Lateral profiles of In content in a 1.5 μm thick InxGa1−xAs (x 0.2) layer grown on GaAs channeled substrates (CSs) with (411)A side-slopes by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) have been investigated with the use of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The observed profiles of the In content suggested that In atoms migrate preferentially in the [1 ] direction on the (411)A plane during MBE growth. This preferential migration of In atoms along [1 ] on the (411)A plane was confirmed by comparing observed lateral profiles of In content in InGaAs layers grown on GaAs CSs and simulated In profiles which are calculated by taking into account of an additional one-way flow of In atoms along [1 ].  相似文献

Treatment of diethyl fumarate and triethoxycarbonylethylene with Bu2CuLi·AlCl3 led to 1,4-addition to give butylated products in high yields. In sharp contrast, diethyl maleate and tetraethoxycarbonylethylene predominantly gave the respective reduction products. The first evidence for a presumed dianionic intermediate by trapping with some electrophiles was also presented.  相似文献

Lithium insertion behavior of carbon nanowall (CNW), which is a two-dimensional carbon nanostructures, was studied by cyclic voltammetry and charge/discharge measurements. It was found that CNW had reversible capacities of more than 200 mAh/g with stable charge/discharge potential like that of graphite even though the materials were produced at low temperature of 973 K. It was also found that CNW showed good responses of lithium insertion/extraction reaction because of their small and uniform particle size with well oriented graphene in nanometer scale. Heat treatment of CNW was found to purify the CNW from by-product amorphous carbon phase and the effect on their charge/discharge property was also clarified.  相似文献

The synthesis and bioluminescence of allyl-substituted luciferin derivatives as substrates for firefly luciferase are reported. The allylation of luciferins induced bathochromic shift (15–40?nm) of the bioluminescence emission. Upon combination with other chemical modifications for bioluminescence wavelength tuning, novel red emitting luciferin analogues were obtained with emission maxima at 685 and 690?nm.  相似文献

We investigated the Fe-site substitution effect on the structural and magnetic properties of the infinite layer iron oxide Sr(Fe(1-x)M(x))O(2) (M = Co, Mn) using synchrotron X-ray diffraction, neutron diffraction, and (57)Fe Mo?ssbauer spectroscopy. Both systems have a similar solubility limit of x ≈ 0.3, retaining the ideal infinite layer structure with a space group of P4/mmm. For the Fe-Co system, both in-plane and out-of-plane axes decrease linearly and only slightly with x, reflecting the ionic radius difference between Fe(2+) and Co(2+). For the Fe-Mn system the lattice evolution also follows Vegard's law but is anisotropic: the in-plane axis increases, while the out-of-plane decreases prominently. The magnetic properties are little influenced by Co substitution. On the contrary, Mn substitution drastically destabilizes the G-type magnetic order, featured by a significant reduction and a large distribution of the hyperfine field in the Mo?ssbauer spectra, which suggests the presence of magnetic frustration induced presumably by a ferromagnetic out-of-plane Mn-Fe interaction.  相似文献
