A detailed mathematical derivation and an experimental characterization of one to two ratio rotating polarizer analyzer ellipsometer (RPAE) are presented. The alignment, calibration, and testing of reference samples are also discussed. The optical properties of some known materials obtained by the proposed ellipsometer will be shown and compared to accepted values. Moreover, the constructed ellipsometer will be tested using two ellipsometry standards with different thicknesses.  相似文献

Zinc is quantitatively retained on 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylamminophenol (5-BrPADAP)-ammonium tetraphenylborate with microcrystalline naphthalene or by a column method in the pH range 7.5-9.0 from a large volume of aqueous solutions of various samples. After filtration, the solid mass consisting of the zinc complex and naphthalene was dissolved with 5 ml of dimethylflarmamide and the metal was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Zinc complex can alternatively be quantitatively adsorbed on ammonium tetrphenylborate-naphthalene adsorbent packed in a column and determined similarly. The calibration curve is linear 0.05-4.0 ppb in dimethylformamide solution. Eight replicate detenninations of 1.0 ppb of zinc gave a mean absorbance of 0.124 with a relative standard deviation of 1.3%. The sensitivity for 1% absorption was 0.035 ppb. The interference of a large number of anions and cations has been studied and the optimized conditions developed were utilized for the trace determination of zinc in various standard samples.  相似文献

After filtration, each solid mass consisting of the manganese complex and naphthalene was dissolved with 5 ml of dimethylformamide and the metal was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Manganese complex can alternatively be quantitatively adsorbed on ammonium tetraphenylborate-naphthalene adsorbent packed in a column and determined similarly. About 0.1 microgram of manganese can be concentrated in a column from 500 ml of aqueous sample, where its concentration is as low as 0.2 ppb. Eight replicate determinations of 1.0 ppm of manganese gave a mean absorbance of 0.224 with a relative standard deviation of 1.8%. The sensitivity for 1% absorption was 19 ppb. The interference of a large number of anions and cations has been studied and the optimized conditions developed were utilized for the trace determination of manganese in various standard samples.  相似文献

An efficient, simple, and diastereoselective synthesis of novel benzofuran phosphonato ester derivatives has been achieved via a one‐pot three‐component reaction of euparin as a natural product, trialkyl phosphate, and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) in diethyl ether without using any catalyst at room temperature. NMR spectroscopic data and X‐ray crystallography analysis are in agreement with the anti arrangement for the two vicinal protons in the structures, and only one diastereoisomer (2S,3R) or (2R,3S) was obtained for the products. The advantage of our research is that this is the first report for the diastereoselective synthesis of phosphonato ester derivatives from a green natural product. This one‐pot reaction occurs in high yields with easy work‐up under mild conditions. All pure products were obtained by recrystallization from ethanol, and there was no need for column chromatography.  相似文献

Synthesis of α‐amino phosphonates is described under solvent‐free conditions at 100°C from reaction between aldehydes and amines in the presence of trialkyl phosphites using Al(H2PO4)3 as an efficient and reusable heterogeneous catalyst. A number of new dialkyl 5-(aryl)-1-phenyl-1H-prazole-3,4-dicarboxylate derivatives have been prepared regiospecifically in moderate to good yield from the cyclocondensation reaction of dialkyl (E)-2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)-3-(aroyl)-2-butenedioate, derived from the reaction between trimethyl phosphite, an acetylenic ester, and an aroyl chloride, with phenylhydrazine. The reaction is four-component and is carried out under reflux conditions in dry toluene.  相似文献
