We study the van Hove limit for master equations on a Banach space, and propose a contraction semigroup as limit dynamics. The generator has a Lindblad form if specialized to C*-algebras, is always well defined irrespectively of the subsystem spectrum, includes first-order contributions, and returns Davies averaged generator, when the latter is defined. The theory is applied to the case of a free particle in contact with a heat bath.  相似文献

This work addresses a static analysis of functionally graded material (FGM) plates using higher order shear deformation theory. In the theory the transverse shear stresses are represented as quadratic through the thickness and hence it requires no shear correction factor. The material property gradient is assumed to vary in the thickness direction. Mori and Tanaka theory (1973) [1] is used to represent the material property of FGM plate at any point. The thermal gradient across the plate thickness is represented accurately by utilizing the thermal properties of the constituent materials. Results have been obtained by employing a C° continuous isoparametric Lagrangian finite element with seven degrees of freedom for each node. The convergence and comparison studies are presented and effects of the different material composition and the plate geometry (side-thickness, side–side) on deflection and temperature are investigated. Effect of skew angle on deflection and axial stress of the plate is also studied. Effects of material constant n on deflection and the temperature distribution are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

Face recognition being the fastest growing biometric technology has expanded manifold in the last few years. Various new algorithms and commercial systems have been proposed and developed. However, none of the proposed or developed algorithm is a complete solution because it may work very well on one set of images with say illumination changes but may not work properly on another set of image variations like expression variations. This study is motivated by the fact that any single classifier cannot claim to show generally better performance against all facial image variations. To overcome this shortcoming and achieve generality, combining several classifiers using various strategies has been studied extensively also incorporating the question of suitability of any classifier for this task. The study is based on the outcome of a comprehensive comparative analysis conducted on a combination of six subspace extraction algorithms and four distance metrics on three facial databases. The analysis leads to the selection of the most suitable classifiers which performs better on one task or the other. These classifiers are then combined together onto an ensemble classifier by two different strategies of weighted sum and re-ranking. The results of the ensemble classifier show that these strategies can be effectively used to construct a single classifier that can successfully handle varying facial image conditions of illumination, aging and facial expressions.  相似文献

In the present investigation, we have utilized 3‐[3′‐(5″‐aryl‐2″‐pyrazolin‐3″‐yl)]phenylsydnones 1a–c to couple two biodynamic moieties in amide derivatives 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 . The compounds 1a–c were brominated to 4‐bromo‐3‐[3′‐(5″‐aryl‐2″‐pyrazolin‐3″‐yl)]phenylsydnone 2 , which were further reacted with secondary amines to form the title compounds. These novel molecules were subjected to antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculae (H37Rv) and antioxidant activity assay.  相似文献

Guanidino compounds guanidine, methylguanidine, guanidinoacetic acid, guanidinobutyric acid, guanidinopropionic acid, and guanidinosuccinic acid after derivatization with hexafluoroacetylacetone and ethyl chloroformate at pH 9 in aqueous phase, eluted, and separated from gas chromatographic column HP-5 (30 m × 0.32 mm id) with film thickness of 0.25 μm at an initial column temperature 90 °C for 2 min, followed by heating rate of 10 °C min?1 up to 220 °C with nitrogen flow rate of 1 mL min?1. The detection was by flame ionization detector. The linear calibration ranges of each of guanidino compounds were obtained within 1–10 μg mL?1, and the limit of detection was within 0.014–0.19 μg mL?1. The derivatization and gas chromatography elution and separation were repeatable in terms of retention time and peak height/peak area with relative standard deviation (RSD) (n = 4) within 1.7–2.9 % and 1.4–2.8 %, respectively. The method was applied for the determination of guanidino compounds from deproteinized serum of uremic patients and healthy volunteers, and was found in the range below the limit of quantitation (BLOQ) to 1.25 μg mL?1 with RSD within 1.4–3.6 %, and BLOQ to 0.4 μg mL?1 with RSD 1.3–3.4 %, respectively. A number of pharmaceutical additives did not effect the determination with RSD within ±3.1 %.  相似文献

The reaction of sydnone-derived 3-aryl-5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-ones with thiourea and α-bromoacetophenone derivatives in the presence of a catalytic amount of TiCl4 produces 2-aryl-4-(4-aryl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-5-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ones. The title compounds were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity. The toxicity of the compounds was evaluated in terms of mutagenicity, tumorigenicity, and reproductive effects. The drug-relevant properties (ClogP, drug-likeness, and drug score) were calculated, and the structure–activity relationship was discussed.  相似文献

Potassium iron(III) hexacyanoferrate(II) supported on poly methyl methacrylate, has been developed and investigated for the removal of lithium, rubidium and cesium ions. The material is capable of sorbing maximum quantities of these ions from 5.0, 2.5 and 4.5 M HNO3 solutions respectively. Sorption studies, conducted individually for each metal ion, under optimized conditions, demonstrated that it was predominantly physisorption in the case of lithium ion while shifting to chemisorption with increasing ionic size. Distribution coefficient (K d) values followed the order Cs+ > Rb+ > Li+ at low concentrations of metal ions. Following these findings Cs+ can preferably be removed from 1.5 to 5 M HNO3 nuclear waste solutions.  相似文献

In the present study, naphthyl acetohydrazide (HL) ligand was prepared and used for the synthesis of new six amorphous transition metal (Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Pb(II), Cd(II)) complexes. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis, FT-IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, and Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization (MALDI). The solubilization study was carried out by estimating the interaction between the metal complexes with surfactants viz. sodium stearate (SS) and Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). UV-Visible spectroscopy was employed to determine partitioning and binding parameters, whereas electrical conductivity measurements were employed to estimate critical micellar concentration (CMC), the extent of dissociation, and free energy of micellization. The CT-DNA interaction of synthesized compounds with DNA represents the major groove binding. The synthesized ligand and metal complexes were also tested against bacterial and fungal strains and it has been observed that Cu(II) complex is active against all the strains except Candida albicans, while Cd(II) complex is active against all bacterial and fungal strains except Pseudomonas. Among all compounds, only the Pd(II) complex shows reasonable activity against cervical cancer HeLa cell lines, representing 97% inhibition.  相似文献

已有实验表明,处于细胞质中的微管可以比自由微管承受更大的压力而不发生屈曲.基于嵌入式碳纳米管屈曲的Winkler模型,利用正交各向异性情形的Winkler模型研究了细胞质中充当细胞骨架的微管的屈曲行为.计算表明,本模型可以较好地预测嵌入弹性介质中的微管较自由微管承受更大屈曲压力这一现象,而且所得到的临界屈曲压力与微管受压屈曲的实验值吻合\.同时,所得的结果也表明周围介质与微管的相互作用可以极大地提高微管抵抗屈曲的能力,该结果很好地阐释了介质与微管相互作用从而提高微管抗屈曲压力的相互作用机制\.模拟结果表明,所给出的模型可以对嵌入弹性介质中的微管的屈曲行为进行很好地模拟.  相似文献
