EHPG与铝(Ⅲ)结合的光谱研究

在 pH 7 4 ,0 1mol·L- 1 N 2 羟乙基哌嗪 N′ 2 乙磺酸 (Hepes)及室温条件下 ,使用紫外吸收差光谱和荧光光谱进行了铝 (Ⅲ )对N ,N′ 乙烯 二 [2 (2 羟基苯基 )苷氨酸 ](EHPG)的滴定。结果表明铝 (Ⅲ )与EH PG形成 1∶1的配合物。铝 (Ⅲ )与EHPG结合后其紫外差光谱在 2 35和 2 91nm处出现吸收峰 ;配合物在 2 35nm的摩尔吸光系数是 1 2 7× 10 4 cm- 1 ·mol- 1 ·L ;条件稳定常数是lgK =14 2 0± 0 0 3;铝 (Ⅲ )对EHPG的荧光猝灭是由于EHPG的酚羟基质子解离并与铝 (Ⅲ )配合而引起的。     

Synthesis,Characterization and in vitro Antitumour Activity of the Di—n—butyltin（IV） Complexes of Some Arylhydroxamates

Fourteen new di-n-butyltin(IV)complexes of hydroxamic acids of the formula Bu2SnL2(HL-hydroxamic acids)were synthesized by the reaction of Bu2SnO and hydroxamic acids in dry toluene and ethanol media.The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses,molecular weight,IR and 1H NMR spectoscopy.The results indicate that n-Bu2SnL2 have distorted trans-octahedral structure.The antitumor activity in vitro against human A-549 tumor cells and P388 leukemia was presented,and their structure-activity relationship was discussed.

Fluorescence enhancement effect and the interaction between donor and acceptor

A new theoretical equation for fluorescence enhancement effect between donor and acceptor has been introduced.By using it we determined the binding constants and numbers of binding sites of five medicines,including chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and fluorenone,to γ-globulin.

焙烧温度对Fe-Mn催化剂结构和F-T合成性能影响

研究了焙烧温度对Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)合成Fe-Mn催化剂的织构性质、还原行为以及在还原和反应过程中结构变化的影响；在H2/CO=2.0、260 ℃、2.5 MPa和1 000 h－1条件下在固定床反应器上考察了焙烧温度对Fe-Mn催化剂F-T合成反应活性、烃产物选择性和运行稳定性的影响。XRD和TPR结果表明，随着焙烧温度的升高，催化剂中α-Fe2O3晶粒增大，催化剂比表面积降低，促进Mn3+渗入α-Fe2O3晶格中，形成了铁锰固溶体物相，使得催化剂难于还原，当焙烧温度升高到700 ℃时，催化剂中的α-Mn2O3相完全消失。催化剂F-T合成反应评价表明，在不降低催化剂活性的同时，焙烧温度的升高可显著地提高催化剂的反应运行稳定性，并促使烃产物分布向高碳数方向偏移；600 ℃焙烧的Fe-Mn催化剂运行200 h，总体活性高，失活速率较低，对低碳烯烃和中间馏分油段产物选择性好。     

蜂窝状堇青石基CuO/Al2O3催化剂用于烟气同时脱硫脱硝的研究

考察了制备参数及反应条件对蜂窝状堇青石基CuO/Al2O3催化剂同时脱硫脱硝活性的影响。结果表明，添加碱金属可以提高脱硫活性, 但由于促进NH3氧化而降低了脱硝活性。为了获得理想的同时脱硫脱硝活性，催化剂的适宜载铜量为6.0％，载钠量为2.0％。随着反应温度从350 ℃升高到450 ℃，该催化剂的脱硫活性逐渐升高，再生后脱硫活性都有所下降，但仍具有活性随温度升高而升高的趋势，说明脱硫过程为反应控制型；但由于温度升高，NH3氧化加剧，脱硝活性逐渐降低，所以适宜操作温度为400 ℃。在1 450 h－1～3600 h－1范围内， 空速对脱硝活性影响不大， 对脱硫活性影响较大。 对于再生催化剂，当空速由3 600 h－1降低到2 300 h－1时，硫容（SO2转化率达80％时单位质量催化剂所吸附的SO2量）不断增加，继续降低空速时硫容基本保持不变，所以适宜操作空速为2 300 h－1以下。
