A simple study using a fixed amount of mesoporous carbon (MSU‐F‐C) was performed for the comparison of pyranose oxidase (POx) and glucose oxidase (GOx) in their electrochemical performance under biosensor and biofuel cell operating modes. Even though the ratio of POx to GOx in the glucose oxidation activity per unit weight of MSU‐F‐C was 0.35, the ratios of POx to GOx in sensitivity and power density were reversed to be 6.2 and 1.4, respectively. POx with broad substrate specificity and an option of large scale production using recombinant E. coli has a great potential for various electrochemical applications, including biofuel cells. 相似文献

Aluminium tris(ethyl acetoacetate), Al(C6H9O3)3 has been prepared and characterized by means of 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD). It was determined that two stereoisomeric complexes can be distinguished in the solution: meridional and facial. The crystal structure of Al(C6H9O3)3 has been determined from XRPD data. A novel Na-containing precursor solution is presented to investigate the sodium influences on Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) absorbers grown on Na-free substrates. With higher sodium incorporation, some delicate change in secondary phase Cu2SnSe3 was detected and its influence on the surface valence states was given by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses. It is found that the band gap significantly increased with nominal addition of Na, while the impurity introduced by excess incorporation would restrain further broadening. This method may probably assist to form a suitable CZTSe film directly on flexible substrates other than soda-lime glass. 相似文献

Localized plasmonic structures with the periodic ZnO nano-patterns are demonstrated to increase the sensing characteristics of plasmonic sensor. The ZnO nano-patterns with 30 and 50 nm thicknesses are formed on the Au thin film of 50 nm, which have the periodic nano-patterns of 300 nm. Localized plasmonic structures are optimized using the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method as a function of incident angle for the width and thickness of the ZnO nano-structures. Localized plasmonic structures with the periodic ZnO nano-holes are fabricated using the double exposure technique by laser interference lithography. The measured resonance angles of 47.5° and 54° are obtained in the localized plasmonic structures with the periodic ZnO nano-patterns of 30 and 50 nm thicknesses, respectively. 相似文献
