The triatomic 4He system and its isotopic species ${^4{\rm He}_2^3{\rm He}}$ are theoretically investigated. By adopting the best empirical helium interaction potentials, we calculate the bound state energy levels as well as the rates for the three-body recombination processes: 4He + 4He + 4He → 4 He2 + 4He and 4He + 4He + 3He → 4He2 + 3He. We consider not only zero total angular momentum J = 0 states, but also J > 0 states. We also extend our study to mixed helium-alkali triatomic systems, that is 4He2 X with X = 7Li, 23Na, 39K, 85 Rb, and 133Cs. The energy levels of all the J ≥ 0 bound states for these species are calculated as well as the rates for three-body recombination processes such as 4He + 4He + 7Li → 4 He2 + 7Li and 4He + 4He + 7Li → 4 He7Li + 4He. In our calculations, the adiabatic hyperspherical representation is employed but we also obtain preliminary results using the Gaussian expansion method.  相似文献

The triple α reaction rate in stars is quite important in many astrophysical scenarios including the stellar evolution and carbon synthesis in stars. Recently the non-resonant triple α reaction rate has been reevaluated using a calculation with the continuum-discretized coupled-channels (CDCC) method, which dramatically increased the rate at low temperature compared to the widely-used NACRE compilation. Since the enhancement influences strongly on astrophysical model simulations, we have planned an experiment for drawing conclusion on the non-resonant triple α reaction rate at low temperature by measuring the three-α continuum state in 12C. The current status of investigations for the rival effect of disorder and electron-electron interaction in the intermediate-concentration regime of doped semiconductors is reviewed from the standpoint of transfer-diagonal formulation. In particular, effects of electron-electron interaction on the electronic specific heat and magnetic properties at low temperatures are clarified, and theoretical results are compared with the experimental ones on phosphorusdoped silicon. The formulation to stimulate the Anderson-localized states in the intermediate concentration regime of doped semiconductors by a cluster model is presented, and the results of the computer simulation are discussed in detail.  相似文献

We predicted the level structure of double muonic hydrogen molecules on the basis of the non-adiabatic four-body calculation. We employed the coupled-rearrangement-channel variational method with the Jacobian-coordinate Gaussian-basis functions taking the strong μ–μ correlation into account. Rates of particle-emitting decay of the resonant state of the muonic molecular ion (dHe) J=1 lying below the (d)1s-He threshold can decay to the d-He scattering state. The resonant state is estimated by scattering calculations with the non-adiabatic coupled-rearrangement-channel method. Strong isotope dependence of the decay rates of (d3He) J=1 and (d4He) J=1 is predicted, though the calculated radiative decay rates of the states are almost the same. In (d3He) J=1, the particle decay width is three times larger than the radiative decay width, while the two types of decay widths are almost the same in (d4He) J=1. This results in a strong hindrance of the branching ratio of the radiative decay of (d3He) J=1 compared with the case of (d4He) J=1. This is consistent with a recent observation of the radiative decay of the two molecular states.  相似文献

Rhaphydophyceae Chattonella antiqua (Hada) Ono was grown in seawater containing an arsenic concentration up to 50 mg dm−3, and survived even at 200 mg dm−3. The arsenic content increased with an increase of the surrounding arsenic, iron and manganese concentrations. However, arsenic accumulation was unaffected by phosphorus concentration. Also, arsenic content in C. antiqua decreased at a selenium concentration of up 20 mg dm−3, and was reduced by the addition of antimony. In the living cells, about 52% of the arsenic which accumulated in each cell was found in the intracellular fraction, 27% in the lipid fraction, and 21% in the cell wall fraction.  相似文献

V2O5 gels containing up to 18 mol% of TiO2 were obtained through the simultaneous hydrolysis of alkoxides in ethanol solution. V2O5 gels containing Na2O or Li2O were obtained through the ion exchange method. The crystallization temperature, Tcr, of the gels increased and the H2O content of the gels decreased by the addition of TiO2 or Na2O. These additives seem to stabilize the amorphous state of the gels. On the other hand, Tcr and the H2O-content slightly varied with the addition of Li2O. No ionic polarization was observed in coating films of the gels dried at temperatures below Tcr. The dc conductivity of the films was anisotropic, and increased with the addition of Li2O or Na2O. However, it decreased with increasing TiO2 content. The fiber-like structure of gels was observed by TEM. The gels obtained from alkoxides were thin and short in comparison with the gels obtained through the ion exchange method.  相似文献

Abstract

Carbon films were prepared by hot filament assisted sputtering. Pure argon was used as the sputtering gas. The substrate temperature was 600 °C and the filament temperature was about 2000 °C. Sample was inhomogeneous. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) images showed that some part of films consisted of carbon nano fibers (not hollow but solid). Amorphous and polycrystalline phases were also detected by these measurements. No tube structure was observed by high resolution TEM. The diameter of the fiber was 10–30 nm.  相似文献

The unicellular marine alga, Dunaliella salina 19/30 was grown in seawater containing an inorganic arsenic concentration (Na2HAsO4) up to 2000 mg dm?3. The cells survived even at 5000 mg dm?3. The arsenic concentration of the cells increased with an increase of the surrounding arsenic concentration. Arsenic in D. salina was also greatly affected by addition of phosphorus. The arsenic-tolerance behavior of D. salina seemed to suggest that the algae have a function to prevent accumulation of inorganic arsenic by increasing the β-carotene, fatty-acid (C18:1, C18:3) and water-extractable carbohydrate content in the cells. Arsenic accumulation also rose steadily with an increase in the nitrogen concentration in the medium.  相似文献
