Pt/Al2O3蜂窝状催化剂上NO选择性催化还原反应动力学研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用多次涂层和浸渍法制备了蜂窝状Pt/Al2O3催化剂,并在高空速和大气体流量条件下对无梯度循环式反应器和积分反应器上催化剂的活性进行了比较。同时采用循环式反应器对动力学数据进行了测定。根据Langmuir-Hinshelwood模型和实验结果,推测了NO-C3H6-O2体系的SCR反应机理,并导出了NO和C3H6反应速率的数学表达式。据此所计算的理论模拟值能够与实验值很好地吻合。实验结果表明,氧气浓度对NO和C3H6的反应速率有明显的影响,二者均随着氧浓度c (O2)的增加达到峰值,再增加氧气浓度时,C3H6的反应速率r(C3H6)保持不变,而NO反应速率r (NO)却下降,而且下降的程度随着温度的升高而加剧。同时,随着氧气浓度增加,r (NO)达到最大值时的温度亦随之下降。 相似文献

本文报道了用石墨炉-原子吸收分析法,将食用L-赖氨酸盐样品经稀酸溶解后,直接进样测定。该方法省去了通常必需的干灰化或湿消解过程,充分利用石墨炉本身所具的对样品进行部分预处理的功能,在无基体改进剂的条件下,快速测定样品中的Cu和Pb的含量。方法简便,快速,准确,实用,Cu和Pb的精密度试验的相对标准偏差分别为4.8%和5.3%;回收率分别为100%-110%和102%-105%。 相似文献

喹诺酮药物是一类重要的化学合成抗菌素 ,其临床应用正在不断扩大[1] 。氧氟沙星 (OFLX)和环丙沙星 (CPLX)结构非常相似。本文采用胶束薄层色谱法分离了两种药物。加入 1%氨水的 0 0 0 15mol·L-1十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)和 1%十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)的等体积水溶液作为展开剂 ,聚酰胺薄膜作为固定相。考查了CTAB浓度 ,SDS浓度及氨水对氧氟沙星和环丙沙星Rf 值的影响。在选定条件下 ,Rf 值分别为 0 87和 0 76 ,在激发波长为 2 80nm处对其进行了荧光测定。测定了该方法的稳定性和灵敏度。本文首次使用胶束溶液分离了氧氟沙星和环丙沙星 相似文献

In order to solve the drawback of poor bioavailability by the oral route and infusion-related side effect for Amphotericin B(AmB), microemulsion vehicles composed of isopropyl myristate(IPM), Tween 80, isopropyl alcohol and water for transdermal delivery of AmB were designed. The pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed by the H2O titration method and the structures of the microemulsion were determined by measuring electrical conducti-vities(σ). The diffusion studies of AmB microemulsion were performed via excised rabbit skin on a drug diffusion apparatus. To obtain a high solubization of AmB, three different methods were tested to incorporate AmB into mi-croemulsion. The result suggests adding AmB in the shape of NaOH solution to the O/W blank microemulsion over the phase inversion temperature(PIT) of the emulsifier obtains the maximum drug content(2.96 mg/mL). The pH value of the system could be adjusted to pH8.5 or pH<5.2, in this range AmB molecules converts from aqueous to the hydrophilic shell of the microemulsion droplets, drug precipitate is no more than 5%, and the formulations were corresponding to the characterizations of microemulsion. At pH 5.14, AmB microemulsion with Km 1:1, O/SC 1:9(mass ratio ofoil phase to surfactant/cosurfactant blend), water content 64.6%, drug content (2.93±0.08) mg/mL,showed the maximum permeation rate(3.255±0.64)μg·cm-2·h-1,which is stable for a long time. 相似文献

A novel mode-filtered light gas sensor has been reported.It was constructed by inserting an optical fiber deposited by a thin silicone cladding of cryptophane A into a fused-silica capillary.When different concentration of methane gas was introduced to the sensor,the phenomenon that mode-filtered light intensity decreased with the increasing concentration of methane was observed. 针对热电厂烟气中排放的多环芳烃(PAHs)污染物,在实验室规模上研究了六种吸附剂对烟气中典型的PAHs, 如萘(Nap)、芴(Flu)、菲(Phe)的吸附脱除行为。考察了吸附剂结构特征与Nap,Flu,Phe高温脱除的相关性,并对煤质活性炭(AC-1)在160 ℃~200 ℃下的吸附等温线进行了研究。结果表明,吸附剂对PAHs的吸附能力与其结构参数中BET表面积和微孔体积具有紧密相关性,而与中孔体积没有明显关系;活性炭表现出很好的脱除烟气中PAHs的作用;吸附剂对PAHs的吸附能力随着PAHs的质量分数增大而增大,随吸附温度的增加而减小;随着PAHs的碳原子数和芳环数增加,其在吸附剂上的吸附能力也增强。 相似文献

The binding of Co(bpy)2dppz3+ to calf thymus DNA was investigated by using absorption and emission spectroscopy,DNA melting techniques,cyclic voltammetry,viscosity and electro-phoresis measurements,where bpy is 2,2'-bipyridyl,dppz is dipyrido[3,2-o:2',3'-c] phenazine.The binding compound shows absorption hypochromicity,fluorescence enhancement,and increasing of DNA melting temperature and the specific viscosity.CV measurement shows the shifts in oxidation-reduction potential and change in peak current with addition of DNA.The compound is also shown to be more efficient photosensitisers for strand breaks in plasmid DNA. 相似文献
