A novel water‐dispersible reactive microgel, which had a diameter of 40–90 nm, was synthesized for photopolymer materials. The microgels have segments with substituted ammonium groups, to provide water solubility, in their polymer networked structure. It has unsaturated groups connected to the quaternary nitrogens by ionic bonding (I‐type microgel). The I‐type microgel was compared with one that has methacryloyl groups connected with the quaternary nitrogens of the microgel by covalent bonding (C‐type microgel). The I‐type microgels were able to separately control the modified amount of quaternary nitrogen and methacryloyl group. In the presence of 2,4‐diethylthioxantone as a photoinitiator and pentaerthritol triacrylate as a crosslinker, the photopolymer containing the C‐type or I‐type microgels had sensitivity high enough for practical use. Not only the amount of the methacryloyl group of the microgel but the amount of the quaternary nitrogen affected the sensitivity and the rate of polymerization of the water‐dispersible photopolymer containing the I‐type microgels. Hafnium silicate is a so-called high-k material, which is a new key material in the semiconductor field. This material is difficult to analyze by a conventional W-Lβ1TXRF source due to the high background originating from Hf-Lα lines. In this paper, the capability of Ir source TXRF analysis on hafnium silicate films is investigated with intentional contamination of Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni and Cu elements. The spectral fitting is discussed where X-ray resonant Raman scattering and escape peak of Ir-Lα overlap with Ni-Kα peak. The detection limits are estimated to 0.9 × 1010 to 2 × 1010 atoms/cm2 for the transition metals.  相似文献

Acrylamide and methacrylamide derivatives of nucleic acid bases were prepared from the corresponding aminoethyl derivatives. Free-radical polymerization of these monomers in water or in organic solvents gave their polymers. From the studies of the polymer complex formation by UV spectroscopy, it was found that extremely stable polymer complexes were formed between complementary polymers containing nucleic acid bases.  相似文献

This paper details an investigation into the enhancement of the water dissolution rate of mefenamic acid (MA) by means of a dry grinding treatment. The physico‐chemical properties of the ground MA particles were analyzed by measurements of specific surface area, powder X‐ray diffraction patterns, differential scanning calorimetry thermograms and infrared spectra, and the effects of the change in the physico‐chemical properties (especially, crystalline structure) on the dissolution rate were studied. The polymorphic transition from Form I (original) to II and the change of the molecular structure of MA did not occur in the grinding treatments. However, the specific surface area of the MA particles increased, and the crystallinity decreased (i.e., the amorphization level increased) as the grinding progressed. Hydrogen bonds formed between the carboxyl groups of the opposed asymmetric MA molecules were broken gradually after the grinding limit was attained in the grinding system, resulting in an effective improvement of the initial dissolution rate.  相似文献

We study the spaces of left-invariant Riemannian metrics on a Lie group up to isometry, and up to isometry and scaling. In this paper, we see that such spaces can be identified with the orbit spaces of certain isometric actions on noncompact symmetric spaces. We also study some Lie groups whose spaces of left-invariant metrics up to isometry and scaling are small.  相似文献

In this Letter, the enhancement of thermal radiation in the terahertz region is presented theoretically by using the spoof surface plasmon mode on the microcavity array. We found that the terahertz wave is radiated selectively in a vertical direction. As a result, a quasi-monochromatic terahertz source can be created.  相似文献

Visualization and quantitative evaluation of covalent bond scission in polymeric materials are highly important for understanding failure, fatigue, and deterioration mechanisms and improving the lifetime, durability, toughness, and reliability of the materials. The diarylbibenzofuranone‐based mechanophore radical system enabled, through electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, in situ quantitative evaluation of scission of the mechanophores and estimation of mechanical energy induced along polymer chains by external forces. The coagulation of polymer solutions by freezing probably generated force but did not cleave the mechanophores. On the other hand, cross‐linking led to efficient propagation of the force of more than 80 kJ mol?1 to some mechanophores, resulting their cleavage and generation of colored stable radicals. This mechanoprobe concept has the potential to elucidate other debated issues in the polymer field as well.  相似文献

Lower loading of Fe (1 wt%) and higher reaction temperature (450 °C) led to higher and stable selectivity of C3+ olefins by ethanol conversion using Fe/H-ZSM-5 catalysts. Carbon deposition and framework collapse of zeolite support, which may be the cause of change in selectivity of products, was suppressed in some degree.  相似文献

Zwitterionic and cationic polyelectrolyte brushes were prepared by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization of 2-methacryloyloxy- ethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) and 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA), respectively. The poly(DMAEMA) brush was treated with methyl iodide to form poly[2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyltrimethylammonium iodide] [poly(METAI)]. The effects of ionic strength on brush structure and surface properties of densely grafted polyelectrolyte brushes were analyzed by contact angle measurements, neutron reflectivity (NR) and macroscopic friction tests. Both polyelectrolyte brushes exhibited hydrophilic properties. The contact angle of the poly(MPC) brush surface against water was ca. 0° in air and the contact angle of the air bubble in water was ca. 170°. The air bubble in water hardly attached to the poly(MPC) brush surface, indicating super hydrophilic characteristics. NR measurements of poly(MPC) and poly(METAI) brushes showed that the grafted polymer chains were extended from the substrate surface in a good solvent such as water. Interestingly, NR study did not reveal the shrinkage of the brush chain in salt solution. The polyelectrolyte brushes immersed in both water and NaCl solution at various concentrations showed a low friction coefficient and low adhesion force.  相似文献
