Summary.  The generalized Pauling bond order was enumerated in the C60 fullerene cage molecule (truncated icosahedral symmetry). This index measures chemical similarity in fullerene derivatives such as dihydrofullerene (C60H2), anionized monohydrofullerene (C60H), N-substituted monohydrofullerene (C59NH), the fullerene dimer ((C60)2), and the dianionic fullerene dimer ((C60)2 2−). The root heartwood of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen (Leguminosae) is a Chinese medicinal drug (Japanese name koshinko) used for a stagnant blood syndrome (stagnation of disordered blood; Japanese, oketsu). In addition to 10 known compounds, five new phenolic compounds, isomucronustyrene and hydroxyobtustyrene (cinnamylphenols), (+)-isoduartin (isoflavan), odoriflavene (isoflav-3-ene) and (-)-odoricarpan (pterocarpan) were isolated and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Of the fifteen compounds isolated, cinnamylphenols, isoflavans, isoflavene and benzoic acid derivative significantly inhibited prostaglandin biosynthesis as well as platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid.  相似文献

Pulsed EPR spectroscopy was employed to determine reaction rate constants at an early stage of addition reactions in radical polymerizations triggered by four initiator radicals, which were generated by photodissociation of four parent molecules. Two monomers (tert‐butylacrylate and tert‐butylmethacrylate) were examined as reactant. Stern–Volmer analysis on the measured decay time of electron spin echo intensity of reacting radicals provides rate constants for addition reactions. We focused on rate constants for the second step reaction between monomer and adduct radical that is produced by the first step addition reaction between initiator radical and monomer. The rate constant measured by pulsed EPR was evaluated by theoretical calculations in the light of (1) enthalpy difference between product radical and reactants and (2) charge transfer interaction between reacting radical and monomer. In the presence of a cationic Ru catalyst, 1,6-diynes bearing a terminal styryl moiety underwent [2+2+2] cyclization to produce dehydrobiphenylenes fused with a five-membered ring. Although the cycloadducts were unstable toward purification, their one-pot iodine-mediated ring expansion successfully afforded unprecedented bridged ketone products containing a benzo-fused bicyclo[3.2.1] framework.  相似文献

Regioselective elimination of a vicinal bis-triflate having an adjacent ether oxygen functional group has been developed. Considered in the context of our studies of the regioselective elimination of vicinal dibromide, the key to the mechanism involves the electron-withdrawing inductive effect of the neighboring oxygen functional group. Aliphatic vinyl triflate was shown to be effective in Suzuki–Miyaura cross coupling compared with corresponding aliphatic vinyl bromide.  相似文献
