.  相似文献

Both enantiomers of 1,1-diethoxyethyl(aminomethyl)phosphinates were prepared through chromatographic separation of a diastereomeric mixture derived from (S)-phenylethylamine and 1,1-diethoxyethyl-H-phosphinate. The individual enantiomer was transformed into α-substituted α-amino-H-phosphinate with high enantiomeric purity by a highly diastereoselective alkylation at the α-carbon on the basis of our previously developed method.  相似文献

The reactions between edaravone and various one-electron oxidants such as (*)OH, N(3)(*), Br(2)(-), and SO(4)(-), have been studied by pulse radiolysis techniques. The transient species produced by the reaction of edaravone with (*)OH radical shows an absorption band with lambda(max)=320 nm, while the oxidation by N(3)(*), Br(2)(-), SO(4)(-) and CCl(3)OO(*) results in an absorption band with lambda(max)=345 nm. Different from the previous reports, the main transient species by the reaction of edaravone with (*)OH radical in the absence of O(2) is attributed to OH-adducts. At neutral condition (pH 7), the rate constants of edaravone reacting with (*)OH, N(3)(*), SO(4)(-), CCl(3)OO(*), and e(aq)(-) are estimated to be 8.5x10(9), 5.8x10(9), 6x10(8), 5.0x10(8) and 2.4x10(9)dm(3)mol(-1)s(-1), respectively. From the pH dependence on the formation of electron adducts and on the rate constant of edaravone with hydrated electron, the pK(a) of edaravone is estimated to be 6.9+/-0.1.  相似文献

Wittig reaction of (E)-3-(3-guaiazulenyl)propenal (11) with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (9) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon gives the title new (2E,4E)-1,3-butadiene derivative 4, in 33% isolated yield, which upon treatment with hexafluorophosphoric acid (i.e., 65% HPF6 aqueous solution) in tetrahydrofuran (=THF) at 25 °C for 1 h under aerobic conditions affords a new air (two-electron) oxidation product (E)-ethylene-1,2-bis(3-guaiazulenylmethylium) bis(hexafluorophosphate) (14), quantitatively, and further, zinc-reduction of 14 in trifluoroacetic acid (=CF3COOH) at 0 °C for 1 h under argon reverts 4, quantitatively. Along with the above interesting results, our discovered another preparation method, spectroscopic properties, crystal structure, and electrochemical behavior of 4, which serves as a strong two-electron donor and acceptor, compared with those of the previously reported (E)-1,2-di(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (3) are documented in detail.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Inclusion ability of thiacalix[4]arenetetrasulfonate (TCAS) toward water-miscible organic molecules such as alcohols, ketones, cyclic ethers, and so on was studied by salting-out of the inclusion complex. NMR spectra of the recovered precipitates showed size selectivity to include the guest molecules. X-ray crystallographic analyses of TCAS salts including acetone and 1,4-dioxane suggested that guests are retained with the aid of cation coordination and H-bonding.  相似文献
