Conformation Disturbance of CopC by α-Naphthylamine

It is known that urea and guanidine hydrochloride(GuHCl) induce conformational change of proteins in a certain range of molar ratios. In our research,α-naphthylamine(NA) above 10-4 mol/L at pH 7.0 was discovered to perturb the conformation of CopC,a copper resistant protein with a Greek β-barrel motif; this was reflected by the greater fluorescence quenching and red-shifted emission peak of CopC. Influence of obstacle disturbance in a duct on explosion characteristics of coal gas

In combination with experimental research,numerical simulation is performed to investigate the influence law of the obstacles in a duct on the explosion flame of premixed coal gas and air. The numerical method uses upwind WENO scheme and two-step chemical reaction model. The interaction mechanism is addressed between the compression wave from reflection on the right end of the duct and flame propagation. Synthesis of stearic acid triethanolamine ester over solid acid catalysts

<正>The synthesis of stearic acid triethanolamine ester over solid acid catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity and selectivity of zirconium sulfate supported on SBA-15(6)(pore diameter 6 nm) is better than that of commonly used hypophosphorous acid,zirconium sulfate supported on MCM-41 and zirconium sulfate supported on SBA-15(9)(pore diameter 9 nm).

一种新型的橙红光发射材料聚8-羟基喹啉镓的合成与光谱特性

合成了高分子金属配合物聚8-羟基喹啉镓(Gaqq3)n.利用红外吸收光谱、X射线衍射谱(XRD)研究了配合物的分子结构、物相结构;利用热重(TG)分析研究了配合物的热稳定性;利用紫外吸收光谱、荧光激发和发射光谱研究了该配合物的光物理性能.结果表明:(Gaqq3)n的热分解温度为443.6℃,具有较高的热稳定性.(Gaqq3)n的紫外吸收带位于250～500 nm,存在较强的带尾吸收,表明禁带中存在带隙缺陷态.(Gaqq3).的荧光激发带位于380～456nm,荧光发射峰位于568nm,为橙红光发射.光学带隙2.49 eV.与Gaq3相比,荧光强度有所减弱,这是由于次甲基相连的两个喹啉环的扭曲导致了(Gaqq3)n的刚性和共平面性不好;由于分子共轭体系的增大,使(Gaqq3)n分子的π电子更加离域化,导致了荧光发射峰发生了红移.(Gaqq3)n有望在有机电致发光器件和有机光伏器件中得到应用.     

圆管及内充压力介质管道撞击损伤与破坏的研究进展

综述了国内外关于内空圆管及充有压力介质的管道经受局部撞击作用时的大变形与破坏的研究现状,从圆管的侧向撞击凹陷及其对管柱承载能力的影响、管壁的撞击穿透、圆管的斜冲击、内充介质及压力对冲击穿透的影响、分析模型等6个方面介绍了一些重要实验结果和处理该类问题的分析方法与力学模型,讨论并提供了一些在工程应用中有重要指导意义的研究结果.由于内充压力介质管道的冲击穿透破坏涉及内充压力介质与管壁在撞击过程中的相互耦合作用,其变形及破坏机理十分复杂,影响因素除了圆管的几何尺寸、支承形式、材料力学特性、弹体形状及冲击速度等,还包括内充介质密度及内充压力大小等诸多方面.本文对这一问题作了详细评述及讨论,指出了目前的研究结果中的不同结论,同时给出了内充压力介质对临界冲击穿透能量的影响趋势的最新研究结果,最后提出了进一步的研究方向以及采用的相应对策.图2参64

本文归纳了2008年以来电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）的最新应用进展,并主要阐述了近年来ICP-MS在地质科学、生物与医学、食品安全、农业生产、材料科学、冶金工业、环境分析中的应用。从样品处理,进样技术,内标元素的选择等多方面综述了ICP-MS在不同领域的应用。最后对ICP-MS的发展前景做了展望。
