Nonlinear unmixing of hyperspectral reflectance data is one of the key problems in quantitative imaging of painted works of art. The approach presented is to interrogate a hyperspectral image cube by first decomposing it into a set of reflectance curves representing pure basis pigments and second to estimate the scattering and absorption coefficients of each pigment in a given pixel to produce estimates of the component fractions. This two‐step algorithm uses a deep neural network to qualitatively identify the constituent pigments in any unknown spectrum and, based on the pigment(s) present and Kubelka–Munk theory to estimate the pigment concentration on a per‐pixel basis. Using hyperspectral data acquired on a set of mock‐up paintings and a well‐characterized illuminated folio from the 15th century, the performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated for pigment recognition and quantitative estimation of concentration.  相似文献

Arc behavior in 3-Phase AC plasma technology remains poorly explored. This system noticeably differs from the classical DC plasma torches and aims to overcome certain limitations, such as efficiency, equipment cost and reliability. A MHD model of a 3-Phase AC plasma torch was recently developed at Mines-ParisTech. The model does not include the electrodes in the computational domain. In parallel, experiments were conducted using a high-speed video camera shooting 100,000 frames per second. In this paper, the comparison between MHD modeling and experimental results shows that the arc behavior is in line with the results from the MHD model. Particularly, the strong influences of both the electrode jets and Lorentz forces on the arc motion are confirmed. However, some differences between experimental and numerical electrical waveforms are observed and particularly in the current–voltage phase shift. A new model was then developed by integrating the electrodes into the computational domain and adjusting the electrode tip geometry. With this simulation, we were able to reproduce the phase shift, power and voltage values with a good accuracy showing the strong influence of electrode tip geometry on the 3-Phase arc plasma discharge.  相似文献

The objective of this work is to determine the nucleation and growth kinetics of (R,S)-mandelic acid ((R,S)-MA) and (R)-mandelic acid ((R)-MA) in aqueous solutions using an unseeded cooling crystallization process. To obtain the nucleation and growth kinetics, the solubility, metastable zone limits, and supersaturation were measured by in-situ attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy and focused beam reflectance measurement (FBRM). The nucleation rate and growth rate parameters were determined by a nonlinear optimization algorithm. The effects of initial concentration and cooling rate on supersaturation and the nucleation rate are also discussed.  相似文献

Five organotin(IV) complexes,were obtained by reaction of SnR2Cl2(R = Ph,Me,Bu) with ONO donor Schiff bases.The synthesized complexes have been investigated by elemental analysis and IR,1H NMR,and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy.These data show that the Schiff base acts as a tridentate dianionic ligand and coordinates via the imine nitrogen and two oxygen atoms.The Xray crystallography of complex 4 shows a dimeric structure for this molecule.The in vitro antibacterial activities of the Schiff bases and their complexes have been evaluated against Gram-positive(Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bacteria and compared with the standard antibacterial drugs.  相似文献

In this article our aim was to evaluate mass cultivation of S. marianum hairy roots in a bioreactor to produce silymarin. The effects of methyl jasmonate (MJ) elicitation on the accumulation of silymarin and the extent of the MJ-induced oxidative damage were investigated in bioreactor hairy root cultures of S. marianum. The growth rate of the bioreactor hairy root cultures was higher than that of those in a shake flask after 3 weeks. Silymarin accumulation was increased from 0.13?mg?g?1 DW in non-treated hairy roots to 0.22?mg?g?1 DW in hairy roots 72?h after 100?μM?MJ treatment. Guaiacol peroxidase and ascorbate peroxidase were activated by MJ?72?h after treatment, being 3.2- and 1.3-fold higher, respectively, than that of the control. An increase in enzymatic activity suggests increased scavenging of reactive oxygen species, indicating the tolerance to MJ stress. These results suggest that MJ elicitation is beneficial for silymarin production using bioreactor hairy root cultures.  相似文献

Resolution of racemic mandelic acid ((R,S)-MA) and numerical determination of binary competitive isotherm of (R,S)-MA on Chiralcel-OD column have been investigated in this study. The effects of the alcohol modifier and acidic additive in the mobile phase on the retention and enantioseparation of (R,S)-MA were studied at first. The inverse method was then used to determine the competitive isotherm parameters of (R,S)-MA by minimizing the sum of square deviations of the model predictions from the measured elution profiles. The results indicate that the mobile phase with 85% hexane/15% isopropanol/0.3% trifluoroacetic acid mixture gives the best resolution of (R,S)-MA and competitive-modified Langmuir isotherm provides the more accurate sorption mechanism of (R,S)-MA on the cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The optimization processes of photo degradation are complicated and expensive when it is performed with traditional methods such as one variable at a time. In this research, the condition of ortho-cresol (o-cresol) photo degradation was optimized by using a semi empirical method. First of all, the experiments were designed with four effective factors including irradiation time, pH, photo catalyst's amount, o-cresol concentration and photo degradation % as response by response surface methodology (RSM). The RSM used central composite design (CCD) method consists of 30 runs to obtain the actual responses. The actual responses were fitted with the second order algebraic polynomial equation to select a model (suggested model). The suggested model was validated by a few numbers of excellent statistical evidences in analysis of variance (ANOVA). The used evidences include high Fvalue (143.12), very low P-value (<0.0001), non-significant lack of fit, the determination coefficient (R2 = 0.99) and the adequate precision (47.067). To visualize the optimum, the validated model simulated the condition of variables and response (photo degradation %) by a few number of three dimensional plots (3D). To confirm the model, the optimums were performed in laboratory. The results of performed experiments were quite close to the predicted values. In conclusion, the study indicated that the model is successful to simulate the optimum condition of o-cresol photo degradation under visible-light irradiation by manganese doped ZnO nanoparticles.  相似文献
