In the crystal structures of the fully and partially fluorinated flavone derivatives 5,6,7,8‐tetrafluoro‐2‐(2,3,4,5,6‐pentafluorophenyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one, C15HF9O2, (I), and 5,6,7,8‐tetrafluoro‐2‐phenyl‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one, C15H6F4O2, (II), the pentafluorophenyl group and the pyranone moiety in (I) are twisted due to repulsion of the F substituents, and a CO(δ)...π(δ+) intermolecular interaction is observed between the carbonyl O atom and the pentafluorophenyl group. In (II), on the other hand, the phenyl group and the pyranone moiety are almost coplanar, and arene–perfluoroarene interactions are observed in the head‐to‐tail intermolecular columnar stacking between the phenyl group and the tetrafluorophenylene moiety.  相似文献

The active metal template (AMT) strategy is a powerful tool for the formation of mechanically interlocked molecules (MIMs) such as rotaxanes and catenanes, allowing the synthesis of a variety of MIMs, including π-conjugated and multicomponent macrocycles. Cycloparaphenylene (CPP) is an emerging molecule characterized by its cyclic π-conjugated structure and unique properties. Therefore, diverse modifications of CPPs are necessary for its wide application. However, most CPP modifications require early stage functionalization and the direct modification of CPPs is very limited. Herein, we report the synthesis of a catenane consisting of [9]CPP and a 2,2′-bipyridine macrocycle as a new CPP analogue that contains a reliable synthetic scaffold enabling diverse and concise post-modification. Following the AMT strategy, the [9]CPP-bipyridine catenane was successfully synthesized through Ni-mediated aryl-aryl coupling. Catalytic C−H borylation/cross-coupling and metal complexation of the bipyridine macrocycle moiety, an effective post-functionalization method, were also demonstrated with the [9]CPP-bipyridine catenane. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis revealed that the [9]CPP-bipyridine catenane forms a tridentated complex with an Ag ion inside the CPP ring. This interaction significantly enhances the phosphorescence lifetime through improved intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Eighteen trinuclear NiII2LnIII complexes of 2,6-di(acetoacetyl)pyridine (H2L) (Ln=La-Lu except for Pm) were prepared by a "one-pot reaction" of H2L, Ni(NO3)2.6H2O, and Ln(NO3)3.nH2O in methanol. X-ray crystallographic studies indicate that two L2- ligands sandwich two NiII ions with the terminal 1,3-diketonate sites and one LnIII ion with the central 2,6-diacylpyridine site, forming the trinuclear [Ni2Ln(L)2] core of a linear NiLnNi structure. The terminal Ni assumes a six-coordinate geometry together with methanol or water molecules, and the central Ln assumes a 10-coordinate geometry together with two or three nitrate ions. The [Ni2Ln(L)2] core is essentially coplanar for large Ln ions (La, Ce, Pr, Nd) but shows a distortion with respect to the two L2- ligands for smaller Ln ions. Magnetic studies for the Ni2Ln complexes of diamagnetic LaIII and LuIII indicate an antiferromagnetic interaction between the terminal NiII ions. A magnetic analysis of the Ni2Gd complex based on the isotropic Heisenberg model indicates a ferromagnetic interaction between the adjacent NiII and GdIII ions and an antiferromagnetic interaction between the terminal NiII ions. The magnetic properties of other Ni2Ln complexes were studied on the basis of a numerical approach with the Ni2La complex and analogous Zn2Ln complexes, and they indicated that the NiII-LnIII interaction is weakly antiferromagnetic for Ln=Ce, Pr, and Nd and ferromagnetic for Ln=Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, and Er.  相似文献

Gold nanowires were synthesized at 150 K by electron beam thinning of a gold thin foil in an UHV electron microscope. The gold nanowires were found to have a helical multishell structure (HMS). One particular nanowire, which was thinner than the 7-1 HMS nanowire, was found to have a tubular structure. The gold single wall nanotube is composed of five atomic rows that coil about the tube axis. The diameter was 0.4 nm and the pitch was 11 nm. The stability of the (5,3) nanotube was discussed in terms of the shear deformation of the triangular network of gold atoms.  相似文献

Proanthocyanidins, known as condensed tannins or oligomeric flavonoids, exist in many edible plants and show various interesting biological activities. We have developed a simple and versatile method of synthesizing procyanidin oligomers consisting of (−)-epicatechin and (+)-catechin. This method is applicable to the synthesis of various 3-O-substituted oligomers. We report here the stereoselective and length controlled synthesis of [4-8]-condensed (−)-epicatechin series procyanidin oligomers. We described the details of the synthesis of an two tetramers, (−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin and (−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(+)-catechin (arecatannin A1), (−)-epicatechin pentamer and two 3,3″,3?-tri-O-galloyl trimers, (−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-3,3″,3?-tri-O-gallate and (−)-epicatechin-(−)-epicatechin-(+)-catechin-3,3″,3?-tri-O-gallate with the condensation method using TMSOTf as a catalyst. The ability of DPPH radical scavenging activity and DNA polymerase inhibitory activity of these oligomeric compounds were investigated.  相似文献

Guest water molecules confined in channels of porous coordination polymer crystals [Ln(2)Cu(3)(IDA)(6)]·nH(2)O (Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Gd, Ho, Er; IDA = [NH(CH(2)COO)(2)](2-); n ≈ 9) exhibited large dielectric constants (ε) and antiferroelectric behaviors at high temperatures (e.g., ε(Sm) ≈ 1300 at 400 K). In addition, plots of the temperature dependence of ε showed broad peaks at ~170 K, below which ε became very small. These puzzling temperature dependences of ε are consistent with the results of molecular dynamics simulations, suggesting the "freezing of thermal motion" of water molecules at ~170 K.  相似文献

An efficient route toward the central ABC system of jiadifenin has been developed using two key Pd-catalyzed cyclizations. A protic solvent-activated Mizoroki-Heck reaction was used to construct the C(9) quaternary carbon and the A ring. A cascading Tsuji-Trost cyclization/lactonization sequence was employed to establish the BC ring system and the C(5,6) stereochemistry.  相似文献
