Abstract

The regioselective synthesis of Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)-based norbornyl imide derivatives through palladium catalyzed Heck coupling reaction was reported on an effective synthetic method to organic–inorganic bio-hybrids serving as advanced materials. The reaction of POSS-based imide derivatives with various aryl iodides catalyzed by palladium acetate in the presence of triethyl amine, as the base, in DMF afforded the products in moderate yields. All new POSS derivatives were structurally characterized by FTIR, 1H, 13C NMR, HRMS and GC/MS analyses.  相似文献

New α-cyanoketene-N,S-acetals 2(a–g) and β-dialkylamine-α-cyanoacrylates 3(g–i) were synthesized in good to excellent yields by the reaction of ethyl 2-cyano-3,3-bis(methylthio)acrylate 1 with secondary aliphatic amines (i.e., N-methylalkyl- and N-ethylalkylamines), and pyrrolidine, in the presence of triethylamine, under reflux in ethanol, for 1–16 h, depending on the amine used. Five N-methylalkyl amines and pyrrolidine yielded exclusively mono-substituted N,S-acetals 2(a–f) in good yields. On the other hand, N-ethylbenzylamine gave a mixture of monosubstituted products including N,S-acetal 2g in 35% yield and the unexpected product ethyl 3-[benzyl(ethyl)amino]-2-cyanoacrylate 3g in 50% yield. N-Ethylcyclohexylamine and N-ethylbutylamine did not produce N,S-acetals and gave only the unexpected products ethyl 2-cyano-3-[cyclohexyl(ethyl)amino]acrylate 3h and ethyl 3-[butyl(ethyl)amino]-2-cyanoacrylate 3i in good yields. The α-cyanoketene-N,S-acetals 2(a–f), 2j, and 2k underwent cyclization with the binucleophile hydrazine in ethanol under reflux to afford substituted pyrazoles 4(a–f), 4j, and 4k in good yields.

A series of six organotin(IV) carboxylates [Me2SnL2] (1), [n-Bu2SnL2] (2), [n-Oct2SnL2] (3), [Me3SnL] (4), n-Bu3SnL (5) and [Ph3SnL] (6), where L = 3-(4-cyanophenyl) acrylic acid have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C). The complex (4) was also analyzed by single crystal X-ray analysis which showed distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry with polymeric bridging behavior. The complexes 16 were screened for antimicrobial activities and cytotoxicity. The results showed significant activity with few exceptions. The catalytic activity of complexes was assessed in transesterification reaction of Brassica campestris oil (triglycerides) to produce biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters). The results showed that triorganotin(IV) complexes exhibited good catalytic activity than their di-analogues.  相似文献

The nine new heteroaryl-substituted imidazolidinium (1ac), pyrimidinium (2ac) and diazepinium (3ac) salts as N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors were synthesized in good yields and entirely characterized using elemental analyses and conventional spectroscopic methods. In situ formed complexes from heterocyclic salts (13), Pd(OAc)2 and in the presence of KOBu t as a base were tested as catalysts for the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction in an aqueous media and very high yields were achieved. 1,3-Di(5-methylthiophen-2-ylmethyl)pyrimidinium hexafluorophosphate salt (2b) was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the 2b compound (C16H21N2S2)+[PF6]?, the terminal thiophene rings are twisted with a dihedral angle of 72.8(3)°. In the pyrimidine ring, the three successive C atoms between the N atoms are disordered over two positions [occupancy ratio 0.753(12):0.247(12)]. In the crystal, neighboring molecules are linked by C–H…F hydrogen bonds, running along the b axis.  相似文献

Two novel homobinuclear ytterbium(III) complexes, [Yb2(2AMB)6(H2O)4] · 2C2H6O (I) and Yb2(3AMB)6(H2O)4] · 3H2O (II) (2AMB = 2-aminobenzoic acid, 3AMB = 3-aminobenzoic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 950103 (I), 921652 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in triclinic space group \(P\bar 1\) and complex II crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n. X-ray analysis shows that both complexes (I, II) have the dinuclear structure. The central Yb3+ ions in both complexes are eight-coordinated adopting distorted YbO8 dodecahedral geometry. Each Yb3+ ion is coordinated to two O atoms from bridging carboxylate, four O atoms from the chelating carboxylate ligands and two O atoms of water molecules. The crystal structure of I and II are stabilized by N-H…O, O-H…O, O-H…N, and C-H…O hydrogen bonds, C-H…π interactions and weak π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Methylated cyclosophoraoses (M-Cys) were synthesized by reaction using dimethyl sulfate with native Cys (unbranched cyclic β-1,2-d-glucans) isolated from Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae VF-39. Its structure was proven using nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Based on the enhanced hydrophobicity by methylation of Cys, we investigated the inclusion property with the water-insoluble flavonoid, galangin, through a phase solubility study using ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy. The solubility of galangin was enhanced 5.6-fold according to the added concentrations (1 mM) of M-Cys, compared to the 1.9-fold and 3.4-fold enhancements by β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) and heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)-β-cyclodextrin (DM-β-CD), respectively. M-Cys was also shown to have the highest binding constant (5,534 M?1) with galangin among the tested host molecules (β-CD, DM-β-CD, Cys, and M-Cys). From this result, we can infer that the complex of galangin with M-Cys is more stable than any of the other host molecules. The continuous variation method showed that the galangin/M-Cys complex was suitable for 1:1 stoichiometry. The formation of the complex was confirmed with 1H NMR, FT-IR, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, the hypothetical molecular model of 1:1 galangin/M-Cys complex was suggested by molecular docking simulations. The cytotoxicity to the human cervical adenocarcinoma cell lines was enhanced by the galangin/M-Cys complex compared with free galangin. The obtained results indicate that M-Cys can be utilized as an effective complexing agent for galangin.  相似文献

Medical image fusion (MIF) has received painstaking attention due to its diverse medical applications in response to accurately diagnosing clinical images. Numerous MIF methods have been proposed to date, but the fused image suffers from poor contrast, non-uniform illumination, noise presence, and improper fusion strategies, resulting in an inadequate sparse representation of significant features. This paper proposes the morphological preprocessing method to address the non-uniform illumination and noise by the bottom-hat–top-hat strategy. Then, grey-principal component analysis (grey-PCA) is used to transform RGB images into gray images that can preserve detailed features. After that, the local shift-invariant shearlet transform (LSIST) method decomposes the images into the low-pass (LP) and high-pass (HP) sub-bands, efficiently restoring all significant characteristics in various scales and directions. The HP sub-bands are fed to two branches of the Siamese convolutional neural network (CNN) by process of feature detection, initial segmentation, and consistency verification to effectively capture smooth edges, and textures. While the LP sub-bands are fused by employing local energy fusion using the averaging and selection mode to restore the energy information. The proposed method is validated by subjective and objective quality assessments. The subjective evaluation is conducted by a user case study in which twelve field specialists verified the superiority of the proposed method based on precise details, image contrast, noise in the fused image, and no loss of information. The supremacy of the proposed method is further justified by obtaining 0.6836 to 0.8794, 0.5234 to 0.6710, and 3.8501 to 8.7937 gain for QFAB, CRR, and AG and noise reduction from 0.3397 to 0.1209 over other methods for objective parameters.  相似文献
