Abstract Continuous flames have been observed in Supercritical water oxidation (scWO) of isopropyl alcohol (IPA), using a vertical continuous reactor with sapphire windows and a mixing nozzle. Two types of continuous flame were confirmed: the one was long pale blue colored and the other was red short cone shaped, changing blue to red at around air ratio 2.0. The flame was strongly influenced by IPA concentration, air ratio and design of the mixing nozzle. Results for decomposition of PA are presented for IPA concentrations ranging from 600 up to 28260 ppm as TOC and initial reactor temperatures, were mostly around 490°C, at 25 MPa. Decomposition rate at steady state was over 99.9%. Experimentally measured CO2 and O2 concentrations at the flue gas were in good agreement with theoretically calculated values. Even for low air ratio as 1.1, high decomposition rate without CO, NO, NO2 was achieved. 相似文献

Emission decay times of the new excimer were measured for undoped and perylene doped pyrene crystals. From the decay times obtained, the temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficient of the excimers was deduced by assuming a model in which two electronic states of the new excimer are involved in the energy transfer process. Within this model, it was found that in the upper excimer state the excimers migrated by a hopping process, while in the lower excimer state they migrated as free excimer excitons while undergoing phonon scattering. 相似文献

The acoustic flux injection method was applied to amorphous As2S3. The velocity and the attenuation constant for shear wave at ~ 100MHz were measured through the observation of the Brillouin scattering of the light beam from a He-Ne laser. The optical transmission around absorption edge was found to change after the injection of acoustic fluxes. It was also found that the sound velocity decreased with increasing injection time of acoustic fluxes and the amount of the change of the sound velocity reached ~ 20% after 105 injections. The changes in the optical transmission and the sound velocity tended to be erased by annealing below the glass transition temperature. These phenomena are considered to be due to structural changes caused by the injection of strong acoustic fluxes. 相似文献

The electronic absorption spectra of perylene crystals in the α- and β-forms were measured by the normal incidence reflection method in the spectral region from 20 000 to 60 000 cm?1. From the absorption spectrum polarized perpendicular to [10] axis of the α-form crystal, the bands around 24 000 cm?1 were determined to be polarized along the long molecular axis. Two strong bands with different polarizations were observed around 50 000 cm?1 for each of the α- and β-perylene crystals and were assigned to the transitions to the 1B2u and 1B3u states. The observed polarized absorption spectra as a whole were consistent with the theoretical results by Hummel and Ruedenberg and the reflection method was found to be suitable to the polarized absorption measurement of strong bands of crystals. The observed factor-group splittings were compared with the theoretical values, the oriented gas model being found to be applicable to the β-form crystal. 相似文献

The full Breit hamiltonian, including the Darwin term and relativistic kinetic-energy correction, has been used to construct resonating group kernels in analytic form for the six-quark NN system. The nonlocal kernels have been converted to equivalent local potentials using the WKB approximation based on their Wigner transforms. The equivalent local potentials have been confirmed to be rather insensitive to a choice of parameters and to be fairly accurate by comparing with the phase shifts and the wave functions obtained with the RGM equation. The results indicate the importance of the Darwin term. The term leads to a large reduction of the strong repulsive cores given by the color magnetic interaction and makes the resulting potentials less repulsive than those which neglect this term. The relative importance of the various components in the Breit interaction and of the quark-gluon exchange diagrams is made clear. 相似文献
