Benzenetellurinyl trifluoromethanesulfonate in conjunction with acetonitrile readily effected amidotellurinylation reactions with alkynes. Most of the addition reactions proceeded in a trans fashion to form the (E)-β-acetamidovinyl phenyl telluroxides. Subsequently, it was found that the prevailing Markovnikov adducts from terminal alkynes immediately isomerized to (Z)-isomers which were isolated as the corresponding vinyltellurides. On the other hand, the adducts derived from internal alkynes thermally underwent a spontaneous intramolecular cyclization to be transformed eventually into oxazoles.  相似文献

From polytitanosiloxanes (PTS), SiO2–TiO2 oxide fibers with fairly good tensile strength were prepared, and their mechanical and thermal properties were investigated. The precursor fibers PTS-0.5 and PTS-1.0 were obtained by dry spinning of a highly viscous PTS solution which were formed as the reaction mixture of silicic acid (SA) with bis(2,4-pentanedionato)titanium diisopropoxide (PTP) in the molar ratios (SA/PTP) of 0.5 and 1.0. The precursor fibers PTS-0.5 were too brittle to measure their tensile strength, whereas PTS-1.0 and the heat-treated fibers were found to have tensile strength of 130 (precursor), 540 (500°C), and 450 (900°C) MPa, respectively. Heat-treatment of the fibers PTS-1.0 at above 1000°C forms anatase and rutile of titanium dioxide. The crystallization is resulted from the unreacted PTP which is not incorporated into the polymer network.  相似文献

Zinc is an essential trace element involved in many biological activities; however, its functions are not fully understood. To elucidate the role of endogenous labile Zn2+, we developed a novel ratiometric fluorescence probe, 5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(methylsulfanyl)-[2,2′-bipyridin]-6-amine (6 (rBpyZ)) based on the 6-amino-2,2′-bipyridine scaffold, which acts as both the chelating agent for Zn2+ and the fluorescent moiety. The methoxy group acted as an electron donor, enabling the intramolecular charge transfer state of 6 (rBpyZ), and a ratiometric fluorescence response consisting of a decrease at the emission wavelength of 438 nm and a corresponding increase at the emission wavelength of 465 nm was observed. The ratiometric probe 6 (rBpyZ) exhibited a nanomolar-level dissociation constant (Kd = 0.77 nM), a large Stokes shift (139 nm), and an excellent detection limit (0.10 nM) under physiological conditions. Moreover, fluorescence imaging using A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells revealed that 6 (rBpyZ) had good cell membrane permeability and could clearly visualize endogenous labile Zn2+. These results suggest that the ratiometric fluorescence probe 6 (rBpyZ) has considerable potential as a valuable tool for understanding the role of Zn2+ in living systems.  相似文献

Endocytic pathways are practical routes for the intracellular delivery of biomacromolecules. Along with this, effective strategies for endosomal cargo release into the cytosol are desired to achieve successful delivery. Focusing on compositional differences between the cell and endosomal membranes and the pH decrease within endosomes, we designed the lipid-sensitive and pH-responsive endosome-lytic peptide HAad. This peptide contains aminoadipic acid (Aad) residues, which serve as a safety catch for preferential permeabilization of endosomal membranes over cell membranes, and His-to-Ala substitutions enhance the endosomolytic activity. The ability of HAad to destabilize endosomal membranes was supported by model studies using large unilamellar vesicles (LUVs) and by increased intracellular delivery of biomacromolecules (including antibodies) into live cells. Cerebral ventricle injection of Cre recombinase with HAad led to Cre/loxP recombination in a mouse model, thus demonstrating potential applicability of HAad in vivo.  相似文献

Treatment of 2‐fluoro‐5‐nitrobenzyl bromide with active methylene compounds in the presence of excess potassium carbonate in acetone leads to the formation of highly functionalized 4H‐1‐benzopyrans by a tandem SN2‐SNAr reaction sequence. The reaction works well with β‐keto esters, β‐keto sulfones, β‐keto phosphine oxides, β‐keto phosphonates and β‐keto nitriles. Linear ethoxysiloxanes were synthesized by the oxidative condensation of hydrosilane. Triethoxysilane was subjected to oxidation to form triethoxysilanol, and pentaethoxydisiloxane was formed by the condensation reaction of triethoxysilane with triethoxysilanol. Pentaethoxydisiloxane was also subjected to oxidative condensation to form a mixture of nona- and decaethoxytetrasiloxanes. In contrast, pentaethoxydisiloxane, heptaethoxytrisiloxane, and nonaethoxytetrasiloxanes were subjected to the reaction with ethanol in the presence of zinc to isolate hexaethoxydisiloxane, octaethoxytrisiloxane, and decaethoxytetrasiloxane, respectively.  相似文献

The reactions of TbtPPTbt (Tbt = 2,4,6‐tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl) with elemental sulfur and selenium in the presence of triethylamine resulted in the formation of the corresponding thia‐ and selenadiphosphiranes in 71% and 65%, respectively, whereas the tellurization reaction was unsuccessful probably due to the steric reason. On the other hand, treatment of TbtPPFc (Fc = ferrocenyl) with elemental sulfur, selenium, and tributylphosphine telluride afforded the corresponding thia‐, selena‐, and telluradiphosphiranes in 84%, 88%, and 66% yields, respectively. A microfabrication technique is presented to fabricate a mesostructured inorganic/organic composite film, i.e., silica/cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) film, with near-perfect site-selectivity on a large surface area based on a spatially regulated growth method. To precisely regulate the site-selective growth of this mesocomposite film at the solid/liquid interface, we designed a novel microtemplate consisting of a "dual-component" self-assembled monolayer (SAM) with alternating hydrophobic trifluorocarbon (CF3) and cationic amino (NH2) groups. First, (heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrodecyl)trimethoxysilane (FAS)-SAM was formed onto Si substrate covered with native oxide (SiO2/Si) from vapor phase. The substrate was then photolithographically micropatterned using 172 nm vacuum UV light. Finally, the micropatterned FAS-SAM was immersed in a solution of 1 vol % (aminoethylaminomethyl)phenethyltrimethoxysilane (AEAMPS) in absolute toluene. Due to these treatments, a dual-SAM microtemplate with CF3- and NH2-terminated surfaces was fabricated, as evidenced by lateral force microscopy, ellipsometry, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Using this template, the microfabrication of a mesocomposite film was demonstrated. As a control, the micropatterned hydrophobic FAS-SAM template (composed of CF3- and OH-terminated surfaces) was also treated under the same conditions. Optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy confirmed that the formation of the continuous mesocomposite film proceeded only on the FAS-SAM-covered regions, while the AEAMPS-SAM-covered regions remained free of deposits. This shielding effect also remained constant regardless of the pattern's geometry, i.e., the interval distance between the FAS-SAM-covered areas in the pattern. Through this approach, we were able to obtain well-defined 5-, 10-, and 20-mum wide mesocomposite microlines over the entire 10 x 10 mm2 area with high area-selectivity. On the other hand, when the SiO2 regions were not terminated with the cationic NH2 groups, cluster formation proceeded not only on the hydrophobic CF3 regions but also on the SiO2 regions, particularly with an increase in the pattern interval distance, resulting in lower final pattern resolution.  相似文献
