We report a novel NO donor (RpNO), containing a 2,6-dimethylnitrobenzene moiety for photocontrollable NO release and a rhodamine moiety for targeting to mitochondria. Photorelease of NO from RpNO in aqueous solution was confirmed by means of ESR analysis. Cellular release of NO from RpNO was confirmed with the aid of DAF-FM DA, an NO-specific fluorescence probe. RpNO was colocalized with MitoTracker Green FM, a mitochondrial stain, in HCT116 colon cancer cells and exhibited photodependent cytotoxicity. Our results indicate that RpNO is an effective NO donor for time-controlled, mitochondria-specific NO treatment.  相似文献

Two new cannabinoid-like chromane and chromene derivatives named anthopogocyclolic acid (1) and anthopogochromenic acid (2) and five related compounds (3-7) which are known as synthetic analogues of cannabinoids: cannabichromene (CBC) type, cannabicyclol (CBL) type, and cannabicitran (CBT) type, have been isolated together with geranyl orsellinic acid (8) from the Chinese medicinal plant Rhododendron anthopogonoides. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic and chemical evidence. The absolute configuration of the asymmetric carbons at C-2 of 1-7 was determined to be S from their circular dichroism (CD) spectra. Compounds 2, 4 and 6 inhibited compound 48/80-induced histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells.  相似文献

The synthetic utility of N-alkoxyimidoyl halides is demonstrated using the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. The Sonogashira and Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions of N-alkoxyimidoyl bromides produced versatile ketoxime ethers in good to excellent yields. A one-pot reaction of the imidoyl bromides with arylboronic acid and allylmagnesium bromide to produce N-arylamines via Suzuki-Miyaura coupling followed by domino reaction involving sequential addition-eliminative rearrangement-addition reactions was developed.  相似文献

We report the experimentally determined phase diagram for an aqueous solution of isotactic-rich poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNiPAM) composed of the sol-gel transition curve and the cloud-point curve. The meso diad content of isotactic-rich PNiPAM is 64%, and it is soluble in water at low temperatures, but undergoes a sol-to-gel transition with increasing temperature in the investigated concentration range of 1.8 wt. %-6.0 wt. %. With a further increase in temperature, the system becomes turbid. The gel formation and clouding behavior are thermally reversible. This is the first observation of thermoreversible gelation under the cloud-point temperature for an aqueous solution of PNiPAM. On the basis of the determined phase diagram, we carried out light scattering experiments to characterize the sol-gel transition behavior as a function of temperature.  相似文献

We investigated the OH-related formation routes of two astrophysically important molecules, H(2)O and CO(2), under relatively warm astrophysical conditions. OH radicals, together with other neutral species such as H, O, H(2), and O(2), were produced in H(2)O microwave-discharge plasma and cooled to 100 K before being deposited on an Al substrate at 40-60 K. H(2)O formed at 40 and 50 K, but not at 60 K. Taking the experimental conditions into account, a possible route of H(2)O formation is via reactions involving OH + OH, which yield H(2)O(2) as the main reaction product. The present study is the first to show experimentally that surface reactions of two OH radicals can yield H(2)O at low temperatures. The products' branching ratio was 0.2 and 0.8 for H(2)O and H(2)O(2), respectively. When CO was co-deposited with neutral species that formed in the H(2)O plasma, CO(2) was formed at 40-60 K. H(2)CO(3) formed at 40 and 50 K. The present results may suggest that chemical reactions related to OH radicals are effective at yielding various molecules in relatively warm astrophysical environments, such as protostars.  相似文献

Air injection as a stabilization method is evaluated for flow boiling in a micro tube. Pyrex glass tube coated by ITO film is employed as a test tube for flow visualization with water as a working fluid. Air bubble and liquid slug lengths are controlled by changing air and liquid mass velocities. Wall temperatures and inlet/outlet pressures show very large fluctuations during flow boiling without air injection. Severe reverse flow is also observed from flow visualization. On the other hand, wall temperature and inlet/outlet pressures as well as visualized flow patterns become very stable with air injection. In addition, much higher heat transfer coefficients are obtained for air injected cases. It is observed from the flow visualization that the flow becomes much stable and shows regular patterns.  相似文献
